The current infrastructural and technical state of the institution of Bárczi Gusztáv Kindergarten, Primary School, Skills Development School and College has deteriorated to such an extent that it already hinders its safe operation. The families from which our children come from are disadvantaged by raising children with disabilities. This has a number of effects on the family situation, such as a worsening of the family climate, a reduction in employment opportunities or a total impossibility. The full institutional infrastructure amortisation poses a fundamental threat to the achievement of educational development goals if basic needs (e.g. heat and hot water supply, temperature of premises for development purposes, etc.) are still not met. Each of the objectives listed above directly and indirectly supports the achievement of the pedagogical development goals. The planned developments contribute to the achievement of the educational development goals in several ways. As a direct target group, the students and teachers of our institution will benefit from the results of the project, but in a broader sense it will have an impact on the life of the whole city. Students are involved in classes and teachers are directly and indirectly involved in their work. Our institution intends to implement the following development programme by reaching 3 milestones: In the institution, it is particularly important to provide the necessary conditions for the physical education of injured children. In order to do this, it is essential to renovate the gym and the rooms serving it, clothes and showers. During the renovation, in addition to the renovation of the parquet floor, the room must be heated, ventilated, replaced copolitical windows, refurbishment of a sanitary block. In the college part of the institution, by remodeling 4 rooms currently used as a jibonos, it is possible to create spaces suitable for multipurpose, individual or small group occupations. These spaces must be refurbished, equipped with appropriate lighting and equipped with the necessary furniture. Within the framework of the renovation of the infrastructure necessary for the education of the dormitories, the renovation of the 6 degraded water blocks must be solved. In the building parts affected by the development, the construction can be completed by making the heat centre and power line supplying the whole institution usable. Technical problems, problems and local heating inefficiencies persisted in the institution’s heating and water supply system. Due to insufficient heating of domestic hot water storages (3 of the 5 available storage facilities are closed) there is unfortunately not enough hot water and heating available in the dormitories and gyms. The heating system is also extremely uneconomically operated with a power line in the ground and a receiving shaft. The control of the system is partially inoperable, and several of the disconnecting and interfering elements are in unusable condition. Cost calculation of the necessary developments and renovations of the power line and the thermal center The built-in Wolf MGK 300 tip. Condensation gas boiler has a member cracking or sealing discharge, therefore the boiler cannot be used in its present state. Wolf KFT., who markets this type of gas boiler, indicated that it is no longer possible to provide parts for this type of equipment. The solution with the removal of the existing boiler, the installation and installation of 2 new equipment, with the necessary additional works, as a result of our project we expect the following: During the project, the gym and its service rooms, clothing and showers will be renovated. We do the conversion of 4 rooms currently used for the dormitory section, together with the necessary furniture. Six water blocks in the dorm will be renewed. As part of the project, the heat centre and power line supplying the whole institution will be used. After the dismantling of the existing boiler, we also carry out the installation and installation of 2 new equipment with the necessary additional works. Premises concerned: 1 gym, 4 community space dormitories, 6 sanitary facilities, 1 heat center Development is crucial to ensure equal opportunities. