1., The CX600 manufactured by IBL is a fully automated inline steam soldering furnace. High precision and high quality for medium and large volume production. For easier inline integration, the machine has an SMEMA interface. The furnace can also reach a cycle time of 20 seconds per panel. Thanks to the integrated energy management system, the furnace has a low energy consumption and due to oxygen-free soldering, nitrogen use is not required, so the operating costs are also low. The panels on the conveyor belt are collected by the automated system on a tray, which is fully transmitted to the oven for preheating. In the meantime, the conveyor conveys the panels to the second tray. The first tray is soldered into the oven. The Unloader manufactured by NUTEK sorts the panels from the soldering device according to the optical inspection test and puts them in the appropriate storage (good/bad). It communicates with the machines in front of it via SMEMA interface. Storage sizes can be adjusted flexibly, so the device can be used with a number of panels. 3. After the SEP2/M panel cutter soldering manufactured by Olamef, it cuts the panels economically without breaking, so that the production of scrap products can be significantly reduced and prevented. The distance between the knives is adjustable, the cutting length can be programmed, so the device can be used with multiple panels. 4. With the Mantis Elite HD microscope manufactured by Vision, it is possible to detect and correct implantation and soldering errors thanks to 8x and 15x lenses. The microscope provides a magnification that shows defects that are not or are difficult to detect with the naked eye. The microscope can be connected to a computer with a USB connector, so the recording can be traced back later. Due to the design, machining and soldering can be carried out under the microscope. 5., The stereo optics of Lynx EVO 503 microscope manufactured by Vision creates a 3-dimensional image of first class quality for visual inspection and analysis of components and samples in 3D. The 360-degree angle optics with circular vision allow for better observation of details and easier examination of hidden details in vertical parts. It is convenient to switch between an inclined view and a traditional vertical view. The work is fatigue-free thanks to a straight, natural posture, and the eye fatigue is noticeably lower than the traditional microscopes. 1., Az IBL által gyártott CX600 egy teljesen automatizált inline gőzfázisú forrasztó kemence. Nagy precizitást és magas minőséget biztosít közepes és nagy volumenű gyártás esetén. A könnyebb inline integráció érdekében a gép SMEMA interfésszel rendelkezik. A kemence elérheti a panelenkénti 20 másodperces ciklusidőt is. Az integrált energia menedzsment rendszernek köszönhetően a kemence alacsony energiafelhasználású, valamint az oxigén-mentes forrasztásnak köszönhetően nitrogén felhasználás nem szükséges, így az üzemeltetési költségek is alacsonyak. A szállítószalagon érkező paneleket az automatizált rendszer egy tálcára gyűjti, amelyet teli állapotban továbbít a kemencébe előfűtésre. Ezalatt a szállítószalag továbbítja a második tálcára a paneleket. Az első tálca a kemencébe kerül forrasztásra. A teli második tálcát a rendszer előfűtésre, ezzel egy időben az első tálcán lévő paneleket hűtésre továbbítja. A kész paneleket az első tálcáról elszállítja a szállítószalag, az üres helyeket pedig feltölti az érkező előkészített panelekkel. A második tálca ezen idő alatt a kemencébe kerül forrasztásra, majd hűtésre, miközben az újratöltött első tálcát előfűtésre továbbítja. 2., A NUTEK által gyártott Unloader a forrasztó berendezésből érkező paneleket az optikai ellenőrzés vizsgálata szerint szétválogatja és a megfelelő tárolóba (jó/rossz) helyezi. Az előtte található gépekkel SMEMA interfészen kommunikál. A tároló méretek rugalmasan állíthatók, ezáltal számos méretű panellel alkalmazható az eszköz. 3., Az Olamef által gyártott SEP2/M panelszeletelő forrasztást követően gazdaságosan darabolja a paneleket törésmentesen, így jelentősen csökkenthető és megelőzhető a selejt termékek gyártása. A kések közti távolság állítható, a vágáshossz programozható, így több méretű panellel is használható az eszköz. 4., A Vision által gyártott Mantis Elite HD mikroszkóp segítségével a beültetési, illetve forrasztási hibák felderítése és javítása végezhető el a 8x és 15x objektíveknek köszönhetően. A mikroszkóppal olyan nagyítás érhető el, amely megmutatja a szabad szemmel nem vagy nehezen észlelhető hibákat. A mikroszkóp USB csatlakozóval számítógéphez csatlakoztatható, így a felvétel később is visszakereshető. A kialakításból adódóan megmunkálás, forrasztás végezhető a mikroszkóp alatt. 5., A Vision által gyártott Lynx EVO 503 mikroszkóp sztereó optikája 3 dimenziós képet hoz létre első osztályú minőségben az alkotóelemek és minták szemrevételezéséhez és elemzéséhez 3D-ben. A 360 fokos szögoptika körkörös látással lehetővé teszi függőleges alkatrészeknél a részletek jobb megfigyelését és a rejtett részletek könnyebb vizsgálatát. Kényelmesen lehet váltani a ferde rálátás és a hagyományos függőleges rálátás között. A munkavégzés az egyenes, természetes testtartásnak köszönhetően fáradtságmentes, a szemek fáradása érzékelhetően alacsonyabb a hagyományos mikroszkópokhoz képest.
