The project will be implemented in the district of Püspökladányi and in the district of Berettyóújfalu, Mezősa, to be developed with the complex program, in the consortium of HOF Association and Amáro Láso Kft. It is a priority to increase employment opportunities for the most disadvantaged people, who are not in the open labour market or who are difficult to engage in. The Consortium intends to develop a new model of social entrepreneurship in the framework of this project. The project aims to employ 100 % Roma, in line with the objectives and activities of the association. The project also aims to combat discrimination. In the two districts where the implementation takes place, the Roma population is particularly high, the number of people with low educational attainment is also high and the number of social economy enterprises is low. The implementation of the project will help solve local labour market problems. It provides vocational qualifications to the 30 most disadvantaged target groups in the region through training, and awareness-raising training helps to combat discrimination from disadvantaged backgrounds. They aim to ensure that Roma who have taken part in their training and are employed in the project are able to integrate into the labour market after a transitional period. With the help of the project, the relationship between the non-profit and for profit sectors will be strengthened. The target group will be involved with the help of local Roma communities, cooperation partners and various advertising channels. The consortium partner will also play an active role in the sale of finished products and marketing organisation. The project management professional management and financial management tasks will be performed by the experienced managers detailed in the project data sheet on the basis of the contractual agreement with the HBMFÜ. As an asset investment, 2 laptops and 2 smart phones are planned to be purchased, which help the communication needed during the project and provide the IT background. A konzorcium a jelen projekt keretében új társadalmi vállalkozási modellt kíván kialakítani. A projekt keretében 100%-ban romákat kívánnak foglalkoztatni, igazodva az egyesület célkitűzéseihez és eddigi tevékenységeihez. A projektben további célul tűzték ki a hátrányos megkülönböztetés elleni küzdelem megvalósítását. A megvalósítás helyszínéül szolgáló két járásban kiemelten magas a roma népességaránya, szintén magas az alacsony iskolai végzettségű lakosság száma, alacsony viszont a szociális gazdasági vállalkozások száma. A projekt megvalósulása segítségül szolgál a lokális munkaerőpiaci problémák megoldására. A képzések is ezek köré fognak épülni, ami a projekt keretében foglalkoztatott 10 főn túl további 20 főnek, tehát összesen 30 roma számára lesz elérhető. A projekt keretében kerül elszámolásra a nyilvánosság biztosítása, a projekt előkészítés költsége és a projektmenedzsment. A projektmenedzsment szakmai menedzsment és pénzügyi menedzsment feladatokat a projekt adatlapon részletezett nagy tapasztalatú menedzserek fogják ellátni a HBMFÜ-vel kötött szerződéses megállapodás alapján. A kosárfonás évszázados hagyományokkal rendelkezik a környéken.
