The aim of the grant application is to provide the pupils of our institution with quality education, value-relaying and supportive education, ensuring the same learning environment as possible in relation to the more developed regions of the country, with the development of the public education system. The infrastructural development of the school from the subject project is of utmost importance in order to ensure an environment supporting the basic tasks of school education in the institution as a result of the development in line with local needs. The infrastructure development of our college has not been solved for years. Dormitories are particularly important for pupils from disadvantaged areas. Thus, it is also true for our region that the success of college education is linked to the reduction of secondary school drop-out, as we typically welcome students with low performance at risk of leaving school without education. The development of the secondary school college’s learning and community spaces from the subject-matter project will help to increase pupils’ effectiveness. The main objective of the infrastructure development of public education institutions is to increase the effectiveness of our institution, the inclusive education (education to encourage openness) and the quality of the services it provides, thereby ensuring access to quality education and education. Milestones: — the development of a modern educational and educational environment designed to meet local needs, ensuring rational and efficient operation, particularly in the context of learning and community spaces; — on the operation of educational institutions and on the use of names of public education institutions (VIII. 31) the establishment, refurbishment and the purchase of equipment, as defined in Annex 2 of the Decree of the Minister for Human Resources (inventories of equipment and equipment), in order to create the conditions for quality education. Target group of the project: — Direct target group: Students and teachers of our institution — Indirect target group: population of the locality and region. In order to achieve the objectives set out above, we intend to implement the following activities addressing the needs and infrastructural deficiencies described in the “Professional Plan”: The following actions are eligible for individual support under the call: activities related to the development of sites for the performance of tasks and not subject to building permits: — Refurbishment and refurbishment of the rooms, the educational rooms used to carry out the educational activity and the corridors and roadways used to achieve them, and the replacement of the outdated furniture of the rooms. — Refurbishment of the infrastructure necessary for college education, purchase of equipment (renovation of study rooms, library, reading room, room suitable for community learning, construction without extension of existing infrastructure, renovation of living rooms). Specific activity: Electrical refurbishment works; Replacement of floor coverings for road users Optional, ineligible activities: — Elimination of ingestions, floor defects Specific activity: Repair of the staircase roof, elimination of wetting, painting of staircases — Acquisition of equipment, furniture and furniture to ensure the usability of the spaces involved in the infrastructure development The development does not reduce the area of existing functional (educational, educational) premises.     A támogatási kérelem célja, hogy a köznevelési intézményrendszer fejlesztésével az ország fejlettebb régióihoz mérten lehetőleg azonos tanulási környezetet biztosítva, minőségi oktatásban, értékközvetítő, támogató nevelésben részesüljenek intézményünk tanulói. Az iskola tárgyprojektből megvalósítani kívánt infrastrukturális fejlesztése kiemelten fontos annak érdekében, hogy a helyi szükségletnek megfelelő fejlesztés következtében az intézményben az iskolai nevelés-oktatás alapfeladatainak ellátását támogató környezet biztosított legyen. A fejlesztés a megfelelő infrastrukturális háttér kialakításával hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy megelőzze, illetve csökkentse az intézmény tanulói lemorzsolódását, végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyók számát. A kollégium az iskola szervezetébe integráltan, illetve önállóan jön létre és működik. A kollégium alapfeladata, hogy megteremtse a megfelelő feltételeket azon tanulók számára, akiknek lakóhelyén nincs lehetőség a tanuláshoz, a szabad iskolaválasztáshoz való joguk érvényesítésére, a nemzetiségi oktatásra, illetve akiknek a szülő nem tudja biztosítani a tanuláshoz szükséges körülményeket. A kollégium belső és külső környezete biztosítja a nevelési célok megvalósíthatóságát, szolgálja a kollégisták biztonságát, kényelmét, megfelel az otthonosság általános kritériumainak. A kollégium – a szülővel és az iskolával együttműködve – hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy a tanuló eredményesen fejezze be tanulmányait választott iskolájában. A kollégiumi nevelés céljai között szerepel a tanulmányi munka színvonalának szinten tartása, egyes csoportoknál az emelése; a hátrányos helyzetű és halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű tanulók segítése, a művelődési egyenlőtlenségek csökkentése. Kollégiumunk infrastrukturális fejlesztése évek óta nem megoldott. A kollégiumi elhelyezés a hátrányos helyzetű térségekből érkező tanulóknál hangsúlyozottan jelentkezik. Így a mi térségünkre is fokozottan igaz, hogy a kollégiumi nevelés eredményessége összefügg a középiskolai lemorzsolódás csökkentésével, hiszen jellemzően a végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyás szempontjából veszélyeztetett, alacsony teljesítményt nyújtó diákokat fogadunk. A középiskolai kollégium tanulást segítő, valamit közösségi tereinek tárgyprojektből történő fejlesztése révén a tanulók eredményességének növekedése érhető el. A köznevelési intézmények infrastrukturális fejlesztésének fő célja fokozni intézményünk eredményességét, az inkluzív oktatást (nyitottságra ösztönző nevelést) és emelni az általa nyújtott szolgáltatások minőségének színvonalát, ezzel biztosítva a minőségi oktatáshoz, neveléshez való hozzáférést. Részcélok: - a helyi szükségletek kielégítésére irányuló, racionális és hatékony működést biztosító, korszerű nevelési, oktatási környezet kialakítása, különösen a tanulást segítő és közösségi terek tekintetében; - a nevelési-oktatási intézmények működéséről és a köznevelési intézmények névhasználatáról szóló 20/2012 (VIII. 31.) EMMI rendelet 2. sz. mellékletében (eszköz- és felszerelési jegyzék) meghatározott kötelező helyiségek kialakítása, felújítása és eszközök beszerzésének támogatása a minőségi nevelés feltételeinek megteremtése érdekében. A projekt célcsoportja: - Közvetlen célcsoport: Intézményünk tanulói és pedagógusai - Közvetett célcsoport:a település és térség lakossága A fent kifejtett célok elérése érdekében az alábbi a „Szakmai tervben” bemutatott szükségletekre, infrastrukturális hiányosságokra megoldást nyújtó tevékenységeket kívánjuk megvalósítani Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: A felhívás keretében az alábbi tevékenységek támogathatóak önállóan: a feladat-ellátási helyek fejlesztéséhez kapcsolódó, építési engedélyhez nem kötött tevékenységek: - A nevelési-oktatási tevékenység megvalósításához használt termek, oktatási termek, és az azok elérését szolgáló folyosók, közlekedők felújítása, átalakítása, a termek elavult bútorainak cseréje. - A kollégiumi neveléshez szükséges infrastruktúra felújítása, eszközök beszerzése (tanulószobák, könyvtár, olvasószoba, közösségi tanulásra alkalmas helyiség felújítása, kialakítása a meglévő infrastruktúra bővítése nélkül, lakószobák felújítása).
