The following machines will be purchased under the project: 1. CNC machining: In order to enhance quality and productivity, we plan to increase the proportion of CNC-controlled equipment compared to traditional handheld machines in order to meet new customer requirements, some of which the complexity of our current machine park is not sufficient. Thanks to the continuous extraction with the new technology, the grinding process can be reduced by at least 30 % of the operating time. 3. Interior painting booth Currently, the production of painted parts is outdated, non-competitive quality, low cost-effectiveness, thus impairing the efficiency of the entire production process, the acquisition of the painting booth makes it possible, and in the long term, the surface treatment of the parts and structures to be painted is solved within the company. 4. Crane track: In the locksmith welding workshop, the larger workpieces are moved by hand force or forklift. With the purchase of the new lifting equipment, which is fitted with a strong steel structure, the workflow will be faster and simpler, the handling operations will be less demanding, thus making the production process more time- and cost-effective. As a result of the above developments, according to the preliminary calculations, the company expects a 5-10 % increase in turnover, while a more cost-effective operation brings a significant increase in results. A projekt keretében az alábbi gépek kerülnek beszerzésre: 1. CNC megmunkáló: A minőség és termelékenység erősítése érdekében növelni tervezzük a CNC vezérlésű berendezések arányát a hagyományos kézi gépekkel szemben, az újabb megrendelői igények ellátása érdekében, melyek egy részéhez jelen gépparkunk komplexitása nem elegendő. A beszerezni tervezett CNC megmunkáló gép sokkal pontosabb és sokkal gyorsabb az eddigi gépeknél, ugyanakkor kisebb a selejt valószínűsége. Nem utolsó sorban sorozatgyártásra alkalma, ez pedig több szériás termék esetében óriási előnyt jelent. Ezzel termelés-, árbevétel- és ügyfélkör növekedés várható. 2. Porleválasztó berendezés: A porelszívást jelenleg elszívó ernyővel felszerelt mobil berendezés biztosítja, amely hatékonysága nem kielégítő.A csiszoláskor keletkező fémport a hagyományos elszívóernyős megoldással nem lehet megfelelően elszívni, ugyanakkor a folyamatot lassítja a nem megfelelő elszívás.Az új technológiájú folyamatos elszívásnak köszönhetően a csiszolási munkafolyamatnak a műveleti idejét legalább 30%-al csökkenteni lehet. 3. Beltéri festőfülke Jelenleg a festett alkatrészek gyártása korszerűtlen, nem versenyképes minőségű, költséghatékonysága is alacsony, így rontja a teljes gyártási folyamat hatékonyságát, A festőfülke beszerzésével lehetővé válik, és hosszú távon megoldódik a festendő alkatrészek, szerkezetek cégen belüli felületkezelése. 4. Darupálya: A lakatos hegesztő műhelyben a nagyobb munkadarabok mozgatása kézi erővel vagy targoncával történik. Az új emelő berendezés - erős acélszerkezetre felszerelt futómacska – beszerzésével a munkafolyamatok végzése gyorsabbá, egyszerűbbé válik, a mozgatási műveletek kevesebb munkaerőigénnyel járnak, így idő- és költséghatékonyabb lesz a gyártási folyamat. A fenti fejlesztések eredményeként, az előzetes számítások szerint 5-10%-os árbevétel növekedést vár el a cég, ugyanakkor a költséghatékonyabb működés jelentős eredménynövekedést hoz magával.
