The following main assets will be procured under the project: The equipment of the production line is uniquely manufactured as it is based on a new technology for which know-how is obtained under the project. The production of plastic building materials is the start of a completely new activity at our company, through which we can serve the construction companies with materials suitable for the construction of passive houses. After the project has been realised, our company will be able to produce the following Thermodul System: Modular Heat Insulator Residual Column Sizes: the elements of the outer walls are 1200 x 3200 x 140 or 165 mm(thick), for the inner walls: 1200 x 3000 x 80 or 100 mm (thick), according to demand and statistic. Structural training of the masonry element: One EPS Polystyrene sheet, 24 kg per cubic meter and one outer EPS Polystyrene sheet. Plastic connection system: 96 pieces of 4 mm thickness, 26 mm wide high strength, rigid PVC strap and 12.8 mm diameter rigid PVC pipe with 2 mm wall thickness. The two high-strength EPS plates together form the Thermodul masonry element. The stable elements are vertically assembled with a fir-branched plastic profile to ensure the success of the elements at the height of the level. THERMODUL Slab: Its constituent elements are the hard EPS polystyrene underbeared slab. Dimensions: 3000 x 1000 x 250 mm. They can be cut together, so that slabs can be formed up to 6.5 m. The Thermodul Mega Slab with dimensions: 3000 x 1000 x 330 mm. It is characterised by the fact that these slabs can also be connected to each other and thus slabs can be realised up to 8.4 meters. The thermal insulation value of both floors corresponds to the values of thermal insulation on the walls. The necessary Point Welded Iron is procured in accordance with EU standards and installed on the basis of static calculations. THERMODUL Fund: Forming elements of high-strength XPS sheets assembled with Thermodul technology for strips and concrete insulation. They are assembled in the same way as masonry elements, but in this case the concrete core and concrete iron can be up to 30 cm wide. Starting from the ground, the band foundation starts with the Thermodul band foundation elements, since the XPS thermal insulation material can be used at this depth, it does not absorb water and has high strength. At present, we have a Thermodul 320 PLC machine with which we can produce sidewall elements, so we can move forward in the production value chain. (English)

    A projekt keretében az alábbi főbb eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre: A gyártósor eszközei egyedi gyártásúak, mivel új technológiára épül, melyhez a know-howt a projekt keretében szerezzük be. A műanyag építőanyag gyártása cégünknél teljesen új tevékenység beindítása, mely révén kit tudunk szolgálni kivitelező cégeket passzív ház építésére alkalmas alapanyaggal. Az innovatív technológia révén biztosítottnak látjuk versenyképességünket, mivel a rendszer előnyeit kihasználva széles felhasználási kör érhető el. A Thermodul rendszer technológia előnyei: • A rendszer elemei helyben készülnek, helyi betongyárból rendelhető a szerkezeti anyag, kis szállítási költség mellett,Gyorsabban készül, mint egy könnyűszerkezetes épület, gazdaságosan földrengés biztossá tehető, Hagyományos építési rendszernek megfelelő hosszú élettartama van, Olcsó és gazdaságos, Szabadon variálható A beruházás megvalósítása után az alábbi Thermodul System gyártására lesz alkalmas cégünk: Moduláris Hőszigetelő Bennmaradó Zsaluzat Az elemek méretei: a külső falak elemei 1200 x 3200 x 140 vagy 165 mm( vastag), a belső falaké: 1200 x 3000 x 80 vagy 100 mm (vastag), igény és statika szerint. A falazóelem szerkezeti kiképzése: Egy darab Belső nagyszílárdságú EPS Polisztirol lap, 24 kg/köbméter és egy darab külső EPS Polisztirol lap. A műanyag összekötő rendszer: 96 darab 4 mm vastagságú, 26 mm széles nagyszilárdságú, merev PVC pánt és 12,8 mm átmérőjű recézett, 2 mm falvastagságú merev PVC cső. Ezekkel kerül összeszerelésre, a két nagyszilárdságú EPS lemez, együttesen alkotják a Thermodul falazóelemet. A stabil elemek függőlegesen egy fenyőágas kiképzésű műanyag profillal kerülnek összeszerelve, amik biztosítják az elemek szintmagasságban történő betonozás sikerét. Thermodul Födém: Alkotó elemei a kemény EPS Polisztirolból kiképzett alulgerendázott födém. Méretei: 3000 x 1000 x 250 mm. Ezek egymáshoz kapcsolódva vághatóak, így födémek egész 6,5 m fesztávig képezhetők ki vele. A Thermodul Mega Födém, aminek a méretei: 3000 x 1000 x 330 mm. Az jellemzi, hogy ezek a födémelemek is egymáshoz kapcsolhatóak és így födémek egész 8,4 méter fesztávig valósíthatóak meg belőle. Mindkét födém hőszigetelési értéke megfelel a falakon kiképzett hőszigetelés értékeivel. A szükséges Pontheggesztett vasalat az EU szabványinak megfelelő gyártási folyamatán kerül beszerzésre és statikai számítások alapján, beépítésre. Thermodul Alap: Alkotó elemei a nagyszilárdságú XPS lapokból Thermodul technológiával összeszerelt sávalapok és aljzatbeton szigetelés. Hasonló módon kerülnek összeszerelésre mint a falazóelemek de ebben az esetben a betonmag és a beton vasalat akár 30 cm széles is lehet. Már a földből indulva, indul a sávalapozás a Thermodul sávalapelemekkel, mivel az XPS hőszigetelő anyag használható ebben a mélységben is, nem veszi fel a vizet és nagy szilárdságú. Jelenleg egy Thermodul 320 PLC gépünk van, mellyel oldalfalelemeket tudunk előállítani, így termelési értékláncban is előre tudunk lépni. (Hungarian)
