Between 2 layers of galvanised sheet covering there are 10 cm below and 5-5 cm of rock wool from 4 sides. The working plane is made of 12 mm thick OSB sheet. The PETG, ACRYL or Solid Pc plate placed on the working plane is secured by a thick-walled frame (60x30x3) adjusted to the size of the bubble to be blown, using excenter clamps placed on the sides of the equipment. The clamping frame is carried by a 140x60 mm main boom pair, which rests on a welded closed section pedestal. On the rear side of the boom system there are counterweights and adjustable springs. By aligning counterweights and kick force, close balance can be achieved so the clamping frame can be easily raised/reduced during the treatment. On the upper bridge, which also increases the rigidity of the clamping frame, the slat for the bubble height is located. The control board has an elevation division relative to the working plane. Parameters of commercial parts. A Durma SBT 4006 is also purchased. It is extremely robust, very reliable and provides low operating costs. The table and bear stiffeners are heavy, welded, monoblock steel structure, which even when working with maximum capacity guarantees good quality clean cutting. A költségvetés reális piaci árakhoz mérten lett tervezve. A pályázat költségvetése nem tartalmaz nem elszámolható költségeket. Az eszközbeszerzés megvalósulása esetén a cég meglévő hozzáadott érték- növekedési és exportnövekedési potenciálja is növekvő tendenciát mutatna, és eredményeként helyi, nemzeti, és nemzetközi hálózatokban kiemelkedő minőségű termékeikkel egyre erősödő piaci helyzettel bíró vállalkozásként lenne jelen. A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerül egy AD-R típusú 3 tengelyes CNC hidraulikus élhajlító. Az élhajlító stapabíró, kiváló merevséget biztosító hegesztett acélvázzal kerül kivitelezésre. A lemez megmunkáló, élhajlító müködési elve egyszerű és működése megbízható, kiváló hajlítási minőséggel, minden munkavédelmi előírásnak megfelel. Az eszközbeszerzés célja többek között 1 db 20 kVA-es függeszthető ponthegesztő gép beszerzése, mely segítségével az Altoris Kft. fémszerkezet gyártó tevékenysége kapacitásbővítése az elsődleges cél. A gép tartozéka a pneumatikus vízhűtés, illetve balanszer. A pályázat keretében beszerzésre kerül még egy PET-G-1 buborékfújó berendezés. A teljes munkapad acél anyagú vastag falú zártszelvény keretszerkezeten áll. A berendezés fűtött légterét szendvicspanel rendszerű hőpáncél határolja. 2 réteg horganyzott lemezborítás között alulról 10 cm, 4 oldalról pedig 5-5 cm kőzetgyapot hőszigetelés található. A munkasík 12 mm vastag OSB lemezből készült. A munkasíkra elhelyezett PETG, ACRYL vagy Tömör Pc táblalemezt a fújandó buborék méretéhez igazított vastag falú (60x30x3) zártszelvény keret rögzíti, a berendezés oldalain elhelyezett excenteres szorítók segítségével. A szorító keretet egy 140x60 mm-es főtartó gémpár hordja, amely hegesztett zártszelvény talapzaton nyugszik. A gémrendszer hátsó oldalán ellensúlyok, valamint állítható feszességű rugó található. Az ellensúlyok és rúgóerő összehangolásával egyensúly közeli állapot teremthető így a kezelés során könnyedén emelhető/süllyeszthető a szorítókeret. A szorítókeret merevségét is növelő felső hídon helyezkedik el a buborékmagasságot szabályozó léc. A szabályozó léc a munkasíkhoz viszonyított magassági osztással rendelkezik. Kereskedelmi alkatrészek paraméterei. Beszerzésre kerül továbbá egy Durma SBT 4006 Lemezolló. Rendkívül robosztus felépítésű, nagyon megbízható, és alacsony üzemeltetési költséget biztosít. Az asztal és a medve merevítésekkel ellátott, nehéz, egybehegesztett, monoblokk acélszerkezet, amely még a maximális kapacitással dolgozva is jó minőségű, tiszta vágást garantál. A gép egy felhasználóbarát CNC érintőképernyős vezérlőpanellel van ellátva. A munkavédelmi szempontoknak teljes mértékben megfelel. (Hungarian)