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, we provide a project manager, financial assistant, professional manager, 2 professional assistants and 1 project assistant for 14 months. Intézmény specifikusan tekintve a Bárczi Gusztáv Óvoda, Általános Iskola, Készségfejlesztő Iskola, Kollégium intézményének jelenlegi infrastrukturális, műszaki állapota olyan mértékben leromlott, amely már akadályozza biztonságos működését. Azok a családok, ahonnan a nálunk tanuló gyerekek érkeznek, eleve hátrányos helyzetűek attól, hogy fogyatékkal élő gyermeket nevelnek. Ennek számos hatása van a család helyzetére, például romlik a családi klíma, a munkavállalással kapcsolatos esélyek csökkennek vagy teljesen ellehetetlenülnek. Az intézményi teljes körű infrastrukturális leamortizáltság a pedagógiai fejlesztési célok megvalósulását alapvetően veszélyezteti, amennyiben az alapvető szükségletek kielégítése (pl. hő- és melegvíz ellátás, fejlesztési célokat szolgáló helyiségek hőmérséklet stb.) továbbra sem valósul meg. A fent felsorolt célok mindegyike közvetve és közvetlenül is támogatja a pedagógiai fejlesztési célok megvalósulását. A tervezett fejlesztések több módon is elősegítik a pedagógiai fejlesztési célok elérését. Közvetlen célcsoportként intézményünk diákjai és pedagógusai fognak részesülni a projekt eredményeiből, azonban tágabban értelmezve az egész város életére kihatással lesz. A diákok bevonása a tanórákon, a pedagógusok bevonása pedig közvetlenül és közvetetten a munkájuk során történik. Intézményünk az alábbi fejlesztési programot kívánja megvalósítani 3 mérföldkő elérése útján: Az intézményben a különösen fontos a sérült gyermekeknek a testneveléséhez szükséges feltételek biztosítása. Ehhez pedig elengedhetetlen a tornaterem és az azt kiszolgáló helyiségeinek, öltözök, zuhanyzók felújítása. A felújítás során a parkett felújításon túl meg kell oldani a terem fűtését, szellőzését, kopolit ablak cseréjét, vizesblokk felújítását. Az intézmény kollégiumi részében 4 db jelenleg zsibongónak használt helyiség átalakításával többcélú, egyéni vagy kiscsoportos foglalkozásokat lehetővé tevő oktatásra is alkalmas tereket lehet kialakítani. Ezekben a terekben fel kell újítani a burkolatokat, megfelelő világítást kell biztosítani és fel kell szerelni a szükséges bútorzattal. A kollégiumi neveléshez szükséges infrastruktúra felújítás keretén belül meg kell oldani a nagyon lerobbant állapotú 6 db vizesblokk felújítását A fejlesztéssel érintett épületrészekben a kivitelezést az egész intézményt ellátó hőközpont és távvezeték használhatóvá tételével lehet megoldani. Az intézmény fűtési és vízellátó rendszerében állandósultak a műszaki problémák, gondok, a helyi fűtési elégtelenségek. A használati melegvíz tárolók nem megfelelő hatásfokú felfűtése (a rendelkezésre álló 5 db tárolóból 3 db le van zárva) miatt sajnos nem megfelelő mennyiségű és hőfokú melegvíz és fűtés áll rendelkezésre a kollégiumban és tornateremben. A fűtési rendszer is rendkívül gazdaságtalanul üzemel a földben vezetett távvezetékkel, és fogadó aknával. A rendszer szabályozása részben működésképtelen, a szakaszoló és beavatkozó elemek közül több használhatatlan állapotban van. A távvezeték és a hőközpontban szükséges fejlesztések, felújítások költségkalkulációja A hőközpontban a beépített Wolf MGK 300 tip. kondenzációs gázkazánnál tagrepedés vagy tagtömítési folyás van, ezért a kazánt jelen állapotában használni nem lehet. Az ezt a típusú gázkazánt forgalmazó Wolf KFT. jelezte, hogy ehhez a típusú berendezéshez nem lehet már alkatrészt biztosítani. A megoldás kazáncsere a meglévő elbontásával, 2 db új berendezés beépítése, beüzemelése, a szükséges kiegészítő munkákkal Projektünk eredményeként az alábbiak megvalósulását várhatjuk: A projekt során megtörténik a tornaterem és az azt kiszolgáló helyiségeinek, öltözök, zuhanyzók felújítása. Elvégezzük a kollégiumi részben 4 db jelenleg zsibongónak használt helyiség átalakítását a szükséges bútorzattal együtt. A kollégiumban 6 db vizesblokk megújul. A projekt keretében az egész intézményt ellátó hőközpont és távvezeték használhatóvá válik. A meglévő kazán elbontása után 2 db új berendezés beépítését, beüzemelését is végre hajtjuk a szükséges kiegészítő munkákkal. Érintett helyiségek: 1 db tornaterem, 4 db közösségi tér kollégiumban, 6 db vizesblokk, 1 db hőközpont Fejlesztéseink során meghatározó, hogy érvényesüljenek az esélyegyenlőségi szempontok. A projekt gördülékeny megvalósítása érdekében 14 hónapon keresztül biztosítunk projektmenedzsert, pénzügyi asszisztenst, szakmai vezetőt, 2 fő szakmai asszisztenst és 1 fő projektasszisztenst. Tevékenységeinket a helyi igényekre és hiányokra alapoztuk, valamint általuk az intézményünk erősíti minőségi nevelés-oktatási munkáját. (Hungarian)
