The aid applicant is the Diocese of Szeged-Csanádi, which operates in 95 places of responsibility, 30 head offices, making it the 2nd largest of the 14 diocese. A total of 9832 children and students are counted in the public education system of the Diocese. The organisation applying for support has the necessary professional experience to achieve the objectives of the call. In the 2007-2014 programming period, a number of projects applying for funding were successfully implemented. Its own project management, project preparation and project maintenance specialists in the past, today and in the future ensure that projects from European Union and domestic sources are carried out in accordance with national and EU regulations and legislation. In the 2014-2020 programming period, the Diocese also submitted a number of applications for funding, but most of them are still in the evaluation phase. The Mikes Kelemen Catholic Secondary School and Vocational School, Primary School and Nursery School submitted an application for funding under call TOP 1.4.1 for the modernisation of the building of the primary school and nursery school, the evaluation phase of which has not yet been completed. In the case of projects, there is no double funding of the individual activities, as described in detail in the Feasibility Study. The Mikes Kelemen Catholic Secondary School and Vocational School, Primary School and Nursery School have been operating since 2012 in the maintenance of the Szeged-Csanád Diocese. The identified problems underlying the project are the following: (1) The gym’s equipment park is outdated, plaster falls, the floors are worn out and upgraded (2) There is currently no barrier-free toilet and shower to be constructed from the teacher’s bathroom. (3) The enclosure of the yard is in poor condition. Complex yard renovation is required, which includes the replacement of coverings and fences, and an indoor gym park is also set up. (4) The current state of the building is outdated, the heat loss is significant. Facade and slab insulation and window replacement is required. Overall, the above problems put at risk the quality of education. Schools in small settlements are very rarely able to afford to make serious infrastructure improvements, despite the fact that the school and kindergarten are basic institutions without which the population retention power of the settlement is lost. The objectives of the project were defined on the basis of problems in the place where the tasks were performed, which objectives and planned activities are in line with the objectives set out in the call for proposals. The goals to be achieved in the framework of the project are adapted to the needs of the local target group and the justification for this will be presented in the Feasibility Study. The specific objective of the project is to develop the infrastructure necessary for everyday educational activities, to develop school buildings in terms of energy efficiency and internal electricity and water networks, to create modern classrooms and sanitary facilities, to develop sports infrastructure through the renovation of sports grounds. Among the operational objectives of the project is to implement the elements set out in the project in compliance with the timetable and without exceeding the cost plan, and to obtain results that are set out in our expectations and contribute to the achievement of our long-term objectives. The aim is to create a quality and inclusive educational environment and the conditions for effective educational infrastructure, as well as to improve the conditions for day-to-day educational activities and to facilitate educational organisation tasks. It is important that the project achieves long-term sustainable development rather than a one-off development. The long-term goal of the project is to provide a suitable level of learning environment for the young people of the village and the region, to increase their chances of further education, to develop their social skills and to increase their employment opportunities. The institution intends to meet all educational policy objectives that are preferred, supported and regulated in regulations, regulations and guidance by line ministries and government forces. It is essential to educate our children in accordance with all our professional and legal educational plans. The following eligible activities will be implemented under the project in order to achieve the objectives: (1) Renovation of gym and gym equipment (2) Renovation of sanitary facilities (3) renovation of fences and sports yards. (4) Energy modernisation. The activities will be described in detail in the Feasibility Study. (English)

A támogatást igénylő a Szeged¦Csanádi Egyházmegye, amely 95 feladat-ellátási helyen, 30 székhelyintézmény működtet, így a 14 egyházmegye közül a 2. legnagyobb joggyakorló. Az Egyházmegye köznevelési rendszerében összességében 9832 gyermeket, tanulót tart számon.A támogatást igénylő szervezet rendelkezik a felhívás céljainak eléréséhez szükséges szakmai tapasztalatokkal. A projekt alapjául szolgáló azonosított problémák a következőek: (1) A tornaterem eszközparkja elavult, vakolata hullik, padlózata elhasználódott felújítása, korszerűsítése szükséges (2) Jelenleg nincs akadálymentesített mosdó és zuhanyzó, amit a tanári mosdóból szükséges kialakítani. A projekt hosszútávú célja a község és a térség fiataljai számára megfelelő szintű tanulási környezet biztosítása, továbbtanulási esélyeik bővítése, szociális készségeik fejlesztése, elhelyezkedési lehetőségeik bővítése. A tevékenységek a Megvalósíthatósági Tanulmányban kerülnek részletesen bemutatásra. (Hungarian)
