The location of the investment planned by Hőtechnika Kft. is MOL NYrt. Petrochemical site, former TVK’s industrial site. A modern, heat-insulated, lightweight steel hall will be built here, which will function as a manufacturing base. Authorisation is ongoing, unit cost: 165 thousand HUF/m². Among the welders, MagicWave 2200 is a fully digital AC/DC single-phase welding machine with only 18 kg, but with a maximum output power of 220A. It is extremely easy to use, can be used in many places, it can be used for medium and highly alloyed steels, aluminum and alloys, non-ferrous metals. FastMigX450W-Regular-WR has the advantage of constant current value regardless of the change in free wire length, which is necessary for quality seam formation. The machine has synergistic program expansion, which is necessary for welding Ni alloys, duplex steels, superaustenitic steels. The TransTig 3000 is a DC three-phase welding machine with a maximum output power of only 24.2 kg of 300A. Part of the investment is the ARG 300 saw machine, which is manually controlled, with gravitational feed system, with the possibility of cutting in both directions at an angle. With the help of the orbital pipe welding equipment, the association will be able to weld high pressure pipe load devices and pipe pipe systems according to the expected quality and efficiency requirements. CNC control of plate rolling and profile rolling machines allows for a high degree of mechanisation. Thanks to the control, the company will be able to manufacture parts of different shapes than circular cross-sections. With the help of the blasting equipment, Hőtechnika Kft. will be able to perform the surface preparation and corrosion protection of the manufactured parts at the point of manufacture, which reduces exposure to subcontractors. With the purchase of mobile blowers, the time and cost of preparing for the inspection of the seams can be significantly reduced in the case of on-site repair works. With the laser cutter to be purchased, the plates below 20 mm can be cut much more accurately and efficiently. The company has been in possession of an ISO 9001 quality assurance system since 1998, has been certified in accordance with Government Decree 3/1998 and the Government Decree 11/1994 for works on storage tanks since 2009, as well as ISO 3834-2 certified by TÜV Rheinland. A Hőtechnika Kft. által tervezett beruházás helyszíne a MOL NYrt. Petrolkémiai telephelye, a volt TVK ipartelepe. Itt egy korszerű, hőszigetelt, könnyűszerkezetes acélcsarnok kerül megépítésre, mely gyártó bázisként funkcionál majd. Engedélyeztetése folyamatban van, fajlagos bekerülési költsége: 165 ezer Ft/m2. A nagyméretű és nagy tömegű részegységek anyagmozgatásához egy 12,5 tonnás híddaru is beépítésre kerül 4,99m emelési magassággal. A termeléshez szükséges fém megmunkáló gépek és berendezések is beszerzésre kerülnek, melyek a ma létező csúcstechnológiát képviselik. A gépek gyártósorba illesztésével a társaság képes növelni a hegesztett alkatrészek összeállításának pontosságát és egyúttal a nagyfokú automatizálásnak köszönhetően a termelékenységet is. A hegesztők közül a MagicWave 2200 egy teljesen digitális egyen- váltóáramú (AC/DC) egyfázisú hegesztőgép, mely mindössze 18kg., viszont maximális kimenő teljesítménye 220A. Rendkívül könnyen kezelhető, sok helyen alkalmazható, közepesen és erősen ötvözött acélokhoz, alumíniumhoz és ötvözeteihez, színesfémekhez is használható. FastMigX450W-Regular-WR előnye az állandó áramerősség érték a szabad huzalhossz változásától függetlenül, mely minőségi varratképzéshez szükséges. A gép rendelkezik szinergikus program bővítési lehetőséggel, ami Ni-ötvözetek, duplex acélok, szuperausztenites acélok, hegesztéséhez szükséges. A TransTig 3000 egy egyenáramú háromfázisú hegesztőgép, mely mindössze 24,2kg viszont maximális kimenő teljesítménye 300A. A beruházás része az ARG 300 fűrészgép, mely manuális vezérlésű, gravitációs előtolásos rendszerű, mindkét irányba szögben vágási lehetőséggel. Az orbitális csőhegesztő berendezés segítségével a társsaság képes lesz nagynyomású csőköteges készülékek és csővezetéki rendszerek csöveinek hegesztésére az elvárt minőségi és hatékonysági kívánalmaknak megfelelően. A lemezhengerítő és profilhengerítő gépek CNC vezérlése lehetővé teszi a nagyfokú gépesítést. A vezérlésnek köszönhetően a gépekkel kör keresztmetszettől eltérő formájú alkatrészeket is képes lesz legyártani a társaság. A szemcsefúvó berendezések segítségével a Hőtechnika Kft. a gyártás helyén lesz képes elvégezni a legyártott alkatrészek felület előkészítését és korrózióvédelmét, amely csökkenti az alvállalkozóknak való kitettséget. A mobil szemcsefúvók beszerzésével a helyszíni javítási munkáknál a varratok vizsgálatához való előkészítés idejét és költségét is lehet jelentősen csökkenteni. A beszerzésre kerülő lézervágóval a 20 mm alatti lemezek lesznek sokkal pontosabban és hatékonyabban vághatók. A társaság 1998 óta rendelkezik ISO 9001 minőségbiztosítási rendszerrel, 2009 óta rendelkezik a 3/1998. sz. kormányrendelet és a 11/1994. sz. tárolótartályokon végezhető munkákra vonatkozó kormányrendelet szerinti, valamint a TÜV Rheinland által tanúsított, ISO 3834-2 szabvány szerinti hegesztő üzemi minősítéssel.
