The aim of the project is to create a Secure Children’s House in Tiszadob. The direct target group of the project is children aged 0-3 years old living in the settlement, disadvantaged and cumulatively disadvantaged and receiving regular child protection benefits, and their parents. The secondary target group is professionals, institutions and organisations dealing with children, with whom our cooperation will be continuous. While respecting their individuality, we strive to be open and prepared to absorb new knowledge.The aim of the project is to create a Secure Start Children’s House in Tiszadob for the early development of 0-3 years old children benefiting from a regular child protection allowance and not attending an educational institution, as well as to improve their parents’ knowledge of child-raising and care and to develop their parental competences. In addition, the programme aims to compensate for socio-cultural disadvantages, while making available to the target group programmes and services supporting the healthy development of children. In order to achieve our goals, we intend to provide the following activities: 1. As regular professional services for children, providing at least skills-developing occupations, health check, development and catering: —Manual occupations -Development of conversation — Monitoring of children’s development — Screening of children’s lack of development and disturbances -Motion development 2. Ensuring the participation of parents with the child and organising programmes for them to develop personalities and competences, as well as for other preventive purposes: education for healthy lifestyles, provision of farm and household knowledge: —Encouraging healthy nutrition — Cooking club — Preparing expectant parents — Craft occupation — Visiting children’s home — Family visits 3. Provision of washing and sanitary facilities 4. The provision of meals (ten-hours) for children during the sessions for their age during the morning is 5. Continuous and conscious communication of modern child-raising principles to parents: —Living circle — Sun-rotating — Parent Club 6. Establishment and operation of local partnerships between professionals (protective woman, pediatrician, social worker, kindergarten teacher, educator): —Continuation of regular Team meetings 7. Participation in the life of the local community, organisation of community events, primarily for the users’ circle 8. Cooperation with the Family and Child Welfare Service and the Family and Child Welfare Centre Optionally eligible activities: 1. Access to specialists, training and consultation opportunities for children with different development 2. Preparing Pregnants for the reception of the child — Baba-mama Club 4. Introduction of new occupations for family members of the target group (e.g. self-awareness group of larger sisters, other targeted occupations for further education): — Useful leisure — Intim minutes of occupation 5. In order to increase the involvement of the worst-favoured families, implement targeted activities with their own implementers or with the involvement of external professionals (e.g. therapeutic specialist, psychologist): in order to increase the involvement of disadvantaged/Roma families, employ a third staff member with at least basic education, preferably among local Roma women: one of the Children’s House staff is a local Roma woman. During the 48-month implementation of the project, we provide continuous participation for 7 children, which is also our indicator. The proportion of children benefiting from regular child protection in the municipality is 82 %, for which at least 50 % can be achieved. In addition, 5 parents participate in the activity group of complex small settlement programmes for children. We continuously ensure project management activities, publicity and the implementation of horizontal principles, and we cooperate with the priority project. The infrastructural conditions of the Children’s House are in place, only a few modifications are required. (English)

