The machines to be procured under the project will be suitable for two different tasks: 1. Fiber laser — together with the compressor serving it — is suitable for quick precise cutting of materials, making shaped surfaces and spreadings of sheet-made products. With the help of fiber laser technology, the material processing required for machine production becomes quicker and more precise, and the company can undertake the toll work assignments to a greater extent by doubling the capacity so far. 2. A projekt keretében beszerzendő gépek két különböző feladat ellátásra lesznek alkalmasak: 1. A fiber lézer - együtt az őt kiszolgáló kompresszorral – alkalmas anyagok gyors pontos körbevágására, lemezből készült gyártmányok alakos felületeinek, terítékeinek elkészítésére. A TERKIKER Bt-nek olyan berendezésre van szüksége, amely a szénacél feldolgozásánál 12mm anyagvastagságig, alumínium elemeinknek vágási igényét 6mm anyagvastagságig, rozsdamentes lemezek feldolgozását 6 mm-ig képes ellátni. Továbbá elvárás munkafelülettel szemben, hogy legalább 3000x1500 mm-es nagyságú legyen. 2. A vákuumszívó berendezés alkalmas gépek berendezések bonyolultabb, többször ismétlődő melegen formálható műanyagból készült alkatészeinek sorozatban történő gyártására. A vállalat által végzett gépépítési tevékenységhez szükséges műanyag lemezekből kialakított részegységeket hivatott ez a berendezés mesterformákra szívás módszerével megvalósítani. A megmunkált felületigény maximum 2000x400 mm-es munkafelület. Mindkét beszerzés a cég termelő kapacitását bővíti: 1. A fiber lézer technológia segítségével a gépgyártáshoz szükséges anyagmegmunkálás gyorsabbá és precízebbé válik, továbbá a bérmunka megbízásokat eddigi kapacitás megduplázása révén nagyobb hányadban tudja a cég vállalni. 2. A vákuumszívó berendezés a vállalat által épített célgépek burkolatának biztonsági előírásoknak való megfelelésen kívül az esztétikai megjelenését is hivatott javítani. (Hungarian)
