The purchase of production equipment and equipment related to material handling to improve high-quality production capacity and the construction of a covered and open crane warehouse with an area of 326.53 m² meeting all the requirements of today’s age contribute to increasing the space needed for the production activity and increasing production capacity by 20-30 %. There is a 100 % increase in industrial land use. Maintenance costs will also be reduced, production will be safer, as these costs are high due to frequent failures of outdated equipment and frequent loss times. Material handling can be done more efficiently, economically and environmentally soundly. In addition to easier and faster work, its turnover is increasing, its market background is strengthening and the employment situation in the region is improving. The development is justified by a number of factors: improving the conditions of customer needs, expanding existing service capacity and improving quality. A gyártókapacitás növelése érdekében termelőgépek: 1 db ERMAKSAN PB FALCON 3100/175 t hidraulikus élhajlító -1 db BendMak PRO 100 hidraulikus cső- és profilhengerítő, 1 db ERMAKSAN CNC HVR 3100 x 10 mm CNC vezérlésű táblalemezolló, 1 db FEIN KBH 25 kézi koronafúrógép szett, 1 db KONECRANES CXTS 10t/15 m híddaru – beszerzése, valamint a gyártócsarnokhoz kapcsolódóan új fedett daruzott nyitott szín építése. Eredményképpen megteremtődik a nagyobb volumenben való gyártási folyamat lehetősége, gyártó kapacitás növekszik, a folyamat pontosabb és költséghatékonyabb lesz. Ezáltal ki tudják elégíteni a növekvő igényeket, vezető piaci pozíciójuk megtartása a megtérülést biztosítja. A magas színvonalú gyártókapacitást javító termelő-, és az anyagmozgatáshoz kapcsolódó eszközök, berendezések beszerzése és egy a mai kor minden követelményének megfelelő 326,53 m2 területű fedett-nyitott daruzott raktár kialakítása hozzájárul a termelő tevékenységhez szükséges tér növeléséhez és a termelési kapacitás 20-30%-os bővítéséhez. 100 %-ban növekszik az ipari terület hasznosítása. A karbantartási költségek is lecsökkennek, biztonságosabb lesz a gyártás, hiszen az elavult berendezések gyakori meghibásodásai miatt magasak ezen költségek és gyakori a kiesési idő. Az anyagmozgatást hatékonyabban, gazdaságosabban és környezetkímélőbben tudják megvalósítani. A könnyebb és gyorsabb munkavégzésen kívül növekszik árbevétel nagysága, erősödik piaci háttere, javul a térség foglalkoztatási helyzete. A fejlesztést számos tényező teszi indokolttá: megrendelői igények feltételeinek javítása, meglévő szolgáltatás kapacitás bővítése, minőségi fejlesztése.