    A projekt célja Biztos Kezdet Gyerekház létrehozása Tiszadobon. A projekt közvetlen célcsoportját a településen élő 0-3 éves korú hátrányos és halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű, rendszeres gyermekvédelmi kedvezményben részesülő, intézménybe nem járó gyermekek, valamint szüleik. A másodlagos célcsoportját a gyerekekkel foglalkozó szakemberek, intézmények ,szervezetek alkotják, akikkel együttműködésünk folyamatos lesz. A Biztos Kezdet Gyerekház a hátrányos helyzetű 0-3 év közötti gyermekek fejlesztését célozza. Feladatunk olyan szeretetteljes légkör kialakítása, amely a gyerekek érdekeit, egyéni igényeit tartja szem előtt, jó közérzetet biztosít. Célunk sikerorientált, kommunikáló, a környezetben jól eligazodó, problémájuk megoldásában aktívan közreműködő, sajátos megoldást kereső gyermekek nevelése. A gyerek fejlettségéből kiinduló, természetes környezetben, játékban öntevékeny részvétellel szerzett tapasztalatokra, ismeretekre épülő képességfejlesztés a nevelési elvünk. Törekvés a gyermeki szabadság és a munkatársak módszertani szabadságának biztosítására. A legfontosabb a célcsoportunkba tartozó gyerekek és szüleik fejlődésének elősegítése. Nevelőmunkánk akkor eredményes, ha a gyermek személyiségét megismerjük, elfogadjuk, érzelmi biztonságot teremtünk számukra. Egyéniségüket tiszteletben tartva törekszünk arra, hogy az új ismeretek befogadására nyitottak és felkészültek legyenek.A projekt célja Biztos Kezdet Gyerekház létrehozása Tiszadobon a 0-3 éves, rendszeres gyermekvédelmi kedvezményben részesülő és nevelési intézménybe nem járó gyerekek korai fejlesztése, valamint a szüleik gyermekneveléssel és gondozással kapcsolatos ismereteinek bővítése, szülői kompetenciáinak fejlesztése. Ezen felül a programmal a szocio-kulturális hátrányok kompenzálására törekszünk, miközben elérhetővé tesszük a célcsoport számára a gyermekek egészséges fejlődésének biztosítását támogató programokat, szolgáltatásokat. Céljaink elérése érdekében az alábbi tevékenységeket kívánjuk biztosítani: 1. A gyermekek számára rendszeres szakmai szolgáltatásként legalább képesség-kibontakoztató foglalkozás, állapotfelmérés, fejlesztés és étkeztetés biztosítása: -Manuális foglalkozások -Beszédfejlesztés -A gyermekek fejlődésének nyomon követése -Gyermekek fejlődési elmaradásának, zavarainak szűrése -Mozgásfejlesztés 2. A szülők a gyermekkel együtt történő részvételének biztosítása, valamint számukra személyiség- és kompetenciafejlesztést célzó, valamint egyéb preventív célú programok szervezése: egészséges életmódra nevelése, gazdálkodási, háztartástani ismeretek nyújtása: -Egészséges táplálkozás ösztönzése - Főzőklub - Várandós szülők felkészítése - Kézműves foglalkozás - Gyermekek otthonának felkeresése – családlátogatások 3. Mosási, tisztálkodási lehetőség biztosítása 4. A gyerekek számára a foglalkozások idején a korosztályuknak megfelelő étkezés (tízórai) biztosítása a délelőtti nyitva tartás idején 5. A korszerű gyermeknevelési alapelvek folyamatos és tudatos közvetítése a szülőknek: -Mesélőkör -Napra-forgó - Szülő klub 6. Helyi partneri együttműködések kialakítása és működtetése a szakemberek között (védőnő, gyermekorvos, szociális munkás, óvónő, fejlesztő pedagógus): -Rendszeres team-megbeszélések folytatása 7. Részvétel a helyi közösség életében, közösségi rendezvények szervezése, elsősorban az igénybevevői kör számára 8. Együttműködés a család- és gyermekjóléti szolgálattal, valamint család- és gyermekjóléti központtal Választható önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: 1. Az eltérő fejlődésű gyerekek számára szakemberhez való hozzáférés, képzés, konzultációs lehetőség biztosítása 2. Várandósok felkészítése a gyermek fogadására - Baba-mama klub 4. A célcsoport családtagjait érintően új foglalkozások bevezetése (pl. nagyobb lánytestvérek önismereti csoportja, egyéb célzott foglalkozások a továbbtanulás érdekében): - Hasznos szabadidő - Intim percek foglalkozás 5. A legrosszabb helyzetű családok fokozott bevonása érdekében célzott tevékenységek megvalósítása saját megvalósítókkal vagy külső szakember bevonásával (pl. terápiás szak-ember, pszichológus): pszichológus, jogász biztosítása A hátrányos helyzetű / roma családok fokozott bevonása érdekében harmadik – legalább alapfokú végzettséggel rendelkező - munkatárs alkalmazása, lehetőleg a helyi roma nők közül: az egyik Gyerekház munkatárs helyi roma nő. A projekt 48 hónapos megvalósítása során 7 gyermek számára biztosítjuk a folyamatos részvételt, mely az indikátorunk is. A településen a rendszeres gyermekvédelmi kedvezményben részesülő gyermekek aránya 82%, mely arány esetében a legalább 50%-os mutató teljesíthető. Ezen felül pedig 5 szülő részt vesz a kistelepülési komplex gyermekprogramok tevékenységcsoport programjaiban. A projektmenedzsment tevékenységet, a nyilvánosságot, a horizontális elvek érvényesítését folyamatosan biztosítjuk, együttműködünk a kiemelt projekttel. A Gyerekház infrastrukturális feltételei adottak, csak néhány átalakítás szükséges. (Hungarian)
