The activities of the proper preparation of the project:a.)Professional consultation with the target group members involved,the cooperation partners on the specification of project elements in order to make the development content useful in the sector and to better channel the needs of the sector;b.) Optional ineligible actions: Type of activity 5: Acquisition of software and ICT equipment: server, screen, printer, software, computer and peripherals, projector, interactive map, touchscreen console, LCD panels, large-screen televisions. Type of activity 6: Manufacture and purchase of large and low-value tangible goods and furniture. Quantified professional expectations: Development of learning, training and specialised, group and clubroom(s): The establishment of an educational or occupational space suitable for the reception, siting and simultaneous employment of a group of at least 15 persons, as well as the upgrading of the existing two. The target group of the project is the pupils, staff and those involved in lifelong learning in a public education institution. The period of physical implementation of the project runs from 1.11.2017 to 30 April 2019. The duration of the project is 18 months, we planned 4 milestones. c.)Establishment and operation of project management: 1 main project manager/professional manager, 1 financial manager. A projekt megfelelő előkészítésének tevékenységei:a.)Szakmai egyeztetés a bevont célcsoporttagokkal,az együttműködő partnerekkel a projektelemek specifikálásáról a fejlesztési tartalom ágazati hasznosíthatósága, valamint az ágazati igények mind jobb becsatornázása érdekében;b.) A költséghatékony, piaci árnak való megfelelés alátámasztása céljából, bekérésre kerültek a programok megvalósításához szükséges szolgáltatásokra vonatkozó árajánlatok, c.)A projekt keretében megvalósításra kerülő programok lebonyolítási ütemezésének megtervezése megtörtént, különös tekintettel a pénzügyi és elszámolási ütemezésre d.)Az előzetes helyzetfelmérésre alapozva, részletes szakmai terv elkészítésére, pályázati anyag összeállítására került sor. A projekt előkészítése a célcsoport bevonásával történt. Megvalósítási feladatok: Kötelező tevékenységek: 1. tevékenységtípus: Tanulási, képzési, továbbá szakköri-, csoport- és klubhelyiség kialakítása: Az egész életen át tartó tanulást támogató nem formális és informális tanulásra alkalmas tanulási, képzési, oktató helyiségek, alkotóművészeti szakköri helyiségek (pl.: kézműves műhely, digitális művészeti műhely stb.), előadóművészeti csoportok próbahelyiségeinek (pl. táncpróbaterem, színjátszóköri próbaterem stb,), audiovizuális ismeretek tanulására alkalmas helyiségek, művelődő közösségek önképző köreinek, klubjainak klubhelyiségeinek kialakítása, átalakítása, meglévő helyiség korszerűsítése, ehhez kapcsolódóan belsőépítészeti kialakítások, a tanulási folyamatokhoz szükséges kiszolgáló helyiségek (pl. mosdó, öltöző stb.) infrastrukturális fejlesztése, épületbővítés. Választható önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: 5. tevékenységtípus: Szoftverbeszerzés és IKT eszközök beszerzése: szerver, képernyő, nyomtató, szoftver, számítógép és perifériák, projektor, interaktív térkép, érintőképernyős konzol, LCD-panelek, nagyképernyős televíziók. 6. tevékenységtípus: Nagy- és kisértékű tárgyi eszközök, bútorok készíttetése és beszerzése. Számszerűsített szakmai elvárások: Tanulási, képzési, továbbá szakköri-, csoport- és klubhelyiség(ek) kialakítása: Legalább 15 főből álló csoport befogadására, leültetésére és egyidejű foglalkoztatására alkalmas oktató- vagy foglalkoztató tér kialakítása, illetőleg a meglévő korszerűsítése 2 db. A projekt célcsoportja a köznevelési intézményben tanulók, dolgozók, és az egész életen át tartó tanulásban részt vevők.
