In the framework of this project, we would like to implement: — purchase of full stainless steel ‘TP-HRW 5’ of pasteurisation tunnel — Construction of a 495 m² roll storage hall The purchase of the pasteurising tunnel is most needed to develop our brewing activity starting this year. Increasing the shelf life of beers can be achieved through two types of technology: one of them is the moment-pastoring, with which we can extend the shelf life by 30 days in the case of a live beer. If we use the second technology, the so-called tunnel pasteurisation, the shelf life can be increased by 180 days. If we can guarantee the longer shelf life of our products compared to their competitors, we can achieve a significant market position (it is known that there is no such equipment in Hungary today) and our export possibilities are expanding. The tunnel pasteurisation equipment represents a novel technology that does not damage the quality of the product and the value of its ingredients, as opposed to instant pasteurisation, because heat treatment takes place at high temperatures. Main technical parameters of the machine: — Temperature of the product (inlet temperature) in the pasteuriser: + 5 °C to + 10 °C — pasteurising temperature: + 68 °C — Product temperature (outlet temperature) from the pasteuriser: + 20 °C-+ 25 °C — Steam use during stable operation (3 bars) 170-180 kg/h — Steam use at the start of work (3 bars) 270-290 kg/h — Steam temperature: + 140 °C — Water use 2 bar (15 °C): 2.5 m³/h Machine operating principle: when passing through, a plate conveyor belt forwards the bottles- main tape. The main channels are reinforced gearboxes, adjustable frequency converters. The lower part of the tunnel is made in the form of a tub, divided into several parts with partitions. The tubs foresee the storage of water at different temperatures. Above the upper base conveyor belt there is an irrigation system with spray polyamide nozzle. The tunnel is mounted on a heavy-legged loading rack. To minimise heat loss, the upper and lower walls of the tunnel are insulated, isolated from the main piece from the outside, and decorative plated. There are tanks on the side walls with side lids. The tank is equipped with pumps that supply the irrigation system with water. The side lids of the tanks can be easily moved, designed for inspection and cleaning of pasteurisation tanks. The pasteuriser has a measuring porter and handles the ducts on which the bottles are carried to the pasteuriser conveyor belt, and then it does the same thing out of the pasteurisation. Water heating is supplied by steam-water plate heat exchangers. The whole process of pasteurisation is automated, temperature conditions and speed of movement of the conveyor tape are automatically supported, the pasteurisation process is controlled by a Simens LOGO processor. (We would like to make a separate statement to explain this point due to the lack of a number of cameras.) (English)

A gép legfőbb műszaki paraméterei: - A termék hőmérséklete (bemeneti hőmérséklet) a pasztörizálóban: +5 °C-+10 °C - Pasztörizáló hőmérséklet: + 68 °C - Termék hőmérséklete (kimenethőmérséklet) a pasztörizálóból kijőve: + 20 °C-+25 °C - Gőz felhasználás a stabil működés során ( 3 bár) 170-180 kg/h - Gőz felhasználás a munka kezdetén (3 bár) 270-290 kg/h - Gőz hőmérséklete: +140 °C - Víz felhasználás 2 bar (15°C): 2,5 m3/h A gép működési elve: áteresztéskor lemezes futószalag továbbítja az üvegeket- fő szalag. A fő csatornák megerősített hajtóművek, szabályozható frekvencia átalakítókkal. Az alagút alsó része kád formájában készült, számos részre osztva választófalakkal. A kádak a különböző hőmérsékletű víz tárolását irányozzák elő. (Karakterszámhiány miatt a pont kifejtését külön nyilatkozatban szeretnénk megtenni.) (Hungarian)
