In the framework of this project, our company is developing our activities in the production of other food products 1089 '08 M.n.s. The submission of the grant application was preceded by several months of preparatory work. In connection with the preparation of the project, we carefully studied and designed the planned technology, prepared a business and financial plan, agreed with our existing and potentially new partners, asked for quotations from the bidders with the right parameters for the necessary production tool. The professional/technical standards to be applied during the project are set out in the quotations attached to the grant application. The device to be purchased under the aid application is a filling-cooker for the production of a combined food rod based on a specific recipe. The production line shall consist of the following elements: • Filling-cooling machine • clipping equipment • Cooking tub equipment • Cooling tub equipment • CIP equipment • CIP equipment • Transport equipment is not necessary for the implementation of the tender project, the above tools form a unit that cannot be separated from each other within the production process and can be fully manufactured with them. This development takes place in the sector to be developed under the Irinyi Plan (according to Annex 8 of the call): 1089 '08 Manufacture of other foodstuffs n.e.c. The company already has ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. We undertake the implementation of the production management system within the framework of this project. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Jelen projekt keretében vállalkozásunk 1089 '08 M.n.s. egyéb élelmiszer gyártása tevékenységünk fejlesztését valósítjuk meg. A támogatási kérelem beadását több hónapos előkészítési munka előzte meg. A projekt előkészítése kapcsán a tervezett technológiát alaposan tanulmányoztuk, illetve megterveztük, üzleti és pénzügyi tervet készítettünk, egyeztettünk meglévő és potencionálisan új partnereinkkel, árajánlatokat kértünk be a megfelelő paraméterekkel rendelkező ajánlatadókról a szükséges gyártóeszközre. A projekt során alkalmazni kívánt a szakmai/műszaki standardokat a támogatási kérelemhez csatolt árajánlatok tartalmazzák. A támogatási kérelem keretében beszerezni kívánt eszköz egyedi receptúra alapján megalkotott kombinált élelmiszer rúd gyártását célzó töltő-főző gyártóberendezés. A gyártósor a következő elemekből épül fel: • Töltő-főző gép • Klipszelő berendezés • Főzőkád berendezés • Hűtőkád berendezés • Alapanyag adagoló renszer • CIP berendezés • Szállító berendezések További eszközök beszerzése nem szükséges a pályázati projekt megvalósításához, a fenti eszközök a gyártási folyamaton belül egymástól nem elválasztható egységet képeznek, és a teljes gyártás megvalósítható velük. Jelen fejlesztés az Irinyi Tervben kiemelt fejlesztendő ágazatban valósul meg (a Felhívás 8. számú melléklete alapján): 1089 '08 M.n.s. egyéb élelmiszer gyártása. ISO 9001 és ISO 14001 tanúsítványokkal már rendelkezik a cég. Termelésirányítási rendszer megvalósát vállaljuk jelen projekt keretén belül. (Hungarian)
