A fejlesztés segítségével a magasabb szintű gyártási technológiának köszönhetően magasabb hozzáadott-értéket képviselnek a beszerzendő eszközökkel gyártandó termékek, amelyek így nemzetközi szinten is versenyképessé válnának. Ezek a tényezők az árbevétel növekedésen belül az exportárbevétel alakulására is pozitív hatással lennének. A fejlesztéssel a vállalat már nem függne az alvállalkozóktól, így rugalmasabbá válna a gyártása, amely költséghatékonyság és vevői elégedettségi szempontból is pozitív hatással bírna. A projektmenedzsment tagjai rendelkeznek kellő tapasztalattal, jártassággal és szakmai ismeretekkel annak érdekében, hogy a projekt kifogástalanul valósulhasson meg.
