The semi-finished products pressed at the company’s headquarters in Budapest will be slaughtered at the newly constructed Biharkeresztes site, folded with the help of the production line to be procured in the framework of the project, and will be shipped from here to the office of the company in Bucharest and to the eastern markets. Thus, from a strategic point of view, the location of the new site and its further expansion would be beneficial in any event. 1) Project start, selection of suppliers, recruitment — 2015. The management of BIGPRINT HUNGARY Kft. selects the members of the project management organisation and determines the responsibilities and responsibilities. The project management organisation consists of 1 project manager, 1 project assistant, 1 professional manager and 1 financial manager. Conclusion of contracts The contract will be concluded on the basis of the prior consent of the project management. The contracts with the selected suppliers will be concluded based on the prior consent of the project management. Public In order to ensure publicity, a press release on the launch of the project will be sent to the regional, urban media and the municipal and municipal newspaper. In addition, the boards corresponding to the image elements will be produced, which will inform the target group about the fact of the support. 2) The Fotoba Cutting and Giant Dispensing Equipment, which is suitable for continuous operation and energy saving equipment, will be procured and commissioned in the first half of 2016. The professional manager checks the installation, the project manager arranges for the full administrative tasks of the project, the preparation of the photo documentation and the installation of the information board. 3) Project Closure 2016. Semester I The project manager shall arrange for the submission of the final accounts and for the full compliance with the information requirements.     A projekt keretében a BIGPRINT HUNGARY Kft. egy Fotoba Vágó és Óriás Adagoló berendezés beszerzését kívánja megvalósítani, amely nyomtatási/csomagolási/eladáshelyi eszközök alapanyagának méretre vágásához szükséges. A beszerzésre kerülő gép VTSZ száma 8441, a JUMBO ROLL FEEDER+FOTOBA géppáros segítségével a BIGPRINT HUNGARY Kft-nek lehetősége nyílik óriás papír/karton tekercsekből alapanyag ívesítésre, egyedi, nem szabvány méretekben, amely olcsóbb alapanyag beszerzést és hatékony alapanyag előkészítést, illetve jelentős kapacitásbővítést eredményez. A projekt során beszerzésre kerülő géppel a 1721 - Papír csomagolóeszköz gyártása TEÁOR tevékenység folytatására nyílik lehetősége a cégnek. A beszerzett berendezéssel előállítható, nem sztenderd méretű ívesített papírból/kartonból olyan kis és közepes példányszámú csomagoló és eladáshelyi reklám és dekor eszközök lesznek gyártva, melyekre a mai egyre specifikusabb vásárlási szokásokat ellátó kereskedelemnek rendkívül nagy igénye van. A cég budapesti székhelyén megnyomott félkész termékek az újonnan kialakított biharkeresztesi telephelyen kerül levágásra, hajtogatásra a projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő gépsor segítségével, majd innen továbbszállításra kerül a cég bukaresti irodájába, ill. a keleti piacokra. Így stratégiai szempontból mindenképpen előnyös az új telephely elhelyezkedése, annak a későbbiekben történő továbbbővítése. 1) Projekt kezdés, szállítók kiválasztása, munkaerő toborozás - 2015. II. félév A BIGPRINT HUNGARY Kft.. menedzsmentje kiválasztja a projektmenedzsment szervezet tagjait, meghatározza a felelősségi-, illetve feladatköröket. A projektmenedzsment szervezet 1 fő projektvezetőből, 1 fő projektasszisztensből, 1 fő szakmai vezetőből és 1 fő pénzügyi vezetőből tevődik össze. Szerződések megkötése A projektmenedzsment előzetes hozzájárulása alapján megkötésre kerülnek a szerződ A projektmenedzsment előzetes hozzájárulása alapján megkötésre kerülnek a szerződések a kiválasztott szállítókkal. A szakmai vezető ellenőrzi a beüzemelést, a projektmenedzser intézkedik a projekt adminisztratív feladatainak maradéktalan ellátásáról, a fotódokumentáció elkészítéséről és a tájékoztató tábla felszereléséről. 3) Projektzárás 2016. I. félév A projektmenedzser intézkedik a záró elszámolás benyújtásáról, valamint a tájékoztatási követelmények maradéktalan teljesítéséről.
