The aim of IMZ Ltd. is to purchase 1 Woodterminator 10XL Z shredder and loaders serving the machine (1 hx220 L Hyundai track excavator; 1 Pcs Gehl R190 SXT 2 speed compact loader; 1 pcs JCB 535-95AGRI PLUS telescopic loader). Machines can shred and sell branches and twigs on the side of the road. By purchasing this machine, the aim is to keep our environment in order, of course, besides increasing the range of products, to process the waste branches generated at the edge of the trenches, thus to make the surroundings of the roads more beautiful, and if they are not burnt by the roads or put in loads, then we can safely say that it is a reduction of environmental pollution. In addition to the shredder, loaders are needed because the shredder has to be served and the resulting wood chips must be loaded onto the transport vehicles. The company will continue to implement a tailor-made Woodpecker production enterprise management system. IMZ has increased its current IT solutions in size and demand. It plans to introduce an integrated and flexible production support company management system that can cover the entire operation of the company and help the company move to the next level of development. The system must develop with the company organically. The company expects the system to: ensuring the necessary transparency and predictability for sustainable development; providing up-to-date reports for management and ownership decisions; administrative simplification and transferability; efficient use of resources; keeping company data, information in order. The development is complex, so we believe that it can only be achieved in its entirety, the individual parts alone would not produce the expected effect. The development areas, strengthening and complementing each other, achieve the right goal to increase profits and achieve their results in a profitable and long-term operation of the company. The company has been operating with a high added value potential for 8 years. The development of the company is linked to 1610 Timber production, which is an activity with a high potential for added growth. As a result of the development, it can be a major supplier of local, national and international timber processing companies, thus joining the international networks. In the interest of environmental sustainability, the Ltd. undertakes to entrust the various tasks to companies with environmental management systems during the implementation of the project as well. Further strengthening the acquired market position, providing the modern technical and technological background for the continuation of the activities, expanding the range of services and providing them in a qualitative and complex manner also builds on the results of the project, thereby ensuring their long-term sustainability and continuation. Az IMZ Kft. célja 1 db Woodterminator 10XL Z aprítógép, valamint a gépet kiszolgáló rakodógépek beszerzése (1 db HX220 L Hyundai lánctalpas kotrógépre; 1 db Gehl R190 SXT 2 speed kompakt rakodógép; 1 db JCB 535-95AGRI PLUS teleszkópos rakodó). A gépekkel az út szélén keletkező ágakat, gallyakat lehet aprítani és ezáltal értékesíteni. Ezzel a gép megvásárlásával cél – természetesen a termékek palettájának növelése mellett- a környezetünk rendben tartása, az árkok szélén keletkező hulladék ágak feldolgozása, így az utak környékének szebbé tétele, valamint ha ezek nem az utak mellett van elégetve, rakásokba rakva, akkor nyugodtan állíthatjuk, hogy a környezetszennyezés csökkentése. Az aprítógép mellett a rakodógépekre azért van szükség, mert az aprítógépet ki kell szolgálni, a keletkező fa aprítékot a szállítójárművekre kell rakodni. A vállalkozás továbbiakban egy testre szabott Woodpecker Gyártástámogató Vállalatirányítási Rendszert kíván bevezetni. Az IMZ méretben és igények szintjén kinőtte a jelenlegi informatikai megoldásait. Egy olyan integrált és rugalmas gyártástámogató vállalatirányítási rendszert bevezetését tervezi, ami lefedheti a cég teljes működését, és segít a cégnek egy következő fejlettségi szintre lépni. A rendszernek a céggel szervesen együtt kell fejlődnie. A cég alábbiakat várja a rendszertől: fenntartható fejlődéshez szükséges átláthatóság és tervezhetőség biztosítása; vezetői és tulajdonosi döntésekhez szükséges jelentések naprakész biztosítása; adminisztráció egyszerűsítése, átadhatósága; erőforrások hatékony kihasználása; céges adatok, információk rendben tartása. A fejlesztés komplex, ezáltal úgy gondoljuk, hogy teljes egészében valósítható csak meg, az egyes részek önmagukban nem hoznák meg az elvárt hatást. A fejlesztési területek egymást erősítve és kiegészítve érik el a megfelelő célt a profit növelését és eredményüket a vállalkozás rentábilis és hosszú távú működtetését. A vállalkozás magas hozzáadott érték potenciállal végzi tevékenységét, immár 8 éve. A vállalkozás fejlesztése a 1610 Fűrészárugyártáshoz kapcsolódik, mely nagy hozzáadott-növekedési potenciállal bíró tevékenység. A fejlesztés eredményeképpen a helyi, országos és nemzetközi fafeldolgozó cégek nagy beszállítója lehet, ezzel is bekapcsolódva a nemzetközi hálózatokba. A környezeti fenntarthatóság érdekében a Kft. vállalja, hogy a projekt megvalósítása során és azt KÖVETŐEN is olyan vállalkozásokat bíz meg a különböző feladatok ellátásával, amely környezetirányítási rendszerrel rendelkezik. A megszerzett piaci pozíció további erősítése, a korszerű műszaki-technológiai háttér biztosítása a tevékenységek folytatásához, a szolgáltatások körének bővítése, valamint ezek minőségi, komplex módon történő nyújtása szintén a projekt eredményeire épül, és ez által biztosítja azok hosszú távú fenntarthatóságát, továbbvitelét.
