In the framework of our tender, a DMU 50 universal CNC milling machine will be purchased, with the help of which we want to develop our activity called “Tool Manufacture” in the Sectoral Focus. The acquisition of the milling machine will lead to an increase in capacity at our company due to the fact that we will be able to produce complex components that we cannot produce economically at present. We can obtain new customers by complying with stricter tolerances of shape, position and size and surface roughness. In the case of foreign partners, we find that it is particularly important for them to comply with the above-mentioned standards, so we can successfully expand our export markets with the help of a five-axis milling machine. We expect that gross value added will increase at our company as a result of the expected increase in turnover from the realisation of the investment, while at the same time reducing our production costs as a result of the elimination of toll work. In preparation for our project, we also prepared a business plan, on the basis of which our investment is expected to be recovered in 5 years. Pályázatunk keretében egy DMU 50 univerzális CNC marógép kerül beszerzésre, amelynek segítségével az Ágazati fókuszban szereplő „Szerszámgyártás” nevű tevékenységünket szeretnénk fejleszteni. A marógép beszerzése kapacitásbővítést eredményez vállalkozásunknál annak köszönhetően, hogy olyan komplex alkatrészek gyártását is meg tudjuk majd oldani a jövőben, amelyeket jelenleg nem tudunk gazdaságosan előállítani. A szigorúbb alak-, helyzet-, és mérettűréseknek illetve felületi érdességi előírásoknak való megfeleléssel pedig új megrendelőket szerezhetünk. A külföldi partnereknél még inkább azt tapasztaljuk, hogy számukra különösen fontos az előbb említett előírásoknak való megfelelés, így egy öttengelyes marógép segítségével export piacainkat is eredményesen tudjuk majd bővíteni. Várakozásaink szerint a bruttó hozzáadott érték is növekedni fog vállalkozásunknál annak köszönhetően, hogy a beruházás megvalósításától árbevétel növekedésre számítunk, ugyanakkor ezzel egyidejűleg a bérmunka felszámolásával előállítási költségeink csökkeni fognak. Projektünk előkészítéseként üzleti tervet is készítettünk, amely alapján beruházásunk várhatóan 5 év alatt térül meg. A beszerezni kívánt DMU 50 univerzális CNC marógép főbb jellemzői: • variálható asztalopciók a merevtől a billenő körasztalig digitális hajtással az automatikus 5-oldalas megmunkálás számára • mozgásutak: X/Y/Z 500/450/400 mm • 24 m/min gyorsjárati sebesség • fordulatszám-tartomány 20 - 10.000 ford./min • Digitális hajtások és közvetlen mérőrendszer a nagyobb pontosság és a csúcs felületek számára • Főidővel párhuzamos betárazás a szerszámtárba • Nagyteljesítményű motororsók 14.000 ford/min, 100 Nm és 18,9 kW • 3D-vezérléstechnika 19“TFT képernyő, iTNC530, MillPlus IT vagy Siemens 840D solutionline (Hungarian)
