The following eligible activities will be implemented under the project: I. PROJECT PROJECT PROJECT The professional activities underlying the start of the project. — carrying out a feasibility study; — preparation of technical planning documents, authorisation plans; — technical preparation of procurement procedures, conduct of public procurement procedures; In the framework of the project preparation activities, the service providers selected by the applicant shall prepare the technical documentation of the planned development and the feasibility study with regard to the call for proposals and the standards and legislation laid down therein. Project Management According to the call for proposals, it will be composed of persons selected for project implementation, who will monitor the implementation of the project and prepare reports and accounts to the intermediate body in accordance with the specifications. Project APPLICATION Compulsory activity: — Refurbishment and extension of the school building and the establishment of a gym in the field of tasks included in the tender, taking into account the Hungarian Standard No. MSZ 24203-2:2012, which are not self-eligible but mandatory activities: — equipping the newly built gym with the necessary tools for everyday physical education in 20/2012. (VIII.31.) of the Minister for Human Resources, taking into account those listed in Annex 2 of the Decree of the Minister for Human Resources (VIII.31.) — accessibility for development IV. Horizontal REQUIREMENTS Equal opportunities and environmental sustainability-related activities are implemented in the project and implemented by the beneficiary of the project. V. The beneficiary shall carry out mandatory publicity tasks in accordance with the specifications. According to the project plan and the attached technical documentation, the renovation, expansion and construction of the school and the development of sports infrastructure will be carried out. As part of this, the school will be refurbished, expanded and a new gym facility will be added. As part of this investment, we plan to set up a type A gym (according to MSZ 24203-2:2012). The size of the new gym is standard, a standard handball field can be placed in the gymnasium, the required size of the other sports (e.g.: basketball, badminton, tennis, etc.) is below this. The facility will also include the necessary service rooms. As can be seen from the attached technical specifications and permit forms, architectural solutions are clear and do not contain unnecessary, costly technical solutions that are not compatible with school education. Thanks to the renovation and new construction, a modern building and sports complex, capable of serving curricula classes and gymnastics classes and suitable for leisure activities, will be created, in which pedagogical work can continue to be of high quality. In engineering design, the widest possible use of renewable energy was sought. For accessible use, the building is accessible, accessible parking and a barrier-free toilet room are also installed. As a result of the modernisation, classrooms will provide opportunities for education in accordance with the requirements of the 21st century, which will be provided by both architectural solutions and modern mechanical solutions. A projekt keretében az alábbi, támogatható tevékenységek valósulnak meg: I. PROJEKT ELŐKÉSZÍTÉS A projekt indítását megalapozó szakmai tevékenységek. - megvalósíthatósági tanulmány készítése; - műszaki tervdokumentumok, engedélyeztetési tervek elkészítése; - közbeszerzési eljárások szakmai előkészítése, közbeszerzések lefolytatása; A projekt előkészítési tevékenységek keretében a pályázó által kiválasztott szolgáltatók elkészítik a tervezett fejlesztés műszaki dokumentációját, és a megvalósíthatósági tanulmányt a pályázati felhívás, és az abban rögzített szabványok, és jogszabályokban rögzítettekre tekintettel. Az előkészítés első szakaszában az engedélyes tervdokumentáció készül el, amely alapját képezi a megvalósíthatósági tanulmánynak, és a projekt költségvetésnek. A projekt költségvetésének megalapozásához indikatív ajánlatok beszerzésére kerül sor, illetve az eszközspecifikációk is elkészülnek. A támogatási döntést követően az előkészítés második szakaszában az elkészített tervek engedélyeztetésére kerül sor, illetve elkészülnek a kiviteli tervek, amelyek a közbeszerzés alapdokumentumai lesznek. Közben az eszközspecifikációk pontosításra kerülnek, illetve előkészítésre kerülnek a közbeszerzési és beszerzési eljárások, majd ezek lefolytatására kerül sor. II. PROJEKTMENEDZSMENT A pályázati felhívásnak megfelelően a projektvégrehajtás érdekében kiválasztott személyekből áll majd, akik a projektmegvalósítást nyomon követik, és az előírásoknak megfelelő jelentéseket és elszámolásokat készítenek a közreműködő szervezet felé. III. PROJEKT SZAKMAI MEGVALÓSÍTÁSA Kötelezően megvalósítandó tevékenység: - Iskola épületének felújítása, bővítése és tornaterem kialakítása a pályázatban szereplő feladatellátási helyen az MSZ 24203-2:2012 számú Magyar Szabvány figyelembe vételével Önállóan nem támogatható, de kötelező tevékenységek: - az újonnan épített tornaterem felszerelése a mindennapos testnevelés szükséges eszközökkel a 20/2012. (VIII.31.) EMMI rendelet 2. mellékletében felsoroltak figyelembe vételével - akadálymentesítés a fejlesztés vonatkozásában IV. HORIZONTÁLIS KÖVETELMÉNYEK Esélyegyenlőség, és a környezeti fenntarthatósággal kapcsolatos tevékenységek valósulnak meg a projektben, illetve a megvalósuló tevékenységek során ezekre tekintettel hajtja azt végre a projekt kedvezményezettje. V. TÁJÉKOZTATÁS, NYILVÁNOSSÁG Előírások szerinti kötelezőnyilvánossági feladatokat ellátja a kedvezményezett. A projektterv, illetve a mellékelt Műszaki dokumentáció szerint az iskola felújítására, bővítésére, és a sport-infrastrukturális fejlesztésével kapcsolatos épületbővítés és építés valósul meg. Ennek keretében az iskola felújításra, bővítésre kerül, és egy új tornatermi létesítménnyel bővül. Jelen beruházás keretében egy „A” típusú (MSZ 24203-2:2012 szerinti) tornaterem létesítését tervezzük. Az új tornaterem mérete szabvány szerinti, a tornacsarnokban egy szabványos kézilabda pályát lehet elhelyezni, a többi sportág szükséges mérete (pl: kosárlabda, tollaslabda, tenisz, stb.) ez alatt van. A létesítmény tartalmazni fogja a szükséges kiszolgáló helyiségeket is. Mint az a csatolt műszaki leírásból és engedélyezési tervlapokból látható, az építészeti megoldások egyértelműek, nem tartalmaznak felesleges, költséges, az iskolai neveléssel nem összeegyeztethető műszaki megoldásokat. A felújítás és az új építés révén modern, a nevelési törvénynek megfelelő a tanterv szerinti tanórákat, tornaórákat kiszolgálni képes, illetve szabadidős mozgástevékenységekre is alkalmas új épület és sportkomplexum kerül kialakításra, melyben a pedagógiai munka magas színvonalon folytatódhat tovább. A gépészeti tervezésnél törekedtek a megújuló energia minél szélesebb körű alkalmazására. Az akadálymentes használat érdekében az épület akadálymentesítésére kerül sor, akadálymentes parkoló, és akadálymentesített WC helyiség is kialakításra kerül. A korszerűsítés eredményeként a tantermekben a XXI. századi követelményeknek megfelelő oktatásra nyílik majd lehetőség, melyet mind az építészeti megoldások, mind a korszerű gépészeti megoldások biztosítanak.
