The main element of the project is the purchase of the robot and other production equipment detailed in the previous point and in the quotation, and the property development is linked to this, as due to the volume, the results of the development cannot be accommodated in the current production halls. The new, rented production hall is located on a site with the factory operating so far, but we manage to use the hall of a less successful company on the same site. Thus, there are no logistical or other organisational problems in operation. In addition, a hall that is currently owned by the company will be renovated to meet the additional space requirements of the extended production capacity. As part of the project, a completely new product will be developed, the company has not yet produced such products. This is the range of inverters to produce the most sensitive and precision components of solar systems. With the production of inverters, the company can take further major steps in a market where it has already been present, i.e. it can carry out the steps of market orientation in such a way that the elements of product-oriented operation can be included in the daily practice. The procurement of crane is important for the handling of heavy materials, semi-finished and finished products, while packaging materials are necessary for the direct sale of individual products made by the company. The IT developments are essential for the innovative operation planned under the project. In practice, by minimising the human impact, it can be achieved that IT systems dominate production. A projekt legfőbb eleme az előző pontban, illetve az árajánlatban részletezett robot és a többi termelőeszköz beszerzése, ehhez kapcsolódik az ingatlanfejlesztés, mivel a volumen miatt a jelenlegi gyártócsarnokokban nem fér el a fejlesztés eredménye. Az új, bérelt gyártócsarnok egy telephelyen található az eddig működő gyárral, azonban sikerül működtetésre használatba venni egy kevésbé sikeres vállalkozás csarnokát ugyanazon a telepen. Így a működtetésben nem lépnek fel logisztikai, illetve egyéb szervezési problémák. Emellett felújításra kerül egy olyan csarnok, amely jelenleg is a cég tulajdonában van, a bővített termelési kapacitás további helyigényének kielégítésére. A projekt keretében egy teljesen új termék kerül kidolgozásra, a cég ilyen termékeket még nem állított elő. Ez az inverterek köre, amelyekkel a napelemes rendszerek legérzékenyebb és legnagyobb precizitást igénylő alkatrészeit állítja elő a pályázó. Az inverterek gyártásával a cég egy olyan piacon, ahol eddig is jelen volt, további, nagy lépéseket tehet, vagyis gyakorlatilag a piacorientáció lépéseit úgy tudja kivitelezni, hogy közben a termékorientált működés elemei is bekerülhetnek a napi gyakorlatba. A daru beszerzése a nagyobb tömegű alapanyagok, félkész- és késztermékek mozgatása szempontjából fontos, míg a csomagolóanyagok a cég által készített egyedi termékek közvetlen eladásához szükségesek. Az informatikai fejlesztések elengedhetetlenek a projekt keretében tervezett innovatív működéshez, gyakorlatilag az emberi behatások minimálisra csökkentésével elérhető az, hogy az informatikai rendszerek domináljanak a termelésben.
