Since its inception, C3D Ltd. has achieved significant results covering the entire spectrum of engineering design. We can only further develop our business and strengthen our competitive position if we carry out manufacturing for some of our customers beyond design, thereby making significant progress in the production value chain as well. The submission of the tender was preceded by a series of months of negotiations with our partner, after which the property was selected as the place of manufacture. For the selection of the tools and equipment required for the production and handling of materials, we requested 3-3 quotations. New equipment to be procured: Automatic flat iron cleaning equipment dosing cycle time of 25 threads per hour, storage capacity of 25 strands of flat iron. It is used in the cleaning process in the manufacturing process of the parts. Industrial compressed air power supply BAC MICRON E 5.5 kW 10 bar screw compressor. Puncture, bending, cutting tool In the bending-cutting operation, the fibre material pushes the piece forward. Inserts in the tool can be replaced in case of a change in size. The tool will be used for punching, cutting to size and shaping the parts to be manufactured. The drilling machine has a drilling capacity of 26 mm, an engine power of 400 V/550 W, a speed of 150-2490 f/p and a mass of 164 kg. With double grinding stand, motor: 400 V, 1.8 kW, grinding stone 300x50x25 mm, rpm 1 450 rpm, weight: 89 kilograms of stand. The length of the surface treatment convejor track is 11 m, the load capacity is 25 kg/m, the delivery level is 1 500 mm. The convection track is continuous. The speed of the track is adjustable. The equipment can be used to process sheet parts of 400-450 mm length, with a speed of 10 parts per minute. The surface coating of steel safety elements will be realised with the help of Automatic 20x5 flat iron feeder machine, cycle time of 6 seconds, storage capacity of 20 strands of flat iron. Equipment for handling material: Electric high lifting, electric forklift, Ruyi CDDR 15-III, load capacity 1 500 kg, climb height 3 000 mm, free lifting 203 mm, structural height 1 837 mm, lifting fork size 1150x 582 mm. Hydraulic hand hoist (frog), 2.5 T, EURO for handling pallets with durable wheels. The project will be implemented as part of a brownfield investment. The state of the hall building has deteriorated and repair and renovation works have not been carried out for decades. The building has a surface area of 425 sqm, unit cost per square metre: HUF 31 059. The renovation works shall include: repair of surface defects in existing wall structures and staining of cleanliness; replacement of broken, ageing doors which do not comply with current thermal insulation procedures; replacement of the old electrical grid, the design of lighting in accordance with EU standards, the installation of electric tempering heating; preparation, refurbishment and replacement of new sockets, coverings, surface finishes; plasterboard work on walls, ceilings. A C3D Kft. megalakulása óta jelentős eredményeket ért el a gépészeti tervezés teljes spektrumát lefedve. Vállalkozásunkat továbbfejleszteni, versenypozíciónkat megerősíteni csak oly módon tudjuk, ha egyes megrendelőink részére a tervezésen túl a gyártást is mi végezzük, ezáltal jelentős előrelépést teszünk a termelési értékláncban is. A pályázat benyújtását több hónapos tárgyalások sorozata előzte meg partnerünkkel, ezt követően a gyártás színhelyéül szolgáló ingatlan kiválasztása történt meg. A gyártáshoz és anyagmozgatáshoz szükséges eszközök, berendezések kiválasztásához 3-3 árajánlatot kértünk be. Beszerzésre kerülő új eszközök: Automata, laposvastisztító berendezés adagolási ciklusideje 25 szál/óra, tároló kapacitása 25 szál laposvas. Az alkatrészek gyártási folyamatában a tisztítási eljárásban kerül alkalmazásra. Ipari sűrített levegő tápegység BAC MICRON E 5,5 kW 10 bar csavarkompresszor. Lyukasztó-, hajlító-, darabolószerszám A hajlítás-darabolási műveletben a szálanyag tolja előre a darabot. A szerszámban lévő betétek méretváltozás esetén cserélhetők. Az eszközt a gyártásra kerülő alkatrészek lyukasztásánál, méretre darabolásánál, valamint ívre formázásánál fogjuk használni. Az oszlopos fúrógép fúrási kapacitása 26 mm, motorteljesítménye 400 V/550 W, fordulatszáma 150-2490 f/p, tömege 164 kg. Kettős köszörű állvánnyal, motor: 400 V, 1,8 kW, köszörűkő 300x50x25 mm, fordulatszám 1450 ford/perc, tömeg: 89 kg állvánnyal. A felületkezelő konvejor pálya hossza 11 m, teherbírása 25 kg/m, a szállítási szint 1500 mm. A konvejorpálya folyamatos üzemű. A pálya sebessége állítható. A berendezésekkel 400-450 mm hosszú lemezalkatrészeket lehet feldolgozni, sebessége 10 alkatrész/ perc. Anyagmozgatáshoz szükséges berendezések: Elektromos magas emelésű, elektromos hajtású targonca, RUYI CDDR 15-III típusú, teherbírása 1500 kg, emelkedési magassága 3000 mm, szabad emelés 203 mm, szerkezeti magassága 1837 mm, emelővilla mérete 1150x 582 mm. Hidraulikus kézi emelő (béka), 2,5 T, EURO raklapok mozgatásához, strapabíró kerekekkel. A projektet barnamezős beruházás keretében fogjuk megvalósítani. A csarnoképület állapota leromlott, javítási, felújítási munkálatokat évtizedek óta nem végeztek rajta. Az épület alapterülete 425 nm, az egy négyzetméterre jutó fajlagos költség: 31 059 Ft. A felújítási munkálatok a következőket tartalmazzák: a meglévő falszerkezetek felületi hibáinak javítása, tisztasági festése; a kitört, elöregedett, jelenlegi hőszigetelési eljárásoknak nem megfelelő nyílászárók cseréje; az elöregedett elektromos hálózat cseréje, a világítás EU előírásoknak megfelelő kialakítása, elektromos temperáló fűtés beszerelése; új aljzatok, burkolatok, felületképzések elkészítése, felújítása, pótlása; gipszkartonos munkák falakon, mennyezeten.
