Prior to the submission of the tender, the customer needs (what additional capacity should be met) and the state of the current machinery fleet and the availability of the current capacity (what capacity are currently being provided) were examined. This was done on the basis of the survey for the selection of the appropriate production technology. During the production process, it was also necessary to have a machine that provides a transition in serial production and custom production, for which the EML-1020B CNC machine is a perfect choice. Our third choice was the MM-760 CNC machining center because it has a hardened casting bed, stand and sledge system, a durable grease lubricated spindle housing and 760x430x460 workspace stroke, and its 8 000 rpm main spindle is perfect for series production. In any case, we would like to choose a domestic machine manufacturer from among the machine manufacturers. Our choice is justified by the fact that in the case of an international CNC machine manufacturer, there may also be servicing problems due to the lack of adequate representation. My company will provide the necessary electrical connections and high-pressure air for the installation of the machine. No specific authorisations need to be obtained for the start of production. Thanks to the many years of professional competence, it is absolutely certain that the most suitable machine has been selected for the introduction of the devices to be purchased. A pályázat beadása előtt átvizsgálásra kerültek a vevői igények (milyen többletkapacitásnak kellene megfelelnünk), illetve a jelenlegi géppark állapota, a jelenlegi kapacitás rendelkezésre állása (milyen kapacitással szolgálunk jelenleg). Ez a felmérés alapján történt a megfelelő gyártási technológia kiválasztásra. E ez alapján került meghatározásra a beszerezni kívánt eszközök, berendezések műszaki adottságai. A kapacitás bővítés során beszerezni kívánt eszközök pontos típusa: -KAFO VMC-1688G CNC megmunkálóközpont -EmL-1020B CNC megmunkálóközpont -MM-760 CNC megmunkálóközpont A választás azért esett a KAFO VMC1688G típusú CNC megmunkáló központra, mivel edzett köszörült vezetékek és nagy pontosságú golyósorsó az X,Y Z tengelyeken, 4 vezetékkel alátámasztott Y vezetékkel rendelkezik, merevszárú menetfúrást tud, asztal méretével (1900x850) és terhelhetőségével (2500 kg) tökéletes egyedi gyártásra. A gyártás során szükséges volt egy olyan gépre is, amely átmenetet képez a sorozatgyártás és az egyedi gyártás területén, erre tökéletes választás az EmL-1020B típusú CNC megmunkálógép. A harmadik választásunk azért esett az MM-760 típusú CNC megmunkáló központra, mivel edzett öntvény ággyal, állvánnyal és szánrendszerrel, tartós zsírkenésű orsóházzal és 760x430x460 munkatér lökettel rendelkezik és 8000es fordulatszámú főorsójával tökéletes a sorozat gyártásra. A gépgyártók közül mindenféleképpen hazai gépgyártó céget szeretnénk választani. Választásunkat az indokolja, hogy egy nemzetközi CNC gépgyártó esetében a nem megfelelő képviseltség hiánya miatt szervizelési problémák is felmerülhetnek. A gép üzembehelyezéséhez szükséges villamos csatlakozási lehetőségeket, nagynyomású levegőt cégem fogja biztosítani. A gyártás megkezdéséhez külön engedélyeket nem kell beszerezni. A többéves szakmai hozzáértésnek köszönhetően teljes mértékben biztos, hogy a beszerezni kívánt eszközök gyártásba történő bevezetéséhez a legmegfelelőbb gép került kiválasztásra. (Hungarian)
