During the implementation of the project, equipment for the manufacture of metallurgical and woodworking machinery will be purchased. Metal industry: Water Cutting, Eye Blasting Machine, Screw Compressor, Electric Chain Lifting Structure, Actuator, Screw Drilling, Machining Set, Dust Spray Painting Cabin with Burning Furnace. During the investment, a carpentry workshop will be created at the company’s existing site by refurbishing and renovating an existing building. In addition, the tent required for metallurgical activity will be built, which will be suitable for the safe storage and operation of larger equipment. The assets to be purchased in this project are closely linked to the existing machinery fleet. A thorough study of the tools to be purchased has been carried out in preparation for the project. The employees of the Kft. mapped the machines, tools on the market, as well as what kind of equipment fleets the companies carrying out similar activities in the region have and what kind of activity they can do. When selecting the machines, it was important that the machine park to be traded make Norta Kft suitable for the production of innovative, value-added equipment. This gives the firm a market advantage over its competitors. The works to be carried out in the framework of the project shall not be subject to authorisation. In preparation for the construction activity, the necessary technical specifications, as well as plans and site drawings were prepared. The final technical content was developed on the basis of the consultation with the designer. In order to ensure the market price, the Ltd. asked at least 3 different suppliers to offer a quote, from which they would like to choose the best bidder during the project implementation. Norta Kft. has an accredited membership and performs certified supplier activities. The Ltd. has a project submitted in response to the GOP-1.1.1 call in progress, which will be completed on 30.7.2015. The equipment and machinery to be purchased in the framework of the project contribute to the production of products with a higher level of processing by the company, and through the use of the equipment a manufacturing technology is realised that leads to added-value gains. The managing director and majority owner of Norta Kft. is a woman under the age of 35. The Kft. It has 9 full, closed financial years. The proportion of the company’s operating results is 5.13 %. The location of the project has been the seat of the company since 2013, and in 2014 it was converted into a site, so the company’s site has been the site of implementation for more than 2 years. A projekt megvalósítás során fémipari és faipari gépek gyártásához szükséges eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre. Fémipar: Vizesvágó, Szemcseszóró gép, Csavarkompresszor, Elektromos láncos emelő szerkezet, Akkus,csavarbehajtó,ütvefúró,csiszoló szett, Porszóró festőkabin égető kemencével,. Faipar: CNC vezérlésű fa marógép, Központi forgács –fűrészpor elszívó rendszer, Motoros láncfűrész, Kombinált gérvágó, Láncmaró, Asztali körfűrész,állvánnyal, Gerendagyalu, Kézi körfűrész, Kefegép, Akkus gyalu, Szalagcsiszoló gép, Szalagfűrészgép, Hőprés, Kontaktcsiszoló, Vertikális lapszabászgép, Négyoldalas gyalugép, ABS élzáró és élfóliázó, Sorozatfúró, Sorozatvágó körfűrész, Magasnyomású melegvizes mosó, Fűrészlap élező gép, Gyalukés élező gép, Tárcsaélező gép, Általános szerszámköszörű gép, Fűrész lap hegesztő gép. A beruházás során egy meglévő épület átalakításával, felújításával asztalos műhely kerül kialakítására a cég meglévő telephelyén. Emellett a fémipari tevékenységhez szükséges sátor kerül felépítésre, amely alkalmas lesz a nagyobb berendezések biztonságos tárolásához és működtetéséhez. A jelen projektben megvásárlandó eszközök szorosan kapcsolódnak a meglévő gépparkhoz. A projekt előkészítéseként a megvásárlandó eszközök alapos tanulmányozása valósult meg. A Kft. munkatársai feltérképezték a piacon megtalálható gépeket, szerszámokat, valamint, azt, hogy a régióban hasonló tevékenységet végző cégek milyen gépparkkal rendelkeznek, milyen tevékenységet tudnak végezni. A gépek kiválasztásánál fontos volt, hogy a vásárlandó géppark alkalmassá tegye a Norta Kft-t innovatív, hozzáadott-értéket képező berendezések előállítására. Ez biztosítja a cég számára a piaci előnyt versenytársaival szemben. A projekt keretében megvalósítandó építési beruházás nem engedély köteles. Az építési tevékenység előkészítéseként elkészült a szükséges műszaki leírás, valamint tervek, helyszínrajzok. A tervezővel történő egyeztetés alapján alakult ki a végleges műszaki tartalom. A piaci ár biztosításához a Kft. legalább 3 különböző beszállítót kért fel árajánlat adására, amelyek közül a legkedvezőbb árat kínálót kívánják majd kiválasztani a projekt megvalósítása során. A Norta Kft. akkreditált tagsággal rendelkezik, igazolt beszállítói tevékenységet végez. A kft. rendelkezik megvalósítás alatt lévő GOP-1.1.1 felhívásra benyújtott projekttel, amely 2015.07.30-án fejeződik be. A projekt keretében megvásárlandó berendezések, gépek hozzájárulnak ahhoz, hogy magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termékeket állítson elő a cég, illetve a berendezések használata révén olyan gyártási technológia valósul meg, amely hozzáadott-érték növekedést eredményez. A Norta Kft. ügyvezetője és többségi tulajdonosa 35 év alatti nő. A Kft. 9 teljes, lezárt pénzügyi évvel rendelkezik. A cég üzemi eredményének aránya 5,13 %. A projekt megvalósítás helyszíne 2013. óta a cég székhelye volt, majd 2014-ben telephellyé módosult, így több, mint 2 éve a cég telephelye a megvalósítás helyszíne. (Hungarian)
