The medium-term plans of the company include the development of its own product, product scope development and customer expansion, which requires the expansion of existing technological opportunities with the technology element described above. The laser cutting machine provides the optimal solution for today’s needs, both in design and programming. The laser cutting device is a flexible and highly productive laser cutting machine in portal design, where only the focused laser beam serves as a cutting tool. Improving the organisation of processes and improving the efficiency of the given processes is the source of everyday problems and is therefore an urgent task to be implemented in the life of the enterprise, which requires the development of a long-term service-safe solution. Steel Design Ltd. plans to introduce an enterprise management system during the implementation of the project by introducing the specific modules: — Management and maintenance of the identification data and prices of the products of Steel Design Kft. — Management and maintenance of the identification data of Steel Design Kft.'s orders — Support for the production of Steel Design Kft. (parts, raw materials management, production launches by production groups, closure of productions) — Support for the procurement of materials required for the production of Steel Design Kft. — Support of the delivery tasks of Steel Design Kft. and the preparation of invoicing, provision of management sales information — Control of production delivery tasks of Steel Design Kft., support for the continuous and reliable production quality of this project is directly linked to the production of renewable energy production tools. The company’s current product development initiative is an alternative combustion unit suitable for the feeding of biomass, which can be fitted to conventional boilers. The batching unit is in the process of being developed, the laser cutting equipment is (also) suitable for the production of certain units of this plant. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A vállalkozás középtávú tervei között saját termék fejlesztése, termékkör fejlesztés és vevőkör bővítés is szerepel, amelyhez a meglévő technológiai lehetőségek bővítése szükséges, a fentiekben leírt technológiai elemmel. A lézervágó gép optimális megoldást nyújt a mai igényekre, mind kialakításában, mind programozásban. A lézervágó készülék egy rugalmas és egy rendkívül produktív lézervágógép portálkivitelben, amelynél kizárólag a fókuszált lézersugár szolgál vágóeszközként. A lézersugár érintetlenül vágja el az anyagot, miközben nehezebb kontúrokat is azonosan magas minőségben dolgoz fel. Az újonnan kifejlesztett beszúró eljárással, a „dinamikus beszúrással” rendkívül rövid beszúrási idők és ezzel rövid megmunkálási idők biztosíthatók. A vállalkozás energiahatékonyságának javítása folyamatos feladatként van jelen a Kft. életében, amelyre a megújuló energiaforrások növekvő igénybevétele az egyik lehetséges megoldás. A folyamatok szervezésének fejlesztése és az adott folyamatok hatékonyságának fejlesztése mindennapos problémák forrása és ezért sürgősen végrehajtandó feladat a vállalkozás életében, amelyre hosszú távú üzembiztos megoldás kiépítése szükséges. A Steel Design Kft. vállalatirányítási rendszer bevezetését tervezi a projekt megvalósítása során az adott modulok bevezetésével: - A Steel Design Kft. termékeinek azonosító adatainak és árának, ármódosításainak kezelése, karbantartása - A Steel Design Kft. termék megrendeléseinek azonosító adatainak kezelése, karbantartása - A Steel Design Kft. gyártásának támogatása (alkatrészek, alapanyagok kezelése, gyártási csoportok szerinti gyártásindítások, gyártások lezárása) - A Steel Design Kft. gyártásához szükséges anyagbeszerzési feladatok támogatása - A Steel Design Kft. késztermék kiszállítási feladatainak támogatása, és a számlázás előkészítés megvalósítása, vezetői értékesítési információk biztosítása - A Steel Design Kft. termelési szállítási feladatainak kontrollálása, a folyamatos, megbízható gyártási minőség biztosításának támogatása jelen projekt fejlesztésének tárgya közvetlenül kapcsolódik megújuló energia termelő eszközök előállításához is. A vállalkozás aktuális termékfejlesztési kezdeményezése egy biomassza beadagolására alkalmas, alternatív tüzelő egység, amely hagyományos kazánokhoz illeszthető. a beadagoló egység fejlesztése folyamatban van, a lézervágó berendezés ennek a berendezésnek egyes egységeinek legyártásához (is) megfelelő eszköz.
