The implementation site of the project is the city of Ózd, which is located in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county and is the centre of the district of Ozd. The county seat after Miskolc is the most populous city in the county with a population of 33.493 (data as of 1 January 2015). The Osdi walk — which is 290/2014. According to Government Decree (XI.26.) (XI.26.) districts to be developed with a complex programme — 15 municipalities and 2 towns. The city’s hospital, the Almási Balogh Pál Hospital, needs support. The overall objective of the project is to ensure a high level of patient care in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County and Ózd. We consider it important to implement quality health services, and to achieve this we need qualified staff. Our aim is to ensure that the experts involved in the competition can contribute to the patient care work of the Almási Balogh Pál Hospital with their high quality work and to contribute actively to the economic and social development of the county. We want to increase the quality and efficiency of the benefits provided to the general public with the help of the trainees. Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County is the second most populous county in the country. It has been the most significant in recent years for the decreasing impact of international migration on population numbers. A difficult factor is that labour demand and supply are very unevenly distributed across the country and some of the available workforce lacks sufficient skills. It is also very difficult to correct the structural imbalance, as the geographical mobility of Hungarian workers within the country is extremely low. In addition, it should be noted that in the currently rapidly changing economic environment, it is difficult to plan with great certainty in terms of human resources for 3-5 years, precisely because of these factors. The main objectives are therefore to improve the low level of education in the region, to reduce the structural gap between job opportunities and job-seekers, to increase the potential for human resources development in the region and to ensure adequate quality for patients in the region. Social and qualitative catching-up, one of the cornerstones of tackling social problems, is the right level of education, which reduces these difficulties and disadvantages. The aim of our project is to enable the trainees participating in the project to contribute to the patient care work of the Almási Balogh Pál Hospital with their higher quality work. Qualified workers want to increase the quality and efficiency of the provision of services to the population, as there are very few well-skilled workers in the health sector, and the lack of replenishment affects a wide range of areas. During the implementation of the project, we intend to implement the training of 19 people employed by the Almási Balogh Pál Hospital to address the problem of institutional shortages and vacancies and to raise the standard of care of the hospital. The project will provide training to meet the following institutional needs: 55 725 01 autopsy master — 1 person 32 720 01 Health promotion assistant — 1 person 55 725 04 Endoscopic assistant — 1 person 55 723 05 Adult intensive care — 2 persons 55 720 02 Specialist for dispensing medicinal products — 3 persons 55 723 10 Respiratory nurse — 1 person 32 725 01 Auxiliary assistant — 2 persons 31 725 01 Disinfection steriliser — 1 person 55 725 16 CT/MR specialist assistant — 2 persons 55 725 09 Chemical laboratory assistant — 1 person 55 725 15 Surgery assistant — 3 persons 31 723 01 accompanying patients — 1 person Developing the professional content and costs of the project based on the needs of the training was established as a result of cooperation with the State Health Care Center. A projekt megvalósulási helyszíne Ózd városa, mely Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megyében található és az ózdi járás központja. A megyeszékhely Miskolc után a megye legnépesebb városa 33.493 fős lakosságával (2015. január 1-i adat). Az ózdi járást – mely a 290/2014. (XI.26.) A projekt során az alábbi, intézményi szinten jelentkező igények kielégítését célzó képzések kerülnek megvalósításra: 55 725 01 Boncmester – 1 fő 32 720 01 Egészségfejlesztési segítő – 1 fő 55 725 04 Endoszkópos szakasszisztens – 1 fő 55 723 05 Felnőtt intenzív szakápoló – 2 fő 55 720 02 Gyógyszerkiadó szakasszisztens – 3 fő 55 723 10 Légzőszervi szakápoló – 1 fő 32 725 01 Műtőssegéd-gipszmester – 2 fő 31 725 01 Fertőtlenítő-sterilizáló – 1 fő 55 725 16 CT/MR szakasszisztens – 2 fő 55 725 09 Kémiai laboratóriumi asszisztens – 1 fő 55 725 15 Műtéti szakasszisztens – 3 fő 31 723 01 Betegkísérő – 1 fő A felmerült képzési igények alapján a projekt szakmai tartalmának és költségeinek kialakítása az Állami Egészségügyi Ellátó Központtal való együttműködés eredményeként jött létre.
