In agricultural machinery, saw blades and circular saw discs, packaging parts, heating technology, mechanical engineering (tool manufacturing) and metal parts manufacturing and metalworking, our project represents capacity expansion and production value chain growth. In project TruLaser 3030 fiber (L49) laser cutting machine (Working area 3 axis 3000mmx1500mx115 mm; accuracy 0.001 mm; Laser power: 3000-4000 W; Accuracy 0.01;) is purchased, with which we machined sheet surfaces are made even more precisely by cutting any surface in the future. In this way, we can increase our production, with work that requires metal machining with a more precise “century millimetre” accuracy. So far, we have outsourced these part-work processes to external companies. After that, we resumed the metalworking of the products. We can take more orders, reduce our costs, as we save outsourcing costs, and indirectly, the capacity of our human resources will be unlocked by consulting with suppliers and abandoning the placing of orders. Through development, our market position will be significantly strengthened. The previously outsourced part-time work process will be carried out by us after the purchase of the machine, so we significantly reduce our costs and optimise our production. We have the appropriate professional experience to implement the project, as we know the market well and have stable professional knowledge and human resources. Our production hall is suitable for investment and installation of machinery, as there is still a manufacturing activity at the site. Through the implementation of the project, our company advances significantly in the production value chain, as we develop our production technology in a way that generates added value through the purchased machinery. As a result of the development, our production processes are complemented by sub-processes that have been carried out by external companies, so we can produce a higher quality product more efficiently. After the implementation of the project, it takes shorter time and will be more cost-effective than before, so it significantly contributes to capacity expansion. With the help of the laser cutting machine, the added value of our plate machining increases, the entire workflow of a product can be achieved thanks to the “hundred millimeter” precision cutting. We can produce larger numbers of products in sufficient quantity and quality. At present, we do not have machines with such parameters, but based on market demands, we can expect significant orders after the installation of the machine plant. . With the purchase of the machines, our production processes increase, which is reflected in the value of our products sold, it is expected that we have a 20 % increase in turnover for the year, from which we expect an increase in export sales by 10 %. Mezőgazdasági gépgyártásban, a fűrészlapok és körfűrésztárcsák gyártásában, a csomagolástechnikai alkatrészek gyártásában, a fűtéstechnológia, gépipar (szerszámgyártásban) és fémipari alkatrészek gyártásában és fém megmunkálásában jelent kapacitás bővítést és termelési értéklánc növekedést a projektünk. Projektben TRuLAser 3030 fiber (L49) lézervágó gép (Munkaterület 3 tengelyes 3000mmx1500mx115 mm; pontosság 0,001mm; Lézerteljesítmény: 3000-4000 W; Pontosság 0,01 ;) kerül beszerzésre, mellyel az általunk megmunkált lemez felületek még pontosabb vágással történnek, bármilyen felületen a jövőben. Így gyártásunkat meg tudjuk növelni, olyan munkákkal melyek a precízebb „század milliméter” pontosságú fém megmunkálást igényelnek. Ezen részmunkafolyamatokat eddig kiszerveztük külső cégeknek. Elkészülte utána folytattuk a fémmegmunkálását a termékeknek. Több megrendelést tudunk elvállalni, csökkennek költségeink, hiszen kiszervezési költségeket spórolunk meg, közvetve pedig a szállítókkal való egyeztetések, a megrendelések leadásának elhagyásával emberi erőforrásunk kapacitása is felszabadul. A fejlesztés révén piaci pozíciónk jelentősen megerősödik. A korábban kiszervezett részmunkafolyamatot a gép beszerzése után mi fogunk végezni, így jelentősen csökkentjük költségeinket, optimalizáljuk gyártásunkat.. Megfelelő szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezünk a projekt megvalósításához, hiszen jól ismerjük a piacot, és stabil szakmai tudással és humán erőforrással rendelkezünk. Az üzemcsarnokunk alkalmas beruházás megvalósítására és a gépek üzembe helyezésére, hiszen jelenleg is gyártó tevékenység folyik a telephelyen. A projekt megvalósítása révén vállalkozásunk jelentősen előrelép a termelési értékláncban, hiszen a beszerzett gépek révén termelési technológiánkat hozzáadott-érték növekedést eredményező módon fejlesztjük. A fejlesztés hatására gyártási folyamataink kiegészülnek olyan részfolyamatokkal, melyeket eddig külső cégekkel végeztettünk, így magasabb minőségű terméket tudunk gyártani hatékonyabban A projekt megvalósítását követően rövidebb időt vesz igénybe és költséghatékonyabb lesz a korábbinál, így jelentősen hozzájárul a kapacitásbővítéshez. A lézervágó gép segítségével, lemez megmunkálásunk hozzáadott értéke növekszik, egy termék teljes munkafolyamatát el tudjuk, a „század milliméter” pontosságú vágásnak köszönhetően. Nagyobb darabszámú termékeket megfelelő mennyiségben és minőségben tudjuk előállítani. Jelenleg ilyen paraméterekkel rendelkező gépünk nincsen, viszont a piaci igények alapján jelentős megrendelésekre számíthatunk a gép üzem behelyezését követően. .
