Within the framework of the present tender, the aim is to improve the technological background and to make it more complex by strengthening the product range that produces greater added value. With the implementation of the investment, a complex, complete surface treatment technology system is established at our company. Only new production equipment directly related to the production will be purchased under the investment. We want to buy a complete surface treatment technology, which consists of: 1)Two-zone standing wreath washing system (VTSZ 8424), which performs surface pre-treatment (degreasing, phosphateisation) and then a renewed updated rinsing. 2)Drying and burning furnace (VTSZ 8417), which is split, drying in one half and incineration in the other half. Its inner casing is hot-dip galvanised, its outer casing is powder-painted. 3)Power cabin (VTSZ 8414), whose air system is equipped with a dust separator cycle and a cartridge dust separator (with 2 workers at once), which is self-cleaning. The continuous extraction is provided by a fan. 4)Por spraying equipment (VTSZ 8424) The latest handheld powder painting gun with control module and integrated DPCS system gives the powder paint optimal filling. The operator can easily choose a painter that suits different shapes of workpieces, which ensures perfect quality while saving. 5)Painting and drying cabins with dildos (VTSZ 8414), the system is made up of two cabin spaces. Both spaces have the same mechanical engineering and control, so they can be used for both dyeing and drying. Each cabin has separate mechanical engineering, the main elements of which are the exhaust fan, blower fan, airflow gas burner (no flue gas chimney required), filter housings, control elements, intake and blow-out hoods. 6)Convejor track (VTSZ 8424) The workpieces are moved manually by mechanical means in the entire surface treatment system using a convejor system. In addition, the tender will purchase a smaller metallurgical material machining (cutting) machine (inverter plasma cutting machine). The detailed description and technical parameters of the equipment to be procured are included in the quotations attached to our tender! The purchase of technological equipment can significantly increase the total plant production capacity per working phase (surface management up to 250-300 %)! The project has been implemented so far: consulting with manufacturing partners, collecting quotations for technological equipment. The company is clearly moving forward in the production value chain: the emergence of new workflows in the production (complex surface treatment instead of the former simple water-based painting, own cutting activity (so far external tolling)), new product groups with a higher degree of processing (more complex, demanding surface treatment vehicle chassis parts, production line technical installation aids, inserts), the added value increases significantly (HUF 50-100 million/year). Jelen pályázat keretében a technológiai háttér fejlesztése, komplexebbé tétele a cél a jelentősebb hozzáadott értéket produkáló termékkör megerősítésével. A beruházás megvalósításával egy komplex, teljes felületkezelési technológiai rendszer kerül kialakításra társaságunknál. A beruházás keretében kizárólag közvetlenül a gyártáshoz kapcsolódó, új termelő eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre. Megvásárolni kívánunk egy komplett felületkezelési technológiát, amely részegységei: 1)Kétzónás állókoszorús mosóberendezés (VTSZ 8424), amely a felület előkezelést (zsírtalanítás, foszfátozás), valamint ezt követően egy megújuló frissített öblítést végez. 2)Szárító-, beégető kemence (VTSZ 8417), amely osztott kivitelű, egyik felében szárítás, másik felében beégetés történik. Belső burkolata tüzihorganyzott , külső burkolata porfestett. 3)Porszóró kabin (VTSZ 8414), melynek légtechnikai rendszere egy porleválasztó ciklonnal és egy patronos porleválasztó berendezéssel van szerelve (egyszerre 2 dolgozó tevékenykedik benne), amely öntisztító. A folyamatos elszívásról ventilátor gondoskodik. 4)Porszóró berendezés (VTSZ 8424) A legújabb kézi porfestő pisztoly a vezérlő modullal és az integrált DPCS rendszerrel optimális töltést ad a porfestéknek. A kezelő könnyen kiválaszthatja a különböző alakú munkadarabokhoz illő festőprogramot, mely tökéletes minőséget biztosít, miközben takarékos. 5)Oldószeres festő- és szárító kabinok (VTSZ 8414), a rendszer két kabintérből épül fel. Mindkét tér azonos gépészettel és vezérléssel rendelkezik, ennek megfelelően mindkettő használható festésre és szárításra egyaránt. Mindkét kabin külön gépészettel rendelkezik, amelyek fő elemei az elszívó ventilátor, befúvó ventilátor, airflow gázégő (nincs szükség füstgázkéményre), szűrőházak, szabályzó elemek, beszívó, kifúvó kürtők. 6)Konvejor pálya (VTSZ 8424) A munkadarabok mozgatása konvejor rendszer segítségével kézi, mechanikus úton történik a teljes felületkezelő rendszerben. A pályázat keretében továbbá beszerzésre kerül egy kisebb értékű fémipari anyagmegmunkáló (daraboló) gép (inverteres plazmavágó berendezés). A beszerzendő eszközök részletes leírását és műszaki paramétereit a pályázatunkhoz csatolt árajánlatok tartalmazzák! A technológiai berendezések beszerzése a teljes üzemi gyártó kapacitást munkafázisonként jelentősen növelheti (felületkezelés akár 250-300 %)! A projekt megvalósítása során eddig történtek: gyártási partnerekkel való egyeztetés, technológiai berendezések árajánlatainak begyűjtése. A társaság egyértelműen előrelép a termelési értékláncban: új munkafolyamatok megjelenése a gyártásban (komplex felületkezelés a korábbi egyszerű vizes bázisú festés helyett, saját darabolási tevékenység (eddig külső bérmunka)), új, magasabb feldolgozottsági fokú termékcsoportok gyártása valósulhat meg (összetettebb, igényes felületkezelésű gépjármű futómű alkatrészek, gyártósori technológiai szerelési segédletek, -betétek), jelentősen nő a hozzáadott-érték (évi 50-100 millió Ft/3. év).
