Vollmer solution K850 CNC-controlled saw disc manufacturing machine for complete machining of metal saw discs. The Solution K8504 is controlled by a moving axle, of which 2 servos, which also perform grinding of saw discs 130-850 mm in diameter for A,B,BW and C-type tooth shapes according to DIN 1840 standard. The max process speed on linear axes is 15 m/min. The max control division of linear axes is 0.0001 mm. For rotating axes, the pendulum area shall be C-axis ± 200°. The max procedural speed on the rotating shafts is 201/min. The workpiece holder is ISO50, the peak height without table and with a table is 130/160mm. The speed range is 0-501/min. The spindle diameter is 70 mm. The diameter of the max grinding disc shall be 150 mm. The peak power is up to 9 kW, the adjustable speed is 0-10.5001/min. Vollmer solution K850 CNC vezérelt fűrésztárcsa gyártó gép fém fűrésztárcsák komplett megmunkálásához. A Solution K8504 mozgó tengellyel vezérelt, ebből 2 db szervó, mely 130-850mm átmérőjű fűrésztárcsák köszörülését is elvégzi DIN 1840 szabvány szerinti A,B,BW és C típusú, illetve egyedi fogformákhoz. A gép képes a CAD rendszerrel vékony élű forgácstörővel ellátott 200-500mm átmérőjű és 8-28mm-es osztású fémvágó fűrésztárcsák köszörülésére. Függőleges fűrésztárcsa felfogatással, és szélesen nyíló ajtóval rendelkezik. A képernyőverzésrlés megkönnyíti a használatát.További fűrésztárcsa egység van az élezési pontnál pneumatikus előfeszítéssel. CAD program áll rendelkezésre egyedi fogformák tervezéséhez és a fogkontúron keresztüli sebességlefolyás módosításához. A gép rezgésmentes direkt köszörűkő meghajtásal rendelkezik (3 kW) 6 kVA elektromos csatlakozási értékkel bír. Beszerzésre kerülne egy univerzális forgácsolószerszám gyártó gép 5 CNC vezérelt tengellyel is, ami marók, fúrók, lépcsősfúrók, lépcsősszerszámok, famegmunkáló szerszámok, profil kések és profilszerszámok gyártására alkalmas. A CNC tengelyt digitalis AC szervomotor hajtja meg. A motorok abszolút érték jeladóval rendelkeznek. A lineáris tengelyeken a max folyamat hosszok: X-tengely 330mm, Y- tengely 200mm, Z- tengely 470mm. A max eljárási sebesség a lineáris tengelyeken 15m/min. A lineáris tengelyek max vezérlési felosztása 0.0001mm. A forgató tengelyek esetében az ingási terület C-tengely ±200°. A max eljárási sebesség a forgató tengelyeken 201/min. A munkadarabtartó befogója ISO50, a csúcsmagasság asztal nélkül és asztallal 130/160mm. A fordulatszám tartomány 0-501/min. Az orsó átmérő 70mm. A max köszörű tárcsaátmérője 150mm. A csúcsteljesítmény max 9kW, a szabályozható fordulatszám 0-10.5001/min. Az orsó fixálás 3 hűtőközeg szeleppel működik orsóvégenként a köszörülő programon keresztül vezérelve.
