Promoting the social integration of people with visual and hearing impairments living in Hungary is an overall social goal, the realisation of which — using ICT accessibility — gradually develops — and improves — independent living for those affected, equal access to public services and radical transformation of their opportunities in the labour market. Our objective is to ensure that the audience with hearing and visual impairment, through accessibility in all circumstances, is able to live their own life and thus become more motivated to use public services. In the spirit of the project, he faithfully follows the principle of “nothing about us, without us” and carefully ensures that the service is built — from planning to implementation — with the involvement of the relevant target groups, based on their direct experiences and needs. The technological and technical bases used in the development of KONTAKT VRS/VRI services are suitable for providing, after the necessary extensions and adaptations, the system not only for persons with hearing impairments but also for people with visual impairments, a professional infocommunication accessibility service for which the necessary client and server-side software will be produced in the framework of this project, while the development of the Remote Eye Service itself is carried out in the separate project of MVGYOSZ. Both persons with hearing impairments and visually impaired persons are affected by direct family members, some of whose daily personal assistance tasks can be replaced by CONTAKT and Remote Eye services. The multitude of stakeholders is ~620,000. The general sign language dictionary, which will be extended in addition to the accessibility of information and communication, as well as the special user dictionaries are available to anyone on the Internet and remain freely available for use on the Internet, subject to continuous maintenance, monitoring and testing. In addition to the maintenance, changes in professional information, the volume of information and the related content require continuous expansion. In the longer term, this dictionary maintenance and development work is greatly facilitated by the scientific usability of the CONTAKT’s interpreted database. This will provide sign language information on life situations and language scenes that would hardly be accessible by direct means (e.g. health care). Main activities: • Contact Signal Language Interpretation Centre and Customer Service Areas • Purchase tools for hearing impaired people • Creating CONTAKT and Remote Eye Running Environments • Software Development (Remote CMS website; Remote Eye Server Side Development; Remote-eye iOS client for visually impaired; Remote-eye Android client for visually impaired; Remote Eye WIN Operator client) • Further development of KONTAKT applications and modules • Training of CONTAKT sign language interpreters • Involvement of new sign language interpreters in the system, development of professional training for them • Establishment of Hungarian Sign Language Databank (HSL Sign Bank), • Hungarian Sign Language Dictionary, • Special/subdictionaries, • Extended terminological glossary; learning Aids Indicators: • Persons with disabilities száma:1200 main (number of registered customers of remote eye service száma:1000 and KONTAKT service newly registered customers: 200) • Developed applications/modules: 2 pcs • Developed, prepared training materials: 3 specialists involved in the preparation: 30 people • The target group members participating in the preparation for the use of the tools provided under the project are 200 people • Target members involved: 2000 persons • Case number: 7500 In compliance with all the requirements and criteria set out in the Call, we submit our project proposal as a set of rules of the partner organisations and the legislation in force. Főbb tevékenységek: • KONTAKT Jelnyelvi Tolmácsközpont és Ügyfélszolgálat helységei kialakítása • Eszközbeszerzés hallássérültek számára • KONTAKT és TávSzem futtató környezetek kialakítása • Szoftverfejlesztés (TávSzem CMS weblap; TávSzem Szerver oldali fejlesztés; TávSzem iOS kliens látássérülteknek; TávSzem Android kliens látássérülteknek; TávSzem WIN Operátor kliens) • KONTAKT alkalmazások és modulok továbbfejlesztése • KONTAKT jelnyelvi tolmácsok továbbképzése • Új jelnyelvi tolmácsok bevonása a rendszerbe, részükre szakmaspecifikus továbbképzés kidolgozása • Magyar Jelnyelvi Adatbank (HSL Sign Bank) megalapozása, • Magyar Jelnyelvi Alapszótár, • Speciális/alszótárak, • Bővíthető szakterminológiai glosszárium; tanulást támogató segédanyagok Indikátorok: • Fogyatékossággal élő részt vevő személyek száma:1200 fő (TávSzem szolgáltatás regisztrált ügyfeleinek száma:1000 és KONTAKT szolgáltatás újonnan regisztrált ügyfeleinek a száma: 200) • Fejlesztett alkalmazások/modulok: 2 db • Kifejlesztett, elkészített képzési anyagok: 3 db • Felkészítésen részt vevő szakemberek: 30 fő • A projekt keretében biztosított eszközök használatára vonatkozó felkészítésen részt vevő célcsoport tagok 200 fő • Bevont célcsoport tagok: 2000 fő • Esetszám: 7500 A Felhívásban rögzített valamennyi követelménynek és szempontnak megfelelve, a partnerszervezetek és a hatályos jogszabályok szabály együtteseként nyújtjuk be a projektjavaslatunkat. Konzorciumi tagok: Siketek és Nagyothallók Országos Szövetsége, Magyar Tudományos Akadémia Nyelvtudományi Intézete, Magyar Vakok és Gyengén látók Országos Szövetsége Teljes költségvetés: 1.500.000.000 Ft. Megvalósítás ideje: 24 hónap. (Hungarian)
