The project is limited to one target area only: acquisitions of equipment to expand the capacity of the existing site as follows: Technical parameters of HGS 2600 x 6 sheet shears: laser cutting line marking, pneumatic rear plate holder, tilting motion, hardened cutting knives, Cybelec CYBTOUC 6 controller, emergency stop button. After the purchase, the production capacity is expected to increase by 10-15 per cent and the production time will be reduced by about 6-7 per cent for the given workflows. As a result of the development, turnover will increase and the 5 % increase in turnover is also expected to translate into new markets. The annual revenue of HUF 136.955.000 will increase by HUF 6.847.750 at least. As a result of the investment, a slight increase in export turnover compared to the base year is also projected for 2016. Furthermore, the investment will ensure that the current number of employees is maintained (9, of which 3 are female and 6 men), 1 male worker during the maintenance period, as well as improved working conditions and efficiency. Development is essential for the owners of the company, since in the current fierce economic situation only the firm who stands up to customers with complex services, its different business lines create solid foundations, use innovative technology to meet constantly evolving market trends. A projekt kizárólag egy célterületre korlátozódik: a meglévő telephely kapacitásának bővítését szolgáló eszközbeszerzések az alábbiak szerint: HGS 2600 x 6 típusú lemezolló műszaki paraméterei: lézeres vágóvonal jelölés, pneumatikus hátsó lemeztartó, billenő mozgás, edzett vágókések, Cybelec CYBTOUC 6 vezérlő, vészleállító gomb. PB Falcon 2600 CNC vezérelt hidraulikus élhajlító gép: 1000 mm X tengely mozgási tartomány, Delem ER grafikus vezérlés, 100t nyomóerő. Pro 60 hidraulikus cső- és profilhengerítő: függőleges és vízszintes munkalehetőség, acélszerkezetű váz, digitális kijelzés, akár 40 mm átmérőjű cső hajlítása. A beszerzést követően a termelési kapacitás 10-15 százalékos emelkedése várható, a gyártási idő az adott munkafolyamatok tekintetében hozzávetőleg 6-7 százalékkal lerövidül. A fejlesztés hatására az árbevétel növekedni fog, és az 5%-os árbevétel növekmény várhatóan az új piacokon való megjelenést is jelenti majd. Az 136.955.000 Ft éves bevétel 6.847.750 Ft-tal fog emelkedni legalább. A beruházás eredményeként a bázisévhez viszonyított kismértékű export árbevétel növekedés is prognosztizálható 2016-ra. Továbbá a beruházás biztosítja a jelenlegi alkalmazotti létszám szinten tartását (9 fő, melyből 3 nő, és 6 férfi foglalkoztatott), a fenntartási időszakban 1 fő férfi munkavállaló munkahelyteremtését, illetve a munkakörülmények és a hatékonyság javulását. A vállalkozás tulajdonosai számára a fejlesztés elengedhetetlen fontossággal bír, mivel a jelenlegi kiélezett gazdasági helyzetben csak annak a vállalkozásnak a stabil működése biztosított, aki komplex szolgáltatásokkal áll a vevők elé, különböző üzletágai egymást kiegészítve teremtik meg a biztos alapokat, innovatív technológiát alkalmaznak, hogy a folyamatosan fejlődő piaci trendeknek megfeleljenek. A Vasi Chef Kft. célja a projekt megvalósításával a fentiek maradéktalan teljesítése mind a fenntartási időszakban, mind azon túl. (Hungarian)
