During the preparation of the project, several price negotiations were held with the bidders in order to select the machines offering the best value for money. On the basis of the 20-28 % increase of order, we determined the capacities required to meet the customer’s needs, which was the basis for the selection of the types of machines required by the technology. In connection with the technical content to be provided, the detailed description of the machines to be procured is included in the enclosed quotations and cost details. These ensure the capacity extension expected as a result of the development. Volvo L30B front-loading machine with the detailed technical content and equipment presented in the offer is necessary for the service and dosing work. The machine is best suited to serving the production machines both in terms of capacity and design. RM 70GO is suitable for crushing the asphalt raw material, but also for the separation of mechanical pollutants. The ERRO 150 T Rolled Asphalt Recycling Equipment has the necessary parameters for the production of rolled asphalt, is an essential equipment for the production of cast asphalt and produces a product that can be supplied immediately. TRANSZ 15 cast asphalt recycling equipment, heating the product to a suitable temperature, is essential for the production of cast asphalt. As a result of the investment, we plan a 15-20 % increase in rolled asphalt production in line with the production capacity of the machines, and we plan to increase the production capacity of cast asphalt to 5-8 % per annum. We would like to increase production from 7000 tonnes per year to 2 500 tonnes per year. In line with the indicator values, we plan to increase and maintain at least 5 % turnover. A projekt előkészítése során az ajánlattevőkkel többszöri ártárgyalások zajlottak annak érdekében, hogy a legjobb ár/érték arányt nyújtó gépek kerüljenek kiválasztásra. A 20-28 %-os megrendelés növekedés alapján meghatároztuk azokat a kapacitásokat, amelyek a jelentkező vevői igények teljesítéséhez szükségesek, ennek alapján kerültek kiválasztásra a technológia által megszabott géptípusok. A megvalósítandó műszaki tartalom kapcsán a beszerezni kívánt gépek részletes bemutatását a csatolt árajánlatok és a költségrészletezések tartalmazzák. ezek biztosítják a fejlesztés eredményeként elvárt kapacitás bővítést. Volvo L30B homlokrakodó gép az ajánlatban bemutatott részletes műszaki tartalommal, felszereltséggel a kiszolgáló, adagolási munkák elvégzéséhez szükséges. A munkagép maximálisan megfelel a termelő gépek kiszolgálásához mind kapacitását, mint kialakítását tekintve. RM 70GO lánctalpas röpítő törő kialakítása alkalmas nemcsak az aszfalt alapanyag zúzására, hanem a mechanikai szennyező anyagok leválasztására is szolgál. Az ERRO 150 T hengerelt aszfalt újrahasznosító berendezés a hengerelt aszfalt gyártáshoz szükséges paraméterekkel rendelkezik, öntött aszfalt gyártáshoz elengedhetetlenül szükséges berendezés, amely azonnal elszállítható terméket gyárt. A TRANSZ 15 öntött aszfalt újrahasznosító berendezés megfelelő hőmérsékletbe hevítve a terméket az öntött aszfalt gyártáshoz alapvetően szükséges. A beruházás eredményeként a gépek termelési kapacitásának megfelelően a legyártott termékek tekintetében 15-20%-os növekedést tervezünk a hengerelt aszfalt gyártásban és évi 5-8%-ra tervezzük az öntött aszfalt gyártás kapacitásának növelését. Ezzel a termelést a jelenlegi évi 7000 tonnáról évi 2000-2500 tonnával szeretnénk növelni. A tervezett árbevétel növekedés összhangban az az indikátor értékekkel legalább 5%-os árbevétel növekedést és létszámtartást tervezünk. (Hungarian)
