Jelen pályázat hozzájárul az egészségügyi ellátórendszer hatékony működéséhez szükséges humánerőforrás biztosításához, az egészségügyi humánerőforrás ágazatban tartásának elősegítéséhez, mobilitásának biztosításához, valamint a hiányszakmák, hiányterületek felé történő orientációjához. Az elmúlt évtizedben az egészségügyben több, az egészségügyi ágazati humánerőforrás-monitoring rendszer adataival alátámasztható hiányszakma alakult ki. A hátrányos és leghátrányosabb helyzetű járásokban az orvoshiány magasabb arányú, mint az ország más területein. A fekvő- és járóbeteg ellátásban a sürgősségi szakterületeken is jellemző a szakemberek hiánya a területi aránytalanságok mellett. A Dombóvári Szent Lukács Kórház esetében is több olyan betöltetlen munkakörből hiányoznak orvosok és szakdolgozók, melyek hosszú idő óta nem tudnak betöltetni. Az egészségügyi ellátórendszer működéséhez szükséges megfelelő létszámú és képzettségű humánerőforrás biztosítása, különös tekintettel a szakterületenkénti és földrajzi területenkénti egyenlőtlenségek csökkentésére. A Dombóvári Szent Lukács Kórházban a betöltetlen intézményi hiányszakmának minősülő munkakörök száma 33 db. Az egészségügyi szakmai tevékenység végzésére jogosító képesítéssel/felkészítéssel rendelkezők száma 385 fő. A projekt keretében betölteni tervezett intézményi hiányszakmának minősülő munkakörök száma: 19 db. A projekt keretében megvalósítandó tevékenységek: 3.1.1. A költségvetésben a meghatározott keretek figyelembe tartása, illetve az előkészítési költségek mellett a célcsoport támogatásának költségei, projektmenedzsment költség, kötelező tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosításának költsége szerepel.
