The Szekszárdi Garay János Primary School and Primary Art Education Institute was built in Zrínyi Miklós Street in three different periods. The oldest part of the building was in the early 1900s as an orphanage and then as a nun convent. Over the decades, he has performed a wide range of functions, he has not always belonged to our school. It currently includes a dining room and a few specialised classes (training arts) and a water-bath. The art rooms are small, not bright enough. There are no storage places. The project involves the refurbishment and equipment of the four classrooms of the arts class. The first part of the primary school building was handed over in 1968. Typical three-storey school building; large windows facing the street front, flat roof. Classrooms and other functional halls and water blocks open from a very wide corridor. The classrooms are relatively large (6X8; 48 m²). The third member of the building complex was built in the early 1970s. The growing demographic wave and the popularity of the school justified its establishment. This three-storey flat-top building is connected by a corridor to the older wings. From its wide, bright corridors, the specialised schools open to two sides. The classrooms in this section are large, comfortable. The conditions for primary education are only acceptable, small-group occupations specifically aimed at catching up, as well as the conditions for talent management are very poor. The dancers are better off practicing in the aula and in the corridors, because the current small mirror room is unsuitable because of its size. Therefore, from the opening of two smaller rooms, the design and installation of a modern and ballroom dance room of a suitable size will be refurbished (full floor refurbishment, painting, lighting modernisation, replacement of doors and windows) with completely new furniture, a small group of technical rooms, three other ground floor rooms and a group employee suitable for a smaller number of people. The related four pupils‘and two teachers’ sanitary facilities will be refurbished, and a barrier-free toilet will be developed taking into account the equal opportunities aspects. A complete refurbishment is carried out in the tank kitchen, which can be used by non-governmental organisations in addition to school hours. In addition to the infrastructure renovation, new furniture and equipment will be purchased here. The outdated corridor glass window is about 15 m², replacing it with a door and using the pallet furniture received from the donation, creating a small community space that a school with a large number of children needs. In addition to the school building, the sports yard is also very worn out, offering physical education classes in several classes at the same time, so it is necessary to completely renovate it, to equip it with new state-of-the-art pavement, and to paint multifunctional sports grounds (handball gates, volleyball nets, basketball boards) and provide sports equipment. In addition, we will renovate the schoolyard and increase its green areas in order to create a more beautiful and liveable school environment. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A tantermek viszonylag nagyok (6X8-asok; 48 m2). Széles, világos folyosóiról két oldalra nyílnak a szaktantermek. A tantermek ebben a részben is nagyok, kényelmesek. (Hungarian)
