We plan to purchase the following injection moulding equipment to realise our capacity-enhancing investment: ALLROUNDER 270 C 400, Allrounder 320 C 500, Allrounder 420 C 1000, Allrounder 470 C 1500, Allrunder 570 S 2000 injection moulding machine with high-value basic design and future-view Selogica direct control. EMR-1200D CNC machining center — tool milling machine: cast iron bed, rack and sled system with 6 cars, table size: 1300 x 600 mm; table load capacity: 1 000 kg; the parent power of the main engine is 11 kW. Robot arm for Staubli type solvent dyeing — RXPaint90L. 6 kg load capacity, 1 185 mm workspace, 0.025 mm repetition accuracy with CS8 controller — for accurate and fast painting. 2 pcs TWP 6/140 aqueous pressurised temperers: maximum temperature 140 °C, heating capacity: 6 kW, pump: 0,33-0.37 kW, 16-70 l/min, 1.6-2.2 bar; 3 litre inner tank. 6 pcs TWP 9/140 aqueous pressurised temperers: maximum temperature 140 °C, 9 kW heating power, pump: 0.33-0.37 kW, 16-70 l/min, 1.63-2.2 bar, 5 litre inner tank. Sire 110/180 Water Cooler — Compact Free Refrigerator integrated with water cooler, designed to replace our previous (lower capacity) cooler, thus facilitating our energy-saving production. This device can be easily installed in the old place. For our single-circuit system, this type is the most ideal compact refrigerator, which takes a small space. Fully automatic microprocessor control, zincised, insulated control housing, minimum water consumption. The Motan MDE 40, Metro 2HBS300/2 and Luxor 50 plastic granules drying equipment are designed for drying plastic granules for injection molding according to technology, and the Minicolor V-G1 dosing/mixing equipment is used for accurate dosing of plastic coloring additives. It is necessary to acquire handling machines for increasing quantities of products and materials. For the handling of materials inside the hall, we plan to purchase 2 forklift trucks with 1.2 t load capacity, 1 forklift truck with a capacity of 2 t gas forklift between buildings. (English)

    Kapacitásbővítő beruházásunk megvalósításához az alábbi fröccsöntő berendezések megvásárlását tervezzük: Allrounder 270 C 400, Allrounder 320 C 500, Allrounder 420 C 1000, Allrounder 470 C 1500 , Allrunder 570 S 2000 fröccsöntő gép mindegyik nagyértékű alapkiépítéssel és jövőbemutató Selogica direct vezérléssel. A hidraulika két energiatakarékos szivattyúval és egy szabályozó szeleppel működik a mozgásokhoz és a nyomásszabályzáshoz. Alacsony olajigény, olajcsere minden 20.000 üzemóra után, finomszűrők mindegyik berendezésben. Mindegyik fröccsöntő gépet a hozzájuk tartozó IntegralPickerrel és Multilifttel rendeljük– ezek alkatrész elszedő robotok, melyek a jó minőségű alkatrész gyártásához szükségesek. Így tudjuk tartani a fröccsöntési paramétereket, tudjuk tartani az egyenletes ciklusidőt. Ezekkel az eszközökkel az összes jelenleg megrendelt termékünk precízen és gyorsan tudjuk gyártani, valamint az új egyedi megrendeléseinket is teljesíteni tudjuk. A fejlesztéshez elengedhetetlenül szükséges egy CNC megmunkálóközpont, ami a fröccsöntő gépekkel együttműködve a vevőink által megrendelt műanyag alkatrészek legyártásában nyújt pontos és gyors segítséget. SIRE 110/180 vízhűtő – Vízhűtővel egybeépített kompakt szabadhűtő, melyet az eddigi – kisebb kapacitású – hűtőnk helyére tervezünk, ezzel is elősegítve az energiatakarékos gyártásunkat. Ez a berendezés a régi helyére egyszerűen telepíthető. Az egykörös rendszerünkre ez a típus a legideálisabb kompakt hűtő, ami kis helyet foglal. Teljesen automatikus mikroprocesszoros vezérlés, cinkezett, szigetelt vezérlés ház, minimális vízfogyasztás. A MOTAN MDE 40, Metro 2HBS300/2 és Luxor 50 műanyag granulátum szárító berendezések a fröccsöntéshez szükséges műanyag granulátum technológia szerinti szárítására szolgálnak, valamint a Minicolor V-G1 adagoló/keverő berendezés a műanyag színező adalékok pontos adagolását szolgálja. A növekvő termék- és anyagmennyiség kezelésére szükséges beszereznünk anyagmozgató gépeket. A csarnokon belüli anyagmozgatáshoz 2 db 1,2 t teherbírású elektromos gyalogkíséretű targoncát, az épületek közötti alapanyag és észtermék mozgatásához 1 db 2 t teherbírású gázüzemű targoncát tervezünk beszerezni.
