The drawbacks of these were the separate design process and the possession of professional knowledge of paints of different colours requiring great professional knowledge and experience. Inkjet technology is a compact procedure that eliminates these disadvantages. Recognising this, almost all printing machine manufacturers in the world turned to inkjet technology. In Hungary, its application is still in its infancy, so our company would like to be part of the lead team by purchasing these machines. In many cases, analogue technologies cannot be used so it is justified to turn to digital technology. For cost-effectiveness reasons, digital technology can achieve the most appropriate choice and capacity expansion if we can meet the needs of the market and work at the right price. We can also apply digital technology well when making small copies. Everything is the same as before, only if there is a digital machine, then if we have to produce little of a kind of label, then we will do it efficiently (for the customer cheaper and faster for everyone), we still do these works — even if they order it despite the higher start-up price — only with much more time and not so cost-effectively. Our company did not have R & D & I activities before, and we do not have industrial rights protection. However, for the sake of our production efficiency, we would like to introduce a production management system using IPAR 4.0 solutions that will be able to contain scrap formation and continuously provide the company with production information to increase the efficiency of production. The production management system is fully connected to an enterprise management system, which manages all the processes of the company’s operation together, thus modernising the technology. We are not affected by irregularities in our previous projects. We have a quality management system, a certificate has been attached. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Az utóbbi időben tört elő az inkjet nyomtatás az ipari alkalmazás területén, mivel eddig csak irodai felhasználása volt az elterjedtebb. A címkéket eddig flexo és ofszet eljárással állították elő. Ezek hátránya a külön formakészítési folyamat és a különböző színű festékek szakszerű, nagy szakmai ismeretet és tapasztalatot igénylő tudás birtoklása volt. Az inkjet technológia egy kompakt eljárás, amely kiküszöböli ezen hátrányokat. A világ szinte valamennyi nyomdagépgyártója ezt felismerve az inkjet technológia felé fordult. Magyarországon még gyerekcipőben jár az alkalmazása és így cégünk szeretne az élcsapathoz tartozni ezen gépek beszerzésével. Az analóg technológiák nagyon sok esetben nem használhatók így indokolt lett a digitális technológia felé fordulni. Költséghatékonysági okokból kifolyólag a digitális technológia a legmegfelelőbb választás és kapacitás bővülést is akkor tudunk elérni ha kitudjuk elégíteni a piaci igényeket és megfelelő áron tudunk dolgozni. Kis példányszámok kivitelezésénél is jól tudjuk alkalmazni a digitális technológiát. minden ugyanaz, mint eddig, csak ha lesz digitális gép, akkor ha keveset kell gyártanunk egy-egy fajta címkéből, akkor azt hatékonyan fogjuk tenni (a vevő számára olcsóbban és mindenki számára gyorsabban), most is megcsináljuk ezeket a munkákat - ha a magasabb induló ár ellenére mégis megrendelik -, csak sokkal több időráfordítással és nem annyira költséghatékonyan. Cégünknek korábban nem volt K+F+I tevékenysége illetve nem rendelkezünk iparjog védelmi oltalommal. A termelési hatékonyságunk érdekében azonban szeretnénk bevezetni az IPAR 4.0 megoldások alkalmazásával egy termelésirányítási rendszert mely képes lesz a selejt képződést visszafogni illetve folyamatosan olyan termelési információkkal látja el a céget mely segítségével a gyártás hatékonysága növelhető. A termelésirányítási rendszerhez kompletten egy vállalatirányítási rendszert is kapcsolunk mely a vállalat működésének összes folyamatát egyben kezeli ezzel korszerűsítve a technológiát. Korábbi projektjeinkkel kapcsolatban szabálytalansággal nem vagyunk érintettek. Minőségirányítási rendszerrel rendelkezünk, tanúsítvány csatolásra került. (Hungarian)
