We plan to increase capacity in existing buildings and protective steel structures by installing technological equipment constituting a bottleneck. The expansion is justified by an increase in market needs. The expansion provides the opportunity for our company to enter the market with multiple and larger quantities of fine chemical products. It also creates the possibility to carry out frontloading in case of large production needs — >1000 t/year — by proving to the customer the ability to produce. It is possible to manufacture the following products without being exhaustive: Clorformates: 2-ethylhexyl chloroformate, chloro formic acid methyl ester, chloro formic acid ethyl ester, cetyl chloroformate, diethyleneglycol chlorformate, 9-fluoroenylmethylchloroformate, etc. Organic acid chlorides: 2,6-difluorobenzoic acid chloride, pivaloyl acid chloride, pyrazolylcarboxylic acid chloride, dichloropyrimidine, methoxyacetyl chloride, etc. 97 % to 98 % of the products produced are exported. Syngenta Supply AG requested 60 tons of organic acid chloride for 2015. In case of delivery, it requires the product in increasing volume for subsequent years (min. 5 years). A kapacitásbővítést meglévő épületbe, gyámolító acélszerkezetekbe a szűk keresztmetszetet jelentő technológiai berendezések beépítésével tervezzük megvalósítani. Az új, korszerű berendezések beépítése révén a kapacitást 80-100 t/évre növeljük. A bővítés a 024/204 hrsz.-on, a társaság V-3 üzemében valósul meg. A bővítés során az alábbi főbb berendezések kerülnek beépítésre: ? 1 db Fűthető centrifugál szivattyú ? 1 db Készüléktartó acélszerkezetek ? 2 db Gáz-folyadék elválasztó ? 2 db Készülék mérleg ? 1 db Centrifugál szivattyú, bélelt, csúszógyűrűs tömítéssel ? 1 db Csigaszivattyú ? 2 db reflux és termék rotaméter (távadós) ? 2 db CORIOLIS tömegárammérők ? 3 db Szintmérők szedőedényekre ? 1 db PTS DN250 poradagoló ? 1 db Technológiai csőrendszer ? 1 db Műszeres, és erőátviteli berendezés A termékek ára 5 és 50 EURO/kg között változik. A bővítést a piaci igények növekedése indokolja. A bővítés lehetőséget biztosít arra, hogy társaságunk többféle és nagyobb volumenű finomkémiai termékkel jelenjen meg a piacon. Továbbá megteremti annak lehetőségét, hogy nagy volumenű - >1000 t/év – gyártási igény esetén előszállítást végezhessünk, bizonyítva a vevőnek a gyártási képességet. A következő termékek gyártása lehetséges a teljesség igénye nélkül: Klórformiátok: 2-etil-hexil-klórformiát, klórhangyasavas-metilészter, klórhangyasavas-etilészter, cetil-klórformiát, dietilén-glikol-klórformiát, 9-fluorenil-metil-klórformiát stb. Szerves savkloridok: 2,6-difluor-benzoesavklorid, pivaloyl-savklorid, Pirazolil-karbonsav-klorid, diklór-pirimidin, metoxi-acetilklorid stb. Az előállított termékek 97-98%-a exportra kerül értékesítésre. Egy multunacionális cég, a Syngenta Supply AG 60 tonna szerves savkloridot igényelt a 2015-ös évre. Szállítás esetén a további évekre (min. 5 év) növekvő volumenben igényli a terméket. A termékek európán kívüli piacai: Észak-amerika, India, Thaiföld, Dél-Afrika, Ausztrália.
