In 1998, the Egri Norma Foundation, established for social purposes, designated the most important task of helping disadvantaged groups. The basic pilot was the “Egri norm”, which sought to increase the dignity of the poor by bringing together the 3 sectors (state, society, church). It is still necessary for civilians to participate as much as possible in helping poor and disadvantaged people, so we are constantly looking for new ideas in order to support them. It also played a major role in our activities in order to preserve the cultural heritage of the city of Eger and its surroundings, to support initiatives promoting the interests of Hungarians across the border, and to support the interests of children and young people. In recent years, we have put great emphasis on promoting volunteering, especially among young people, so we have organised events with county schools to promote the School Community Service. Based on this, we created the Heves County Volunteer Roundtable at the beginning of last year, in which we organise volunteering activities together with 4 other partners. With regard to initiatives promoting the interests of Hungarians across the border, we can say that we have good relations with foreign civil society organisations, our number one cooperating partners are located in Upper Slovakia, we attend events several times a year (e.g. participation on a non-governmental day in Gombaszög, holding training for local organisations, etc.) and several of our partners from Highlands were happy to see in Hungary trainings, youth exchanges, etc. During the project we would like to cooperate with 4 foreign partners in order to achieve the objectives set out in the call for proposals. Planned lines of intervention during the project: Strengthening youth cooperation, organising joint programmes We plan to implement the following mandatory activities during the 24 months of the project: During preparation: Drawing up a professional plan; Organisation of initial consultation — “kick-off meeting” Preparation of cooperation: preparation of an initial report on the theme of the service to be studied with 4 partners from abroad we intend to employ 6 hours of project manager, financial manager and 20 hours professional manager for 24 months. During the concrete implementation we plan to: 1. Knowledge of the field, service (method, procedure) to be studied in the framework of international cooperation; 2. International networking; 3. Processing the experience of the service (method, procedure) acquired in the framework of international cooperation, description of good practices; 4. Carrying out research and comparative analysis in the chosen professional and service field in at least two countries (one may be Hungary and the other EU country) among target groups of at least 100 people per country (for foreign data to be provided by the foreign partner) 5. Development of competence, training and implementation of fieldwork in the framework of international cooperation; 6. Organising and maintaining joint professional programmes with partners; 7. At least 6 workshops per year, 4 times a year the organisation of a domestic study visit in the programme area from the project budget or a study visit abroad from other sources, with the participation of the cooperating partners and other partners (if appropriate); 8. In the framework of dissemination, the sharing of experiences among Hungarian professionals in the framework of trainings and competence developments 9.

Ebből kiindulva létrehoztuk a Heves Megyei Önkéntes Kerekasztalt a tavalyi év elején, melyben 4 másik partnerünkkel együtt önkéntességhez kapcsolódó programokat szervezünk. A határon túli magyarság érdekeit elősegítő kezdeményezések kapcsán pedig elmondhatjuk, hogy jó viszonyt ápolunk a külföldi civil szervezetekkel, első számú együttműködő partnereink Szlovákiában Felvidéken találhatóak, évente többször járunk ki rendezvények kapcsán (pl. Gombaszögön civil napon való részvétel, helyi szervezeteknek szóló képzés tartása, stb.) és több felvidéki partnerünket is szívesen láttuk Magyarországon képzéseken, ifjúsági cseréken stb. A projekt során 4 külföldi partnerrel kívánunk együttműködni, abból a célból, hogy a pályázati felhívásban szereplő célokat megvalósíthassuk. A tervezett beavatkozási irányok a projekt során: Az ifjúsági együttműködések erősítése, közös programok szervezése Az alábbi kötelező tevékenységek megvalósítását tervezzük a projekt 24 hónapja során: Az előkészítés során: Szakmai terv elkészítése; Közbeszerzés tevékenység lefolytatása Indító egyeztetés szervezése - „kick-off meeting” Együttműködés előkészítése: indító jelentés készítése, melynek témája a tanulmányozni kívánt szolgáltatás 4 db külföldi partner bevonása 24 hónapon keresztül kívánunk alkalmazni 6 órában projektmenedzsert, pénzügyi vezetőt és 20 órában szakmai vezetőt. A konkrét megvalósítás során tervezzük: 1. A tanulmányozni kívánt terület, szolgáltatás (módszer, eljárás) nemzetközi együttműködés keretében történő megismerése; 2. Nemzetközi hálózatépítés; 3. A nemzetközi együttműködés keretében megismert szolgáltatás (módszer, eljárás) tapasztalatainak feldolgozása, jó gyakorlatok leírása; 4. A nemzetközi együttműködés keretében kompetenciafejlesztés, tréning, terepmunka megvalósítása; 6. Közös szakmai programok szervezése, megtartása a partnerekkel; 7.
