According to the founding document (and organizational and operational rules) of the University of Pécs (PTE), the organisation applying for funding is suitable and empowered to carry out the activities for the purposes of the project (CCIV 2011). In Annex 1 to Tv. 1, the institution of higher education listed in point 17 of the list, 21/2012. (IV. 16) According to Decree No 312 of the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development, 312 — central budgetary body). The PTE, as a maintainer, submits three applications for funding, however, the PTE Social and Health Vocational Gymnasium and Vocational Secondary School, as well as the Szent-Györgyi Albert Institute of the Social and Health Specialisation School and Vocational School, are only included in the present application. The places of performance of tasks are specified in Section 7(1)(d) of Act CXC of 2011. For the successful implementation of the project, the PTE can provide several years of project management and professional management with experience in EU project management, which is described in detail in Section 4.1 of the Feasibility Study. As regards the regional role of PTE, it is the regional training centre. In the region of 290/2014. (XI. 26.) on the basis of Annex 3 to the Government Decree on the classification of beneficiary districts, there are 5 complex programmes, 3 to be developed and 9 beneficiary districts. The aim of the application is to improve the quality of the services provided by the PTE Szszi, to create the professional infrastructure environment and to ensure effective education, thereby improving the efficiency of the institution. With the opportunities offered by the application, we can prevent or reduce school leaving without qualifications for pupils at risk of early school leaving (according to Kir Stat’s a03t01 indicators, the total number of pupils at risk of dropping out is 100, based on the indicators a03t02, the number of pupils who failed from 1 or more subjects in the half year is 80) The speciality of the school’s medical specialisation justifies the development, development and expansion of the natural science classrooms for the foundation of the discipline. The evolution of the number of pupils in the given institution has increased over the last 5 years (2012. head office and member institution: 526 pupils, 2016: 760 students). The institution covered by the grant application did not receive EU funding for infrastructure development in the 2007-2013 programming period. In addition to vocational training, our vocational secondary school is also a serious task to prepare for the graduation, however, the infrastructure developments are justified, especially the natural science environment, language training, everyday physical education and the areas of catching up-talent activities. The development of community spaces, which makes our school more cozy and liveable, can be an essential element of reducing and eliminating school leaving without a degree. We want to strengthen language training through the development of a language lab, while the knowledge of natural sciences is enhanced by the development of biology room and laboratory development, furniture exchange and the purchase of equipment. The infrastructural modernisation of everyday physical education is not possible at present, so we can only ensure higher standards in this segment with the availability of tools. When creating a more liveable environment, priority was given to refurbishing the sanitary facilities, as well as the design of the teacher’s room is among our most important plans. In connection with this, in the case of public spaces, we would like to create rest corners in the currently out-of-use lighting yard, and we would move forward with the establishment of a camera system and an institutional communication device park (speaking, school radio) with regard to a secure environment. In the light of our schooling data, it can be predicted, also aware of the specific content of the sector’s training, that the use of freshly renovated rooms can be close to 100 %. Our Szombathely member institution currently operates with a lower number of pupils, but it is expected to strengthen in an ascending system. Since the building of the school is an old-fashioned institution, it is possible to maintain it, and yet it has a large deficit, the development needs to be defined in this respect too. As in Pécs, Szombathely, the aim is to strengthen the vocational grammar training of the health sector, so that we can increase the number of these classes and the total number of pupils by creating an attractive, advanced, quality institution. A támogatást igénylő szervezet a Pécsi Tudományegyetem (PTE) alapító dokumentuma (és szervezeti és működési szabályzata) alapján a projekt céljait szolgáló tevékenységek