Digikomp — infrastructural developments for learning in the Békés County Library The main objective of our program is: Development of infrastructure for skills development, education and territorial care in support of lifelong learning within the framework of a library system. In particular: Design of Digilabor (SZE_4). The planned digital lab, the creative learning space suitable for individual and small group activities, will be developed in the ground floor part of the central building. To this end, it is necessary to adapt the space of the existing room, to modernise the existing room, related interior designs, and to develop the infrastructure of the service spaces necessary for learning processes (e.g. toilet, etc.). The digital lab’s accessible skills development tools ensure efficient and experiential knowledge acquisition beyond the library’s visitors to all those who arrive in the building’s pedagogical institutions (POK, school district, specialised service) or to the county newspaper in the building with much more traffic than the average library. The new room to be created opens to a free-use, busy (exhibition) space, the activities involved in it can be made visible to anyone as intended by the users. The creative employing space allows learning to learn by allowing free experimentation, while the traditional library documents (books, journals) required for the activities are easily accessible and used. Teen digi-step design (SZE_2): in the building of the library, built about 100 metres from the digital lab, the silent activity space is connected to the lab with various electronic access options, USB connection, virtual connection with image, sound, text. The young-looking staircase space offers the possibility to simulate remote access, teleworking, remote learning, collaborative work in such a way that the lab can be easily accessed if needed, and personal consultation can be created. At the same time, spatial design and furniture provide an opportunity to create “kucko-feeling” (as defined in the preliminary needs assessment by the teenagers), partial spatial separation, separate or small group work and pastime. Digikomp — design of an outdoor mobile e-pavilion (SZE_1): it also aimed at creating an open-air educational space for the purposes of the library. The mobile e-pavilion is closely linked to the activities of the digital lab. It gives the opportunity to make the activities in the lab visible in locations (large screen projection, interactive connection with images, sound, collaborative creation of text documents, etc.) where a large number of the population can be reached who can be interested in the activities of the creative space who are potential users but are not well informed. The e-pavilion equipment is compatible with the digital lab. The e-pavilion is not a vehicle (not comparable to a library bus) but an outdoor digital library that can be set up anywhere. It allows library presence in locations where many people visit — even in difficult-to-access terrain (e.g. urban outdoor festivals, beaches, outdoor campaigns, lectures, etc.). Development of Library ICT tools (SZE_5): RFID system with 3 network block printers, 3 control gates, 1 self-service desk, 7 librarian workplaces, software and labels. We also aim to meet the agreed indicator values: number of developed informal non-formal learning spaces: 3 (Digikomp — outdoor mobile e-pavilion, Teen digi-step, Digilabor), (b) number of participants in an informal non-formal learning programme in modern cultural institutions, calculated cumulatively with 310 persons per year for the 5 years of the maintenance period: 1550 people. Opening up new spaces will certainly increase the use of our existing ICT tools. The synergistic effect of the existing training room (computer room for formal education) and the new competence-enhancing creative space for purposes other than those applied for will significantly increase the target audience’s ICT knowledge, digital and learning competences. With the services we contribute indirectly to strengthening social inclusion and improving cooperation skills, while the implementation of the project helps career guidance for active social presence and return to the world of work. In order to fulfil all of these commitments, we have project management and well-prepared professional implementation staff with experience in the implementation of EU infrastructure development programmes. In our programme we undertake to implement the required equal opportunities and environmental aspects, and we also fulfil the necessary commitments regarding information and publicity. (English)

Ennek érdekében szükséges a meglévő helyiség terének átalakítása, meglévő helyiség korszerűsítése, ehhez kapcsolódóan belsőépítészeti kialakítások, a tanulási folyamatokhoz szükséges kiszolgáló helyiségek (pl. mosdó,) infrastrukturális fejlesztése. A digitális labor akadálymentesen megközelíthető, készségfejlesztő eszközei a hatékony és élményszerű tudásszerzést biztosítják a könyvtár látogatóin túl mindazok számára, akik az épületben működő, pedagógiai intézményekbe (POK, tankerület, szakszolgálat) vagy a megyei napilaphoz érkeznek az átlagos könyvtárinál sokkal nagyobb forgalmú épületbe. A kialakítandó új terem egy szabadon használható, forgalmas közlekedő (kiállítói) térre nyílik, a benne folyó tevékenységek a használók szándéka szerint bárki által láthatóvá tehetők. A kreatív foglalkoztató tér a szabad kísérletezésnek teret engedve teszi lehetővé a tanulás elsajátítását, miközben a tevékenységekhez szükséges hagyományos könyvtári dokumentumok (könyvek, folyóiratok) is könnyen elérhetők, használhatók. Tini digi-lépcső kialakítása (SZE_2): a könyvtár épületében található, a digitális labortól kb. 100 méterre kialakított, csendes tevékenységet biztosító teret különböző elektronikus elérési lehetőségekkel kapcsoljuk a laborhoz, USB csatlakozás, virtuális kapcsolat képpel, hanggal, szöveggel. A fiatalos megjelenésű lépcsős tér olyan módon ad lehetőséget a távoli elérés, a távmunka, távtanulás szimulációjára, a kollaboratív munkára, hogy szükség esetén könnyen elérhető a labor is, megteremthető a személyes konzultáció. Ugyanakkor a téralakítás és bútorzat lehetőséget ad (a tizenéves korosztály részéről az előzetes igényfelmérésben megfogalmazott) „kuckó-feeling” megteremtésére, a térbeli részleges szeparációra, elkülönült vagy kiscsoportos munkára, időtöltésre is. Digikomp - szabadtéri mobil e-pavilon (SZE_1) kialakítása: a könyvtár céljából szabadtéri oktatási célú tér kialakítását is célul tűzte ki. A mobil e-pavilon szorosan kapcsolódik a digitális labor tevékenységéhez. Célunk továbbá a vállalt indikátorértékek teljesítése: a) fejlesztett informális, nem formális tanulást szolgáló terek száma: 3db (Digikomp - szabadtéri mobil e-pavilon, Tini digi-lépcső, Digilabor), b) a korszerű kulturális intézményekben informális, nem formális tanulási programban résztvevők száma a fenntartási időszak 5 évére évi 310 fővel kumuláltan számítva: 1550 fő. A meglévő IKT eszközeink kihasználtságát biztosan növelni fogja az új terek megnyitása. A megpályázottól eltérő célt szolgáló, meglévő oktatóterem (formális oktatást segítő számítógépes terem) és az új, kompetenciafejlesztő, kreatív foglalkoztató tér szinergikus hatása jelentősen fogja növelni a célközönség IKT ismereteit, digitális és tanulási kompetenciáit. A szolgáltatásokkal közvetett úton hozzájárulunk a társadalmi összetartozás erősítéséhez, az együttműködési készség javításához, miközben a projekt megvalósítása segíti a pályaorientációt az aktív társadalmi jelenlétet, a munka világába való visszatérést. Mindezen vállalások teljesítése érdekében uniós, infrastruktúra-fejlesztő pályázati programok megvalósításában is tapasztalattal rendelkező projektmenedzsment és jól felkészült szakmai megvalósító munkatársak állnak rendelkezésünkre. Programunkban vállaljuk az előírt esélyegyenlőségi és környezetvédelmi szempontok érvényesítését, teljesítjük a tájékoztatásra és nyilvánosságra vonatkozó szükséges vállalásokat is. (Hungarian)

(English)
