In recent years, sales potential for high value-added products, such as cookies, vanilla rings, homemade tea cookies, has steadily increased. The company can fill its products with jam, chocolate and various flavoured creams by installing the furnace, forming equipment and filling and dispensing equipment. It will also be able to produce biscuits at the same time efficiently. By putting the modern production unit into service, the company aims to produce high-quality stuffed “cookies” and “Grisbi” type products, thus serving a significant market trend. The third unit of development is the software that connects a caroton equipment to the company’s production management system. The essence of the IT solution is to systematise the collected data by uploading the production management interfaces created in SAP’s era after the closing of shifts, integrating it into a production control system. A beruházás három részegységből áll: A kartonozó gép beszerzésével a társaság célja a meglévő karton kínálat méret/darabszám optimalizálása, egységcsomagra eső költség csökkentése, valamint a csomagolási folyamat kézi munkaerő igény csökkentése. A beszerzésre kerülő kartonozó/töltő berendezés 3 db meglévő tasakoló gépet tud kiszolgálni, melyen az éves termelési volumen 45-50%-a kerül legyártásra. A 180/200/500/800/1000g kiszerelésű háztartási kekszek gyártása ezáltal teljes mértékben automatizálttá válik a tésztakészítésétől az egységrakat képzéséig. A 3 zónás alagút kemence a nevéből adódóan három zónából áll, direkt/indirekt és konvekciós kivitelűek. 42 m hosszú 1,25 m széles. A berendezés a társaság jelenlegi technológiájához kapcsolva linzer típusú termék gyártása válik hatékonnyá. A társaság óránkénti kapacitását tudja megduplázni a jelenlegi 500 kg/óra termelési mennyiségről 1000 kg/órára. A három különböző zóna kombinációjának eredményeként a termékeken jelentős minőségjavulása érhető el. A kapacitásbővítésén túl a kemence folyamatba illesztésének hatására nagyobb méretű házi jellegű sütemények ipari gyártása lehetővé válik. Ennek hatására a társaság szélesíteni tudja a jelenlegi termékportfólióját, ami 2% többlet árbevétel növekedést eredményez évente. Az elmúlt évek során folyamatosan növekedett az értékesítési potenciál a magas hozzáadott értékű termékek iránt, mint például a cookies, vaníliás karika, házi jellegű teasütemény. A társaság a kemence, a formázó berendezések, valamint a töltő, adagoló berendezésekkel telepítésével töltei tudja a termékeit lekvárral, csokoládé- valamint különböző ízesítésű krémekkel. Képes lesz továbbá a keksz szortimentek egyidejű, hatékony gyártására. A társaság célja a korszerű gyártóegység üzembe állításával, hogy minőségi töltött „cookies” és „grisbi” típusú termékek előállításon elő, így egy jelentős piaci trendet szolgálna ki. A fejlesztés harmadik egysége az a szoftver, amely karotonozó berendezést köti össze a társaság termelés irányítási rendszerével. Az informatikai megoldás lényege, hogy az összegyűjtött adatokat rendszerezi úgy, hogy az SAP-ban korában létrehozott termelésirányítási felületeket műszakok zárása után feltölti, termelési kontrolling rendszerbe integrálja.
