Kratochvil Károly Honvéd Secondary School and College (hereinafter: HKK) is located in Debrecen at Füredi út 69. The purpose of the maintenance is to develop the above-mentioned public institution from the source of the tender EFOP-4.1.3-17. The Ministry of Defence, as the central budgetary authority, is entitled to submit a grant application under call EFOP-4.1.3-17. Currently, the Kratochvil Károly Honvéd Secondary School and College is Hungary’s only Hungarian secondary school. Students of the institution applied for and were admitted from the country as a whole. The school also provides high-quality education and defence education for pupils coming from the district where they live, thus avoiding the disadvantage caused by segregation. In this way, the difference between students coming from certain counties of Hungary is dissolved in the institution, as national defence education cannot be imagined without uniform principles, rules and values. According to point 6.2 of the founding document 29-25/2016, the Kratochvil Károly Honvéd Secondary School and College can provide 5 students with special educational needs with other psychic disorders per year. The institution currently includes 37 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, 1 with multiple disadvantaged backgrounds, 1 with special educational needs (SNI) and 6 students with integration, learning and behavioural difficulties (BTMN). According to the government measures, as of the 2017/2018 academic year, electronics training will be shortened from 2 years to 1 year, regardless of this, our goal is to continue to provide meaningful and quality education at a high level for the students of the institution. The right classroom conditions, the lesson atmosphere all contribute to the effective teaching and learning process. Despite shorter training periods, there will be no change in the examination requirements, so it is necessary to increase the effectiveness of the training. The aim is to graduate from the institution with the same professional knowledge and competences as those who have completed the previous 2-year course. It is a government expectation to develop knowledge in natural sciences, which, in addition to the educator, requires a classroom of appropriate quality and equipment. Without the realisation of the project, the level of education in natural science subjects cannot be improved, seized and limited to the opportunities used so far, which does not allow students to be brought closer to the subjects of chemistry, physics, biology, geography, and thus the effective development of science knowledge is stalled. Pedagogical classes for children with special educational needs and difficulties in integration, learning and behaviour will be held. So far, since the institution does not have a development training room, with changes to the schedule, we tried to solve the development classes in a different classroom year after year. Thus, the development teacher encounters difficulties in using the tools, and there is no suitable environment for storing the necessary materials. This is why the goal is to create a 2 smaller developer training rooms that are suitable for storing tools for development education, thus facilitating smooth and unobstructed education, where development activities can be carried out in a permanent, separate room, with the appropriate tools and under calm conditions. In addition to patriotic values, the aim is to create an inspiring environment where every individual can make the most of himself, in which pedagogical work is carried out on the basis of the principles of effective cooperation between the individual and groups, promoting efficiency, effectiveness and non-conflict cooperation. Education and education cannot be separated, the development and modernisation of school education can only be achieved in the combined system of these, and this is particularly true and justified for the institution which performs national defence education in a high standard. The further long-term effectiveness of pupils and their teachers would be best served by providing quality education and education for pupils committed to their home country in a comfortable environment and with modern tools. A Honvédelmi Minisztérium fenntartásában működő