Using the newly procured tools, we can identify with greater efficiency in the manufacture of our medical diagnostic tools, and as a result eliminate in-producer errors and detect the factor causing a possible defect at the earlier stage of the production process. According to our calculations, these new conditions could result in a 50 % increase in our production. We intend to operate the purchased production equipment and production line integrated into a production management and decision support system based on Industry 4.0. The technical parameters are as follows: Production management module integrated with IP-based sensors, project management module, CRM module, HR module, “Industry 4.0” compliance according to the tender specifications. The efficiency-enhancing effect of such a system will bring in a relatively higher one-off purchase cost, the more efficiently it can be integrated in the larger area of production. We are building a completely new production hall at our site in Dömös, which integrates the infrastructure required for the “Industry 4.0” production management system from its foundation. In this hall we place the purchased equipment, with the help of which production can be done in one place from the raw material to the finished product under the supervision of the production management system.     A gyártási feltételek fejlesztése 3 irányban történik: 1. új beszerzésű anyagvizsgáló gépek rendszerbe állítása 2. a gyártási folyamatot támogató szoftverek. alkalmazása 3. a gyártási terület méretének növelése A projekt során két eszköz beszerzését tervezzük: a) egy Mueller-matrix mérőberendezés, b) és egy HerzSys dinamikai analizátor. A Muller-mátrix mérő a 16 elemből (optikai jellemzőből) álló Muller-mátrixot határozza meg. A mátrix elemei leírják, hogy hogyan változtatja meg az adott anyag a rajta áthaladó, vagy általa visszavert fény intenzitását és polarizációs tulajdonságait. A Muller –mátrix mérések révén pontosabban fogjuk definiálni az alkatrészek rejtett hibáit, illetve a nehezen értékelhető minták esetére az értékelő rendszerünk jobban felkészíthető. A HrzSys dinamikai analizátor a gyártás és tesztelés alatt lévő berendezések rezgési, zajkeltési anomáliáit segít feltárni és kiküszöbölni. Az analizátor négy mérőfej által felvett jeleket, a számítógép dolgozza fel. (A felvett adatokkal gyors, valós idejű fourier transzformációt lehet végrehajtani és mind az elmozdulást, mind a fourier transzformációból kapott adatokat ki lehet menteni egy text fájlba, későbbi kiértékelés szempontjából.) Az újonnan beszerezni kívánt eszközök használatával az orvos-diagnosztikai eszközeink gyártása során nagyobb hatékonysággal tudjuk azonosítani és ennek következtében kiküszöbölni is a gyártásközi hibákat, illetve a gyártási folyamat korábbi szakaszán érzékeljük a lehetséges hibát okozó faktort. Számításaink szerint ezen új feltételek eredményeképp 50%-os mértékben növekedhet a termelésünk. A beszerzett termelőeszközöket és gyártósort egy “Ipar 4.0” alapon működő termelés-irányítási és döntéstámogató rendszebe integráltan kívánjuk működtetni. Ennek műszaki paraméterei az alábbiak: IP alapú szenzorokkal integrált termelés-irányítási modul, projektmenedzsment modul, CRM modul, HR modul, kiírás szerinti “Ipar 4.0” megfelelőség. Egy ilyen rendszer hatékonyságnövelő hatása annál hamarabb hozza be viszonylag magasabb egyszeri beszerzési költségét, minél hatékonyabban integrálható a gyártás minél nagyobb területén. Ezt kihasználandó dömösi telephelyünkön egy teljesen új gyártócsarnokot építünk föl, ami alapjaitól integrálja az “Ipar 4.0” elvű termelés-irányítási rendszerhez szükséges infrastruktúrát. Ebben a csarnokban helyezzük el a beszerzett eszközöket, amik segítségével a termelés így az alapanyagtól a késztermékig a termelés-irányítási rendszer felügyelete alatt egy helyen megoldható.
