The manufacturing process takes place through the following steps: 1. Pressing, cleaning 2nd inspection 3. assembly 4. inspection 5. packing During the production of the metal frames, the plate is placed in the press production line from the cylinder, the sheet is cut into the press production line, where the final shape of the plate is formed in a six-step process and the necessary holes and cut-outs are made on it. Next, the plates are mechanically cleaned, removing the burrs and pieces of metal produced during drilling. At the subsequent inspection stage, the holes are checked for possible pressing deformations. Also part of the process is the removal of any remaining burial at the holes. Only the perfectly prepared metal frames are placed on the production tape, where the frames are wired, gaskets are installed, the plastic casings are fixed and other electronic components are installed. As a penultimate step, full quality control of the finished product follows, and the finished pieces are packaged. The TV soles go through the same production process, with so many differences that they are made of metal pipe materials. The snap-in parts obtain their final form from coiled material after forming, tapping and special cleaning. Due to the size of their worktable — the current ones have a 1500*1000 surface — our currently existing press machines are not suitable for pressing larger plates, so we cannot produce the metal frames needed for the desired larger finished product. The machines to be procured have a larger worktable (2900*1300), so that the plates can be machined so that they are suitable for the 48“,50”,55“,65” product size. We are making progress by purchasing equipment, including in the production value chain, as we offer products that have not been manufactured so far. The equipment also leads to a qualitative expansion of production, as we will also be able to produce curved metal frames with new technology, so we can also supply Samsung’s latest high-tech curved TV. A gyártási folyamat a következő lépéseken keresztül történik: 1. préselés, tisztítás 2. ellenőrzés 3. Szintén a folyamat részét képezi a furatoknál esetleg megmaradt sorják eltávolítása. A gyártó szalagra csak a tökéletesen előkészített fémvázak kerülnek, ahol megtörténik a vázak huzalozása, tömítések beszerelése, a műanyag burkolatok felrögzítése illetve egyéb elektronikai alkatrészek beszerelése.
