HÖPE Iron Industry Ltd. GOP-1.3.1-10/A-2010-0149 R & D & I project successfully implemented. Title of the project: Development of special refractory bricks during the complex corporate innovation of HÖPE Vasipari Kft. The main content of the project is: HÖPE Iron Industry Ltd. HUF 29.312.025 was awarded in the framework of the New Széchenyi Plan, Economic Operational Programme, within the framework of the “support for business innovation” programme, in a tender with a total budget of HUF 76.280.983. After the company’s main economic profile is the production of metal structures, and in particular the Ltd. performs high-level services in the field of iron and fireplace manufacturing, in accordance with the most up-to-date international and environmental standards. The company produces 98 % on the Austrian, Swiss and Italian markets and sells the remaining quantities on the domestic market. During the project outlined above, the company’s innovation and innovation activities are reflected in the refractory brick production. In the course of the experimental innovation, the company developed refractory and heat-resistant lining bricks that, by mixing a certain polymer solution with other minerals, no longer need to burn the product, since the polymer material, bound at room temperature, creates an initial keramic bond. By this process, the company has not only created a completely new product, but at the same time it produces much less energy demand and CO2 emissions in the production and production of these products without conventional combustion processes. The development opened up a market segment such as the production and distribution of refractory materials, products and appliances for all applications. Thus, in particular, materials referred to as refractory materials which, when incorporated into a medium- or high-temperature heater, permanently withstand different stresses without substantial change. Heat and refractory building materials used for lining and masonrying the fire chambers of heaters are classified as refractory. As a result, the supply of fire-resistant materials to own fireplaces affects only a part of the future market share. The project received a grant decision on 10 March 2011. Following the successful implementation of the project, the Intermediate Body approved the final accounts and the final payment claim on 19.11.2012. Höpe Vasipari Kft. intends to introduce IPAR 4.0 solutions during this project. Its main features are: Compliance of Winner Integrated Corporate Management System:1. Corporate CRM and sales area Commercial base system, advance management, Intrastat function, product fee management, email management, document management 2. Production area: Production tracking, on-line workflow management, worksheet management, communication functions for on-line connection of production tools 3. Controlling and decision support: List Server and Report Generator, Production and Stock Control, Commercial and Financial Basic System. Other characterisations attached! (English) | |||||||||||||||

A HÖPE Vasipari Kft. GOP-1.3.1-10/A-2010-0149. kódszámú K+F+I projektet sikeresen megvalósított. A projekt címe: Speciális tűzálló téglák kifejlesztése a HÖPE Vasipari Kft. komplex vállalati innovációja során. A projekt 2011. március 10. napon kapott támogatói döntést. A projekt sikeres megvalósítását követően a Közreműködő Szervezet 2012.11.19. napon hagyta jóvá a záró elszámolást és a záró kifizetési kérelmet. A Höpe Vasipari Kft. ezen projekt során kíván IPAR 4.0 megoldásokat bevezetni. Főbb jellemzői: A WinNER Integrált vállalatirányítási rendszer megfelelősége:1. Vállalati CRM és értékesítési terület Kereskedelmi alaprendszer, előleg kezelés, Intrastat funkció, termékdíj kezelés, email menedzsment, dokumentumkezelés 2. Gyártási terület: Gyártáskövetés, on-line munkafolyamat irányítás, munkalap kezelés, kommunikációs funkciók gyártóeszközök on-line kapcsolatához 3. Kontrolling és döntéstámogatás: Listaszerver és riportgenerátor, gyártási és készlet-kontrolling, Kereskedelmi és pénzügyi alaprendszer. Többi jellemező csatolva! (Hungarian)
