The institution involved in the development is the educational institution of the small region with a particularly good utilisation rate, in which the number of pupils shows dynamic development. On the other hand, the building of the lower section was built in 1904, and the removal of ingestions and slab defects would be essential to create the right educational environment. Based on the expected number of pupils, the occupancy of the place and the planned project can be ensured at an appropriate level. The following construction and equipment procurement activities will be carried out within the framework of the project: 1. Development of a modern Language lab — independently supported activity, its aim is to create a new language lab in order to ensure the state of the art of language teaching. Construction activity: The current state of the 55 m² building requires a complete renovation. Heating and lighting will be refurbished, the network necessary to operate the tools of the language lab will be installed, as well as the renovation of the sanitary block and the unhindered replacement of doors and doors. New covering and painting will be given to the interior. Equipment and software procurement: Tools for the operation of the language lab: Teacher’s workstation of 1 language lab software with 14 student workstations. 1 per person, i.e. 15 laptops and multimedia headsets. 1 D-Link and a total of 15 lab furniture (1 teacher and 14 students). 2. Purchase and fixation of outdoor sports equipment — an activity supported independently, the aim of which is to ensure the conditions of everyday physical education. Purchase and fasten 6 outdoor sports equipment, foot muscle strengthening, walking, horseback, waist turner, floating walker and foot tramp. 3. Partial replacement of the roof — an optional, ineligible activity, the purpose of which is to eliminate flooding and floor defects with roof modernisation in the school building built in 1904. Partial repair of the roof structure, replacement of shells (tiles) and upgrading of the tin structure on 668 m². 4. Modernisation of heating by replacing gas boilers and installing thermohead valves — an optional, ineligible activity: development of the school’s heating system to save energy and increase cost-effectiveness. Installation of 52 thermostat valves and heads on existing radiators (pump, expansion tank, heat exchanger, magnetic sludge separator, ball valves, other fittings) for 2 modern condensation heaters with 65 KW capacity.     A fejlesztéssel érintett intézmény a kistérség kiemelkedően jó kihasználtságú oktatási intézménye, melyben a tanulók létszáma dinamikus fejlődést mutat. Az alsó tagozat épülete viszont 1904-ben készült és a beázások és födémhibák megszüntetése lényeges lenne a megfelelő oktatási környezet kialakításához. A projektben megvalósítandó – nyelvi labor - létesítmény messzemenőleg szolgálja nyelvi oktatás, nyelvi kompetencia fejlesztését. A nyelvi labor kialakításának szükségességét mutatja a kerettantervben a nyelvi kompetencia fejlesztésének hangsúlyossága. A nyelvi mérés beemelése a kompetenciamérések országos rendszerébe tovább erősíti ezt a folyamatot. Távlatilag pedig a felsőoktatásba való felvételnél kötelezően előírt nyelvvizsga jelzi a terület fejlesztésének kiemelt fontosságát. Jelenleg a pályázó intézmény nyelvoktatási infrastruktúrája nem tartalmazza a korszerű IKT- nyelvi labor jellegű berendezéseket, ami nehezíti a minőségi oktatás megvalósítását. Megfelelő tornaterem hiányában ez az eszközpark egy lehetséges megoldás lenne az erőnlét fejlesztésére, a megfelelő egészségi állapot elérésére. A várható tanulólétszám alapján a férőhely kihasználtság és a tervezett projekt kihasználtsága megfelelő szinten biztosítható. A projekt keretében az alábbi kivitelezési és eszközbeszerzési tevékenységek kerülnek megvalósításra: 1. Korszerű Nyelvi labor kialakítása - önállóan támogatott tevékenység, célja új nyelvi labor kialakítása a nyelvoktatás korszerű feltételeinek biztosítása érdekében. Építési tevékenység: Az 55 m2 nagyságú épület jelenlegi állapota szükségessé teszi a teljes felújítást. Felújításra kerül a fűtés és világítás, kialakításra kerül a nyelvi labor eszközeinek működtetéséhez szükséges hálózat, továbbá a vizesblokk felújítása és a nyílászárók (bejárai ajtók) akadálymentes cseréje. Új burkolatot és festést kap a belső tér. Eszköz és szoftverbeszerzés: A nyelvi labor működéséhez szükséges eszközök: 1 db nyelvi labor szoftver tanári munkaállomása 14 db tanulói munkaállomással. Személyenként 1 db, azaz összesen 15 db laptop és multimédiás headszett. 1 db D-Link, valamint összesen 15 db (1 db tanári és 14 db tanulói) labor bútorzat. 2. Szabadtéri sportszerek beszerzése és rögzítése - önállóan támogatott tevékenység, célja a mindennapos testnevelés feltételeinek biztosítása. 6 db kültéri sporteszköz, lábizomerősítő, gyalogló, lovagló, derékforgató, lebegő lépegető és lábtaposó beszerzése és rögzítése. 3. Tető részleges cseréje - választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenység, célja a beázások, födémhibák megszüntetése tető korszerűsítéssel a 1904-ben épült iskolaépületen. A tetőszerkezet részleges javítása, héjazatcsere (cserép) és a bádogos szerkezet korszerűsítése 668 m2-en. 4. Fűtéskorszerűsítés gázkazánok cseréjével és termofejes szelepek beépítésével - választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenység célja: az iskola fűtési rendszerének fejlesztése energiatakarékosság és költséghatékonyság növelése érdekében. 2 db korszerű kondenzációs, 65 KW teljesítményű gázüzemű fűtőkészülék és tartozékai (szivattyú, tágulási tartály, hőcserélő, mágneses iszapleválasztó, golyóscsapok, egyéb szerelvények) meglévő radiátorokra 52 db termosztát szelep és fej felszerelése.
