The Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Hospitals and the University Teaching Hospital (SZSZBMK) requesting funding under the project will be developed to provide quality human resources adapted to the needs of the population in order to improve the quality and accessibility of the services provided to the population. The overall objective of the project is to: improving the quality of health care at the premises of the project promoter through the provision of sufficient quantity and quality of human resources in the health sector, thereby increasing the individual’s health status and the chances of employment in the labour market. Human resources with the right number of professional qualifications can improve the quality of healthcare, secure care, improve the patient’s health, reduce hospitalisation days, and provide qualified staff to change the social perception of the healthcare system. The types of activities planned to achieve the project’s target system are the following: On the basis of the staff of their own trainers requiring support during the implementation of the project, they plan to launch trainings for adult intensive nurses (11 persons), surgical assistant (15 persons) and surgical assistant-gyps master (6 people). In addition, it intends to organise three forms of training where the training tasks are performed by an external service provider. This includes radiotherapy assistant (12 persons), geriatric and chronic care (8 persons), and disinfection-sterilisation (6 people). The staff involved in the training come from several premises of the institution and therefore plan travel costs for the staff applying for assistance. The project promoter will inspire the trainees involved in the training by paying a motivational scholarship during the course. The effective implementation of the project in accordance with the procedural environment regulated in the administrative and legislative environment is carried out within its own organisational framework and is carried out by human resources performing activities in the framework of a civil servant (project manager, project finance manager, project assistant). Publicity during implementation is continuous, in accordance with the provisions of the Széchenyi 2020 Arculati Guide and Beneficiaries’ Information Obligations. In the design and implementation of the project, the need for support shall take into account that the results generated in the project must also meet the requirements of equal opportunities and environmental protection. Amount of aid claimed: HUF 121 479 530 gross (100 % aid intensity). Date of implementation of the project: 2018.03.01.-2020.02.29. (24 months). During the project cycle, the project promoter plans to achieve 4 milestones. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A projekt célrendszerének eléréséhez tervezett tevékenységtípusok a következők: A projekt megvalósítás során támogatást igénylő saját oktatói szakember gárdájára támaszkodva felnőtt intenzív szakápolói (11 fő), műtéti szakasszisztensi (15 fő) és műtőssegéd-gipszmester (6 fő) képzéseket tervez indítani. A projekt megvalósításának ideje: 2018.03.01.-2020.02.29. (24 hónap). A projektciklus alatt 4 mérföldkő elérését tervezi a projektgazda. (Hungarian)