ellátására alkalmas és felhatalmozott (a 2011. évi CCIV. Tv.1. Mellékletében a felsorolás 17. helyén szereplő felsőoktatási intézmény, 21/2012. (IV. 16) KIM rendelet szerint 312 – központi költségvetési szerv). A PTE, mint fenntartó három támogatási kérelmet nyújt be, azonban a PTE Szociális és Egészségügyi Szakgimnázium és Szakközépiskola, valamint a PTE Szociális és Egészségügyi Szakgimnázium és Szakközépiskola Szent-Györgyi Albert Tagintézménye csak jelen pályázatban szerepelnek. A feladatellátási helyek a 2011. évi CXC. törvény 7. § (1) d) szakgimnázium pontjában kerültek nevesítésre. A projekt sikeres megvalósításához a PTE több éves, EU-s projektvezetési tapasztalatokkal rendelkező projektmenedzsmentet és szakmai vezetést tud biztosítani, mely részletesen a Megvalósíthatósági tanulmány 4.1. fejezetében kerül bemutatásra. A PTE térségi szerepét tekintve régió képzési központja. A régióban a 290 /2014. (XI. 26.) a kedvezményezett járások besorolásáról Korm. rendelet 3. melléklete alapján 5 komplex programmal fejlesztendő, 3 fejlesztendő és 9 kedvezményezett járás található. A pályázat célja a PTE SZESZI által nyújtott szolgáltatások minőségi színvonalának emelése, a szakmai infrastrukturális környezet és hatékony oktatás biztosításának megteremtése, ezáltal az intézmény eredményessége érdekében végrehajtott fejlesztések. A pályázat által nyújtott lehetőségekkel megelőzzük, illetve csökkenteni tudjuk a lemorzsolódásra veszélyeztetett tanulók végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyását (a Kir Stat a03t01 mutatói alapján a Lemorzsolódással veszélyeztett tanulók száma összesen 100 fő, az a03t02 mutatók alapján a Félévkor 1 vagy több tárgyból bukott tanulók száma 80) Az iskola egészségügyi szakirányú specifikuma indokolttá teszi a szakág alapozására szolgáló természettudományos tantermek kialakítását, fejlesztését, eszközparkjának bővítését. Az adott intézmény tanulói létszámának alakulása az elmúlt 5 évben emelkedett (2012.székhely és tagintézmény összesen: 526 tanuló, 2016.: 760 tanuló). A támogatási kérelemben megjelölt intézmény a 2007-2013-as programozási időszakban nem részesült infrastrukturális fejlesztést támogató európai uniós forrásból. Szakgimnáziumunk a szakmai képzésen kívül az érettségire való felkészítés is komoly feladatunk, azonban az infrastrukturális fejlesztések indokoltak, elsősorban a természettudományos környezetet, a nyelvi képzést, a mindennapos testnevelés, valamit a felzárkóztató-tehetséggondozó foglalkozások területeit kívánjuk megerősíteni. A végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyások csökkentésének és megszűntetésének lényegi elem lehet a megfelelő színvonalú oktatáson túl a közösségi terek fejlesztése, ami otthonosabbá, élhetőbbé teszi iskolánkat.A nyelvi képzést szeretnénk egy nyelvi labor kialakításával erősíteni, míg a természettudományos ismereteket biológia terem-, valamint laborfejlesztéssel, bútorzatok cseréjével, valamint hozzájuk kapcsolt eszközbeszerzésekkel kívánjuk fokozni. A mindennapos testnevelés infrastrukturális modernizálása jelenleg nem megoldható, így ezen szegmensben kizárólag eszközök hozzáférhetőségével tudunk magasabb színvonalat biztosítani. Az élhetőbb környezet kialakításánál a higiéniai helyiségek felújítása kapott prioritást, valamint a tanári szoba kialakítása szerepel a legfontosabb terveink között. Ehhez kapcsoltan a közösségi terek esetében a jelenleg használaton kívüli világítóudvarban pihenősarkokat kívánunk kialakítani, valamint a biztonságos környezet tekintetében kamerarendszer és intézményi kommunikációs eszközpark (hangosítás, iskolarádió) kiépítésével lépnénk előre. A beiskolázási adataink ismeretében prognosztizálható, tudatában az ágazati képzés speciális tartalmának is, hogy a frissen felújítandó termek kihasználtsága megközelítheti a 100%-ot. Szombathelyi tagintézményünk jelenleg alacsonyabb tanulólétszámmal működik, felmenő rendszerben ugyanakkor ebben is erősödés várható. Miután az iskola épülete régi építésű, lehetőségekhez képest karbantartott, mégis nagy hiátusokkal rendelkező intézmény, a fejlesztéseket ebben a tekintetben is meg kell határoznunk.Ahogy Pécsett, Szombathelyen is az egészségügyi ágazatú szakgimnáziumi képzés megerősítése a cél, hogy az említett osztályok számát és az összes tanuló létszámot is növelni tudjuk egy vonzó, fejlett, minőségi intézmény megteremtésével. Ehhez kívánjuk ugyancsak a nyelvi labor létrehozását, a természettudományos tárgyak oktatását segítő tantermek korszerűsítését, ehhez kapcsolódó eszközbeszerzést, valamint az általános oktatási terek és eszközparkok fejlesztését, amik mind hozzájárulnak a sikeres érettségi vizsgáig való minőségi oktatás biztosításához. A tantermek kihasználtsága az idei évben is jelentős volt, az elkövetkező évben, években a felmenő rendszerben belépő új osztályok igényeivel teljesen optimalizálható. (Hungarian)
