The envisaged processing technology doubles production capacity. This will enable not only domestic but also foreign markets to be satisfied, as well as the production of products with high added value. In the rotary cylinder drum drying system, the bentonite raw material is dried to the desired moisture content using heat energy produced by a high-performance, energy efficient gas burner. The fractionation of dried bentonite is carried out on the double-plane vibration sieve, from which three products of different sizes come out. Acquisition of technological equipment: in consultation with the distributors and manufacturers, the equipment needed for our activities was selected, price negotiation and request for quotation. Acquisition of new material handling and warehousing equipment: in consultation with the distributors and manufacturers, the equipment needed for our activities was selected, price negotiation and request for quotation. Technical tools for further improvement of the PROJECT; purchase of rotary cylinder drum drying equipment. Procurement of materials handling and warehousing equipment (powder silo, seral lift, conveyor belts (4 pcs) and forklifts) SPECIFICATIONAL STANDARDS PROJEKT SERVICES The management members gained proficiency in implementing similar developments to the present project. The creation of an economical, energy-saving plant was a primary consideration when designing the technology. With the production capacity resulting from the development, we will be able to meet the increased customer needs not only on the domestic but also on our export market. (English)

    A tervezett feldolgozó technológia a gyártási kapacitást kétszeresére emeli. Ezzel lehetővé válik nemcsak a hazai, hanem a külföldi piacok kielégítése is, továbbá a magas hozzáadott értékkel rendelkező termékek előállítása is. A forgóhengeres dobszárító berendezésben egy nagy teljesítményű, energia hatékony gázégő által előállított hőenergia segítségével történik meg a bentonit alapanyag kívánt nedvességtartalomra történő szárítása. A szárított bentonit frakcionálása a kétsíkú rázószitán történik, ahonnan három különböző méretosztályú termék kerül ki. A legkisebb, 0-1 mm szemcseméretű mellékterméket takarmányozási célú értékesítésre a porsilóba továbbítjuk. Az 5 mm-nél nagyobb méretű szemcsék visszakerülnek a szárítódobba, a köztes méretű frakció (1-5mm) a macskaalom végtermék, amely csomagolásra és raktározásra kerül. A projekt költségvetésében szereplő anyagmozgató eszközök (szállítószalagok, serleges felvonó) a kész- és félkész termékek továbbítására, a porsiló a szárított és frakcionált melléktermék (takarmány bentonit) szállítást megelőző tárolására, a Jungheinrich DFG 320 dízelüzemű targonca a csomagolt készáru (macskaalom) mozgatására szolgál. PROJEKT ELŐKÉSZÍTŐ TEVÉKENYSÉGEK Technológiai eszköz beszerzése: a forgalmazókkal, gyártókkal egyeztetve megtörtént a tevékenységünkhöz szükséges berendezések kiválasztása, ártárgyalás és árajánlatkérés. Anyagmozgatáshoz és raktározáshoz kapcsolódó új eszközök beszerzése: a forgalmazókkal, gyártókkal egyeztetve megtörtént a tevékenységünkhöz szükséges berendezések kiválasztása, ártárgyalás és árajánlatkérés. A PROJEKT MEGVALÓSÍTÁSÁNAK LEGFONTOSABB LÉPÉSEI Technológiai eszközök; forgóhengeres dobszárító berendezés beszerzése.