Kratochvil Károly Honvéd Középiskola és Kollégium (a továbbiakban: HKK) Debrecenben, a Füredi út 69. szám alatt található. A fenntartó célja a fent nevezett közintézmény fejlesztése az EFOP-4.1.3-17 kódszámú pályázat keretében elnyerhető forrásból. A Honvédelmi Minisztérium, mint központi költségvetési szerv jogosult az EFOP-4.1.3-17. pályázati felhívás keretében vissza nem térítendő támogatási kérelem benyújtására. Jelenleg a Kratochvil Károly Honvéd Középiskola és Kollégium Magyarország egyetlen honvéd középiskolája. Az intézmény tanulói az ország egészéről jelentkeztek, illetve nyertek felvételt. A lakhelyük szerint leszakadó járásból érkező diákokat is minőségi oktatásban és honvédelmi nevelésben részesíti az iskola, ezáltal a szegregáció okozta hátránytól mentesülnek. Így az intézményben feloldódik Magyarország egyes megyéiből érkező diákok közötti ez irányú különbség, hiszen honvédelmi nevelés nem képzelhető el egységes elvek, szabályok és értékrend nélkül. A 29-25/2016. számú Alapító okirat 6.2. pontja szerint a Kratochvil Károly Honvéd Középiskola és Kollégium évfolyamonként 5 fő egyéb pszichés zavarral rendelkező sajátos nevelési igényű tanulót tud ellátni. Az intézménybe jelenleg 37 fő hátrányos helyzetű, 1 fő halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű, 1 fő sajátos nevelési igényű (SNI) és 6 fő beilleszkedési-, tanulási- és magatartási nehézséggel (BTMN) küzdő tanuló jár. A kormányzati intézkedések értelmében a 2017/2018-as tanévtől az elektronikai képzés 2 éves időtartamról 1 évre rövidül, ettől függetlenül célunk, hogy a tartalmas és minőségi oktatást továbbra is magas színvonalon biztosítsuk az intézmény diákjai számára. A megfelelő tantermi körülmények, az órai légkör mind hozzájárul a hatékony tanítás-tanulás folyamatához. A rövidebb képzési idő dacára a vizsgakövetelmények terén nem lesz változás, tehát a képzés hatékonyságát szükséges emelni. Cél, hogy az intézményben ugyanolyan szakmai ismeretekkel és kompetenciákkal rendelkező diákok végezzenek, mint akik a korábbi 2 éves képzésben vettek részt. Kormányzati elvárás a természettudományos ismeretek fejlesztése, melyhez a pedagóguson kívül a megfelelő színvonalú és felszereltségű tanterem is szükséges. A projekt megvalósulása nélkül a természettudományos tantárgyak oktatásának színvonala nem fejleszthető, megragad és az eddig használt lehetőségekre korlátozódik, amely nem teszi lehetővé, hogy a diákokat közelebb hozzuk a kémia, fizika, biológia, földrajz tantárgyakhoz, és ezáltal a természettudományos ismeretek hatékony fejlesztése is elakad. A sajátos nevelési igényű, beilleszkedési, tanulási és magatartási nehézséggel küzdő gyerekek számára fejlesztő pedagógiai órák kerülnek megtartásra. Ez idáig mivel az intézmény nem rendelkezik fejlesztő oktatóteremmel, órarend módosításokkal, évről-évre más tanteremben igyekeztünk megoldani a fejlesztő órák megtartását. Így a fejlesztőpedagógus az eszközök használata terén nehézségekbe ütközik, a szükséges anyagok tárolására nincs megfelelő környezet. Ezért olyan 2 kisebb méretű fejlesztő oktatóterem kialakítása a cél, amely alkalmas a fejlesztőpedagógiát segítő eszközök tárolására is, így elősegítve a gördülékeny és akadálymentes oktatást, ahol a fejlesztő tevékenységek állandó, külön helyiségben, a megfelelő eszközökkel, nyugodt körülmény kialakítása mellett végezhetőek. Cél a hazafias értékrend mellett olyan inspiráló környezet jöjjön létre, ahol minden egyén a legtöbbet tudja kihozni magából, amelyben az egyén és a csoportok közötti hatékony együttműködés alapelvei mentén kialakított pedagógiai munka folyik, elősegítve a tanulás hatékonyságát, eredményességét, és a konfliktusmentes együttműködést. A nevelés és oktatás nem választható szét, az iskolai képzés fejlesztése, korszerűsítése is csak ezek együttes rendszerében valósítható meg, hangsúlyozottan igaz és igazolt ez a honvédelmi nevelést kiemelt színvonalon végző intézményre. A tanulók és tanáraik további hosszú távú eredményességét az szolgálná a leginkább, hogy a megújuló tanépületben komfortos környezetben, korszerű eszközökkel lehetne biztosítani a hazájuk iránt elkötelezett tanulók minőségi nevelését, oktatását. A projekt ütemezése alapján az előkészítő tevékenységek 2017. nyarán megkezdődnek, a kivitelezés pedig 2018-ban valósulhat meg. (Hungarian)
