The organisation applying for the support is the Batthyány Lajos Primary School and the Sárvár School of Education Centre. Consortium partner: For the future of our children Foundation The consortium member of the consortium performs the following tasks in the planned cost-sharing of the respective tasks: preparation and implementation of traditional activities Jánosháza Jánosháza is a town in Vas county, Hungary. Population of 2471 persons Target I: —school pupils target group II (target groups other than pupils): —parents, family members -Determination of the number of target groups involved: Number of pupils at the school: 101 people out of 101, 81 people, i.e. 80 %. Number of children, pupils and pupils with special needs (SEN) difficulties with integration, learning and behavioural difficulties: 44, of which 32 are involved (39.5 % of the number involved). The number of disadvantaged and HHH pupils is 44, of which 32 (39.5 % of the number involved) are involved. Self-eligible activities selected for mandatory implementation: 1. preparation and implementation of sporting activities — football -handball tour, excursion 2. preparation and implementation of artistic activities -film club -creative field of training -excursions, theatre and gallery visits 3. preparation and implementation of activities related to traditional preservation -pop dance activity -pop dance event 4 extracurricular competence development activities -Logical games club Optional, ineligible activities: The professional content of the project, the human resources of the implementation of the selected activities are provided by the school’s teaching staff and the consortium partner. The cost of their work in the framework of the project will be charged to the grant application as a salary. Most of the activities are carried out within the premises of the school applying for the aid. We do not plan to develop infrastructure at the expense of the aid. The venues for the implementation of extracurricular programmes are provided by the cooperating partners in accordance with the agreements with the cooperating partner — venues of major events: the main square of the village, for which the location is provided by the municipality (see cooperation agreement with the Municipality of Jánosháza) The maintenance obligation is fulfilled, we implement at least 1 programme per year from the end of the project for 3 years. This is selected from the most successful programmes. The activities are continuously documented during the implementation period and at the end of the programmes a technical report and an evaluation will be prepared. Based on the peer review, we intend to maintain the most successful, best programmes and integrate them into the school’s education programme. The financial envelope will be charged to the applicant’s (maintenance) budget. We comply with the environmental and equal opportunities legislation applicable to the project and preserve the protected natural and cultural values in the area covered by the project. The obligations to provide information and publicity on the project shall be provided by the applicant. The detailed professional content of our project, the presentation of the experts involved in the implementation, the project schedule, milestones, risk analysis, etc. are included in the attached technical plan. Konzorciumi partner: Gyermekeink jövőjéért alapítvány A konzorciumi tag a "Gyermekeink jövőjéért" alapítvány az alábbi feladatokat végzi, az adott feladatok elvégzéshez tervezett költségmegosztásban: hagyományőrző tevékenységek előkészítése és megvalósítása Megvalósítás helyszíne: Jánosháza Jánosháza város Vas megyében, a Celldömölki járásban található. Lakossága 2471 fő I.célcsoport: -iskola tanulói II. célcsoport (tanulókon kívüli célcsoportok): -szülők, családtagok -Jánosháza lakói, ezen belül nevesítetten a település fiataljai Bevont célcsoporttagok számának meghatározása: Iskola tanulói létszáma: 101 fő A 101 főből 81 főt, azaz 80 %-ot vonunk be. Beilleszkedési, tanulási, magatartási nehézséggel küzdő gyermekek, tanulók, illetve a sajátos nevelési igényű tanulók száma: 44fő, amelyből 32 főt vonunk be (a bevont létszám39,5 %-a). Hátrányos helyzetű és HHH tanulók száma 44 fő, amelyből 32 fő (a bevont létszám 39,5%-a) bevonásra kerül. Választott kötelezően megvalósítandó önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: 1. sporttevékenységek előkészítése és megvalósítása -labdarúgás -kézilabda -túra, kirándulás 2. művészeti tevékenységek előkészítése és megvalósítása -filmklub -képzőművészet-kreatív terület -kirándulások, színház és galéria látogatások 3. hagyományőrzéshez köthető tevékenységek előkészítése és megvalósítása -néptánc foglalkozás -hagyományőrző rendezvények 4. tanórán kívüli kompetenciafejlesztő tevékenységek -logikai játékok klub Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: Közösségi aktivitás erősítése képzés A projekt szakmai tartalmát, a választott tevékenységekhez tartozó egyes programok megvalósításának humán erőforrását az iskola tantestülete és a konzorciumi partner biztosítják. A projekt keretében végzett munkájuk költségét a támogatási kérelem terhére, munkabérként számoljuk el. A tevékenységek legnagyobb része a támogatást igénylő iskola épületén belül valósul meg. A támogatás terhére infrastrukturális fejlesztést nem tervezünk. Az iskolán kívüli programok megvalósításának helyszíneit az együttműködő partnerrel történt megállapodások értelmében az együttműködő partnerek biztosítják - nagyrendezvények helyszíne: a község főtere, amelyhez a helyszínt a települési önkormányzat biztosítja (lásd együttműködési megállapodás Jánosháza Önkormányzattal) A fenntartási kötelezettségnek eleget teszünk, a projekt befejezésétől 3 évig, évente legalább 1 programot megvalósítunk. Ezt a legsikeresebb programok közül választjuk ki. A tevékenységekről a megvalósítási időszakban folyamatosan dokumentáció készül, a programok végén pedig szakmai beszámoló és értékelő készül. A szakmai értékelés alapján a legsikeresebb, legjobb programokat a továbbiakban is fenn kívánjuk tartani, és beépíteni az iskola oktatási programjába. A pénzügyi keretet a pályázó (Fenntartó) költségvetése terhére biztosítja. A projektre vonatkozó környezetvédelmi és esélyegyenlőségi jogszabályokat betartjuk, a projekt által érintett területen a védett természeti és kulturális értékeket megőrizzük. A projekttel kapcsolatos tájékoztatási és nyilvánosság biztosításával kapcsolatos kötelezettségeket a pályázó biztosítja. Projektünk részletes szakmai tartalmát, a megvalósításban résztvevő szakemberek bemutatását, a projekt ütemezését, mérföldköveket, a kockázatok elemzését stb. a csatolt szakmai terv tartalmazza.
