The main reasons for our development are: With regard to our current pálinka cooking system, we are constantly confronted with a number of technological challenges, and the related shutdowns limit our production. Some elements of our system do not fit in capacity with the other elements, from fruit reception to bottling through newly procured devices, a “production line” with continuous uniform capacity, without bottlenecks. This allows us to make uniform use of the maximum capacity of the system in all workflows. Stainless steel worm pump: The pump is used to reach the finished mash from the fermenting tanks to the cooking equipment. Pálinka cooking equipment: Modern 500 litres of pálinka cooking equipment, which can be heated by steam. Energy-saving, because it only uses the required amount of heat and stores the used cooling water, which can be used to clean the system. Bottle flushing-filling stopper: Bottling is currently done manually, with this machine rinsing-filling-stopping would be hygienicly safer and faster. Labeling machine+capsule+date printing: In sales, the appearance is important, and the exact label adhesion is part of it, which we intend to implement with a precise labeling machine. It is necessary for the aesthetic appearance of the product. Pálinka storage tanks: With stainless steel pálinka tanks, quality storage will be solved in the long term. (English)

    A fejlesztésünk fő indokai: A jelenlegi pálinkafőző rendszerünk kapcsán folyamatosan számos technológia kihívással kell megküzdenünk, az ezzel kapcsolatos leállások korlátozzák a termelésünket. A rendszerünk egyes elemei nem illeszkednek kapacitásban a többi elemhez, az újonnan beszerzett eszközök által a gyümölcsfogadástól a palackozásig egy folyamatos egységes kapacitású „gyártósor” létesül, szűkebb keresztmetszetek nélkül. Mindezáltal egységesen ki tudjuk használni a rendszer maximális kapacitását minden munkafolyamatban. A fejlesztés főbb részei: Bogyozó, cefreszivattyú: Az üzemünkbe beérkező alapanyagok közül a csonthéjas gyümölcsöket magozzuk majd a cefreszivattyú segítségével juttatjuk el az erjesztő tartályokba a cefrét. Erjesztő tartály: A modern erjesztő tartály megvásárlásával befolyásolni tudjuk a cefre megfelelő irányú erjedését. A tartály a legújabb műszaki, technológiai feltételeknek felel meg, akár fűteni, akár hűteni is lehet a tartályban lévő cefrét, tehát egy állandó temperált hőmérsékletet tud biztosítani, ami az alapja a jó minőségű pálinkának. Rozsdamentes csigaszivattyú: A szivattyú segítségével jut el a kész cefre az erjesztő tartályokból a főző berendezésig. Pálinkafőző berendezés: Modern 500 literepálinkafőző berendezés, mely gőzzel fűthető. Energiatakarékos, hisz csak a szükséges hő mennyiséget használja, valamint az elhasznált hűtővizet tárolja, melyet a rendszer tisztítására használhatunk. Palacköblítő-töltő-dugózó: A palackozás jelenleg kézi módon történik, ezzel a géppel az öblítés-töltés-dugózás higéniailag biztonságosabban és gyorsabban történne. Címkézőgép+kapszulázó+dátumnyomó: Az értékesítés során fontos a megjelenés, s ehhez a pontos címke felragasztás hozzá tartozik, amelyet egy precíz címkéző géppel kívánunk megvalósítani. A termék esztétikus megjelenéséhez szükséges. Pálinkatároló tartályok: A rozsdamentes acélból készült pálinka tartályokkal hosszú távon a minőségi tárolás megoldottá válik. (Hungarian)
